How to use the Announcements thread:
1. The newest announcements will be in the newest posts.
2. The thread title will not change to (updated xxxdate),
because the most recent post is the most recent update;
the post time is displayed on the right in the forum view.
3. The thread title may change temporarilly for significant announcements.
