There are three of these episodes, right? I'm watching the second one right now. I'd forgotten how good these episodes are. I REALLY have to find the first and second seasons on DVD.
Paul really is a smart guy, though I guess he kind of has to be since he's a judge. He knows how the law/investigations work.
In the last one, do you think he wanted to get caught, or he just slipped up? I know CSI got to him after they talked to the one police officer that handed all the victims tickets and stuff.
But since he is so intelligent, you think he would have had all of this thought out and all.
Hmm. I don't know if that'll make sense to any of you. xP I know what I'm saying though.

I actually thought that there were two paul milander ones, the first episode, and the one where he kills himself, or was the first episode a two-part one?

mrdogey I actually thought that there were two paul milander ones, the first episode, and the one where he kills himself, or was the first episode a two-part one? There's the first one when Grissom finds the molded hand in Milander's shop of horrors thing, and from that he rules out Milander. There's the one I saw today where Grissom's fingerprint is found at the crime scene, and at the end of the episode, Grissom realizes that Milander IS the guy that's behind the killing and gets upset. And when they go the warehouse, it's cleaned out except the envelope on the still that contains only the blank piece of paper. Then there's the last one where Grissom and Catherine go to a courthouse and they see Milander there, as the judge. They go to his mom's house and everything and found that he was previously a female and all that. That's the one where Milander kills himself and his mother. ...I think.

Oh yeah! The Paul Milander episodes. I have no idea why but they stick out so much in the series and in my head. xd

I think it might be because that the first time we REALLY see someone bet two steps ahead of Grissom. Something so rare, that it just clings on our minds. Also, because it was just so...personal for Grissom. He rarely gets personal on the case. I mean I can only count the Millander series and when they found the body of this girl who looked like Sarah. "Butterfled" was it called? I know it was "Butterfly" or some variation of the word. And we learned a lot about Grissom in those episodes. I personally love the little speech Grissom says at the end of "Butterfled" when he confronts the suspect.

Paul Millander scared me, and yet he is really cool. i liked the head he was making in the first Millander episode. it was cool. it sucked when he killed himself.

I haven't seen the third Millander episode yet, but I have the ultimate CSI companion book (which is a guide to every episode of the first three seasons biggrin ) and I want to. I got reeeeeeeeally upset when Millander got away from Grissom, I was all like "nooooooooooooo poor Grissom!!!!!!"
