Anyways, my turn to b***h about things!

OMG, the people at PAWG are all jackasses! scream God. Going there just makes me want to go on a killing spree. Now I see why none of the people who deserve it get banned. There'd only be like 3 people left. stressed

Thats why I left. I could say one or two people that got banned without deserving, because that-whose-name-shall-not-be-mentioned didnt like them. The rest are just a bunch of losers that dont have anything better to do than to bash other people.

And many people I *used* to respect there are turning into @ss holes too...

here's my complaint:
the reason i haven't posted here in a LONG time is because this guild has become overtly clique-y. i mean, when you get groups withing a group, things are pretty ******** up.
heaven forbid a thread is made by a non-prominent member!
yeah, they say the guild is growing with new members. but everytime a new member posts, it is usually paid little mind. there's no sense of community here anymore. just elitism.

You've made your point...now elaborate. How can we make it better? Where have you seen an example of elitism? What can the 'prominent' members do in order to make the SnS a welcoming, warm, appreciative community/guild? I'm ALL for discussing concerns and ideas *hence the Suggestion Box sticky*, but I want to make one thing PERFECTLY clear...

I, nor do I think the other mods, purposely delete posts made by, as you put it, 'non-prominent members' simply because they are new to the guild, so please do not assume such.

I think there need to be more threads about topics that people can give there 2 cents about...as much as I love couple threads and threads posted in boredom/fits of anger, I think we need to keep those to a minimum. Instead, I think it may be best to make a Venting sticky, a chat stickie, and a store stickie instead of so many singluar threads so that people can showcase their artwork...it makes things less cluttered.

Also, I think all of the mods need to talk more often...we actually need to USE the mod discussion thread, perhaps pick a day out of the month when we can discuss things. I'm also debating on whether we should have another mod join the team...I try my best when I'm here, but I don't have the free time I once had so my 'mod duties' are comprimised...naturally we'll have to talk to TearsofRavens to get her ok about the idea.

I think he meant that when some "non elite" member posts, the others members dont reply, going only into threads made by "popular" members.

I in no way, shape, or form set out to delete the posts of non-prominant members. I deleted some posts that I thought were spam, and I misjudged that.

Hmm...what to b***h about today?

How about finding a job? I swear every time I get a "thank you, but no thank you" letter, I want to drive up to Washington DC, walk into the White House and smack the s**t out of Bush and then go back home. When I started out in college I didn't think I would need a job to finish college, but now I do, thanks to his cut in college funding. And now thanks to his "wonderful" economic plan, I can't get a job because all of the fast food places are hiring the older, out of work ex-factory workers because they have experiance. *growls* Not to mention, my dad got laid off and is now going back to school. That is about the one thing that is good. He can draw unemployment and go to school for free because he was one of said factory workers that got laid off.
