RP Summaries
For people new to the guild, or just new to this subforum, it seemed sensible to put up some (hopefully brief) summaries of all the RPs - so you know what's happening, who's who and where you can jump in.
I'll put up the initial summaries here but I hope that people will summarise their own RPs as time goes on... especially if we get loads more!
Since I've never done this before I'm just going to try putting a post up for each RP with it's summary. People updating their own RPs can post here and I'll move their information up into the relevant post and delete the spare one so that there should (hopefully) not be too many posts to wade through. Fingers crossed. I'll make new posts for new RPs, obviously. If you make an RP and you want to do a summary but it's not already here just post the summary anyway and I'll sort it all out as soon as I can. I'm not going to go into too much detail with characters and situations and so on but if you think I've missed out something important tell me.
Remember if you're still confused you can always just PM the member who created the RP - everyone's pretty friendly here, honest.
Games won't be included here. I might do a seperate sticky for them IF it turns out we really need one.

Time And Spacecreated by TakuhaIn this RP you create a character and control only that character. You cannot kill other people's characters without their permission. Present Characters: (+ who controls them) Takuha - Takuha Race: Iguanodon Age: 32 Description: An iguanadon - a species of human that can change into a dinosaur when it feels pain. Also has some hypnotic powers. Stranded on the vampire planet when his team was sent to investigate the area for intelligent life but was attacked by the vampires. Telwin - The whovian Race: Time Lord Age: 500 Description: A Timelady and member of the High Council around 5'7 in height with shoulder length blonde hair and deep brown eyes. Carries a Dalek gun and the seal of Rassilon as well as a gold chain around her neck. Lars Crimson - Roobarb Race: Whiteling Age: 27 Description: Part of a species that used to live underground. Short and wiry with greyish-white skin, larger than normal ears (slightly pointed), pale brown hair and greyish-green eyes. Now a space pirate hunting for treasure. Carries a laser gun. Good with computers. Firestorm - RedDragon30000 Race: Dragonman Age: 200 Description: Created when a human embrio was inserted into a dragon's egg. They speak and understand all languages and are adept at using fire as a weapon. Can change into a dragon at will + has the power to go 'between' and escape capture. Owns a pet firelizard. Can also send her spirit out of her body to spy on the enemy.
Sephy - Timelady42 (but now passed onto Roobarb) Race: Humanoid (uncertain) Age: 14 Description: Trained as an assassin. Became sick of killing people so abandoned her job to hitch a lift on the Rani's TARDIS. Accidentally found herself left behind on the Cybercruiser. Adept at using any form of knife or blade. She carries many on her person and can also use other weapons. Presently under the control of The Master. Jiggy - HappyBanana Race: Genetically engineered lifeform constructed to resemble a humanoid female. Age: 19 Description: Created by the scientist Skagra in order to take revenge on the Doctor (who ruined Skagra's plans to absorb all the minds of the universe). She abandoned her creator when she developed her own will. Every cell in Jiggy's body is completely self-sufficient, self-sustaining and can function entirely on its own when its seperated from her body. If a piece of her is completely destroyed (whether by burning or disintegration) it'll slowly grow back over the course of a few days to a week, depending on the size of the missing chunk. Wesker - Hairy Priest Race: Enhanced Cranium Rat Age: (unknown) Description: Picked up during Telwin's travels through space, Wesker appears to be a normal rat, except with its brain exposed. Although his mental capacity has been enhanced to near-human intelligence, he still occasionally exhibits rat-like urges. He cannot speak, but can communicate over short distances via telepathy. Tim - timcool8 Race: Time Lord Age: 200 Description: A grandson of the Doctor who was born on Gallifrey and then went to earth at the age of 10. He has been following in his grandfather's footsteps and meddling in time. After going through a strange time loop he now is 200 years old but still looks the age of 16. He is in search of his grandfather and has accidentally landed on the vampire planet.
Other Characters: The Cyberleader - Takuha (semi-abandoned on Telos now that the others have left in the TARDIS) Penfold - Hairy Priest (treacherous Time Lord on his way to Gallifrey when he was captured by the Cybermen)
The Pirates - Roobarb (the fleet that Lars once belonged to, now on their way to Telos) The Master - ? (presently in the body of Sephy after his altered Sontaran body was destroyed on Telos) Plot So FarFortunately for me there is a pretty full description of most of the happenings in the beginning of this RP written by Hairy Priest halfway down page 12, which is here: Page 12 Summary Of PlotSo I won't worry about the plot too much except to say that the characters described above have now landed Telwin's TARDIS on a planet (so far un-named) covered in jungle and containing a fairly primitive race of humanoids as well as a clan of vampires who feed on them. The group is presently in search of Mercury to fix the TARDIS, under instructions from Wesker who has followed the vampires to their lair and is relaying directions telepathically. All the others are walking through the jungle towards him whilst recovering from a vampire attack.

Present Characters: (+ who controls them)
Due to there being ten different incarnations of the Doctor and all sorts of other confusions, I believe that most characters are generally under the control of anyone whose posting. Check with Timelady42 if you are unsure. I shall write down some rough descriptions of the characters and who created them/added them into the story.
Ace - Timelady42
Description: Assistant to the 7th Doctor. Begins the RP by seeing the 7th Doctor drop unconcious.
The Doctor (all 10 incarnations...) - Roobarb
Description: The Doctor received a psychic message that (he thought) was from himself instructing him to meet up with and gather all his other incarnations (1 to 10) at certain points in time and space. Incarnations 1 to 10 are now in the 7th Doctor's TARDIS.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To save on confusion the different incarnations of the Doctor have all been given special nicknames by Timelady42. They are as follows:
1 - Grandpa
2 - James
3 - Einstein
4 - David
5 - Donald
6 - Morgan
7 - Professor
8 - Nancy
9 - Big Nose
10 - Diva
These are the names used in the RP.
Mel - Timelady42
Description: Came into the TARDIS with the 6th Doctor.
Sarah-Jane Smith - Die_cucco
Description: Picked up after being dropped accidentally on an ice planet by the 4th Doctor.
Nyssa - isidar_mithram
Description: Reason for appearance still unsure. She is captured by Trayte along with the Doctors and Ace and travels with them when they escape.
Trayte - Roobarb
Description: Slightly psychotic male Timelord desperate to tap into another dimension using the combined life-forces of the 10 Doctors. He is trying to gain the powers of one of the creatures who lives in this alternate dimension. He does not know that he is also being watched by another of these creatures - who manifests itself in other, weakened bodies and is determined to interfere with his plans. In his confused state, Trayte believes this creature to be a ghost of some sort, now destroyed.
K-9 - ?
Description: Robotic dog assistant. Came onboard with Sarah-Jane.
Plot So Far
After gathering all his other selves into his TARDIS (and suffering a few messy adventures along the way) the 7th Doctor (known as Professor) found himself on a planet in a seemingly abandoned castle where he was then captured by Trayte. His other selves were also brought in, along with Ace and Nyssa, however Mel and Sarah-Jane remained free. Trayte revealed that it was he, with the help of a holographic 9th Doctor which he created, who tricked the Professor into bringing the other incarnations to him. He then went on to experiment on the Doctors and nearly succeeded in bringing a creature from another dimension into his lab - only he was stopped when the Doctors managed to escape, destroying most of his equipment in the process.
During this escape the 2nd Doctor (James) was shot and (nearly) killed - revealing the un-named creature who has been lurking in Trayte's castle, waiting for an opportunity to strike. This creature took over James' body and used him to try and attack Trayte. Luckily the 1st Doctor (Grandpa) managed to heal James, bringing him back to his usual self... though they still believe him to be in danger of lapsing back into the creature's control, so they are watching him carefully. James remembers nothing of the event.
After escaping the castle Trayte was still on their tail so Doctors 4, 7 and 9 decide to go to Gallifrey to report him to the High Council. Unfortunately the Time Lords are in no mood to listen so the TARDIS is captured. Desperate to escape, Doctors 1, 2, 4, 7 and 10, along with Ace, Nyssa and Sarah-Jane (I think Mel got left behind...) took the dangerous 'back door' out of the TARDIS which landed them in America during the Depression. With no way of going back to the TARDIS, they wandered around, eventually getting cornered by a gang of muggers who (it turns out) have been employed by Trayte who has managed to catch up with them. What happened to the other incarnations back on Gallifrey is still unknown.
Ace and the others fight the muggers and Trayte and they are given unexpected help from a beggar they had earlier given money to. When the attackers have fled, the beggar reveals that he is in fact a Timelord, sent to bring back the Doctors. They agree to go with him to his TARDIS.
When they reach Gallifrey however they find that it is a trap and that Farlon - the Timelord who had been in disguise - is working with Trayte. He explains that he wants the Doctors to go to the Timelords and try and put Trayte on trial, only the trial will not succeed because the Doctors will be under the influence of mind-controlling drugs and will be unable to testify or defend themselves. After giving the Doctors he brought back the drug he sends them to join the others in prison. The companions - who feign illness - are brought to the medical center.
Meanwhile the Doctors who did not manage to escape earlier, who were being kept prisoner by the Timelords, have managed to escape thanks to Mel. They head for the hangar in hopes of stealing back their TARDIS but come face to face with a troupe of Daleks who have managed to infiltrate Gallifrey. They decide to follow them. They track them to the medical center which the Daleks attack - with Ace, Nyssa and Sarah-Jane still inside.

This RP has no player-controlled characters - all characters can be controlled by anyone. It is more a story than an RP (ssshh!).
Please read the rules on the first page if unsure.
Present Characters:
The Doctor
Description: In his 11th incarnation. He is travelling in his TARDIS in hopes of finding the ultimate adventure - no matter the cost. He is dressed in a Victorian style sleek black frock-coat and top hat. He has a rather gaudy pair of green and gold pinstripe trousers on and a pair of extremely shiny black dress shoes. Round his hat there is a piece of red ribbon and to match there is a large red flower on the front of his jacket. He is tall and quite thin, though this is perhaps just an effect of his slightly sickly complexion. His narrow face is framed by curly black hair that hangs heavy with sweat and along his jaw is a short black beard stretching to a moustache beneath his nose. Obviously something tragic has happened to this incarnation, but for now whatever it is remains a mystery. (taken from the RP intro)
Sephy
Description: Aged 14. Short with brown hair. Origins unknown. Trained as an assassin. Became sick of killing people so abandoned her job to hitch a lift on the Rani's TARDIS. Adept at using any form of knife or blade and carries plenty around with her. Came to Earth to hunt down the Doctor, though her reasons for doing so are unclear. She is now following him round both to protect him and keep an eye on him.
Rika
Description: Human female. 20 year old student rescued from a Cyberman attack whilst in Manchester. Short with short, faded browny-greyish-purply hair. Has a sleeping disorder of some sort and can appear quite dense - though is brave enough to defend herself and others when pushed. Begs the Doctor to let her travel with him.
Sabbalom Glitz
Description: A creature known as a caat (NOT a mis-spelling) which looks like a cat but is far more intelligent and has tabby colouring. Not much is known about this creature yet except that it has met Sephy before and has a special interest in the Doctor. He talks to it occasionally.
Marcus
Description: A depressed alcoholic who shares a cell with Rika and Sephy when they are accused of stealing and is taken out at the Doctor's request. He follows the others because he has nowhere else to go. He is a human but it is not yet known how he ended up on an alien planet.
Rose
Description: The ex-companion of the Doctor who has been driven mad by some strange event that the Doctor does not wish to talk about. She now seeks revenge on him.
The Rani
Description: A rogue Time Lady who has come to Layton 5 to carry out some secret experiments into the creatures known as Scarf Monsters. She also has a vendetta with the Doctor.
Plot So Far
(before the RP begins) The Doctor is attacked by a group of Cybermen who have developed a basic Time Travel machine. He manages to stop their attack and mess around with their machine so that they are forced to flee. They end up on Earth.
(RP begins) The Cybermen attack a women intending to question her for information but Rika steps in to defend her and ends up attacked herself. The Doctor - who has been tracking the Cybermens' ship after making his 'alterations' earlier - lands his TARDIS nearby, meets up with Sephy and Sabbalom (who have been following him) and runs to Rika's rescue. He and Sephy manage to kill the three Cybermen and their ship destroys itself (thanks to the Doctor). As he is leaving Rika, Sephy and Sabbalom barge their way into his TARDIS and refuse to leave. As he is trying to chuck them out Sabbalom and Sephy mess with the controls sending the TARDIS to the planet Layton 5. The group end up staying there in the castle where the Doctor meets the Rani - whom he believes will not recognise him in his new regeneration, so he sets off to trick her - whilst Rika and Sephy find themselves arrested for accidentally wandering into the castle treasury after following a statue that appeared to be alive. In the castle cells they meet Marcus who joins them when the Doctor comes to free them all.
That night they are all attacked by a mysterious assassin who claims to be after the Doctor. Sephy fights her off. The next day they investigate the mysterious moving statue and discover a secret lair where the assassin has been hiding. The Doctor identifies her as his old companion, Rose Tyler, who was driven mad by something which he does not wish to talk about and is now seeking revenge on him. They narrowly escape the monsters Rose keeps in her lair and are caught up by the Rani who snatches the Doctor away for a talk. Meanwhile Marcus leads the others down into town, where they are attacked by Rose and the Rani - who it turns out are working together. After a long fight the Doctor and Sephy are captured as prisoners and it is up to Rika, Sabbalom and Marcus to find and rescue them. At present all of them are down in Rose's lair.
Rika and Marcus manage to get down to the cells at the same moment as the Doctor and Sephy escape. They all run for the exit but end up in a strange room full of traps. They are about to fall foul of them when the TARDIS comes to their rescue - scooping them up at the last minute.
After taking a little while to recover the Doctor chooses some co-ordinates at random and materializes the TARDIS on a planet that seems to be completely pink. It turns out to be a holiday/adventure resort, where colours are used instead of words. The group are soon seperated in the weird resort and have to figure their way out of the adventures they accidentally fell into.

AU Season 2created by king_yugi2003Like Time and Space, this is an RP where each player controls one character. When creating a new character from scratch see the first post for the details you need to include. Present Characters: (+ who controls them) The Doctor - king_yugi2003 Description: Picking up after his regeneration in 'Parting Of The Ways' this is an alternate 10th Doctor who looks like Alan Davies (see picture on the first page). Like the original Tenth Doctor, this Doctor is having a difficult regeneration due to the effects of the Time Energy that he absorbs. Rose - Roobarb Description: Assistant and companion to the Doctor. She is confused by the Doctor's changed appearance and at first refuses to believe that it is him. She has now been convinced and is worried more about her mother, Jackie, who has been captured by strange aliens on Earth.
Dr. Nathaniel P. Ward - Hairy Priest Gender: Male Species: Human Age: 27 Skills: Basic training in firearms. Bio: Born in Salem, Massachusetts. Received B.Sci. degrees in both Biochemistry and Metaphysics from Arkham University. Received Ph.D. in Biochemistry from MIT. Recently joined the Extraterrestrial Investigation division of the United Nations Intelligence Taskforce (UNIT). Has a side interest in the occult. Appearance: 6'2", somewhat lanky. Dresses professionally. Weapons: Standard issue UNIT handgun. Lieutenant Flibble - Takuha Gender: Male Species: Piegun Age: 32 Skills: Laser eye vision, very good at slipping past security. Bio: He is a member of the Piegun swat team who have been monitoring earth for about 70 years, Lieutenant Flibble has been posted on a satellite orbiting earth and has only been there for 6 months. However one of his ships has been shot down by another ship entering earth's atmosphere and he is now on the planet's surface. Plot So FarTo convince Rose that he is the Doctor, the newly regenerated Time Lord lands the TARDIS at her home so that she can visit her family. When they land, however, he finds that London has changed and that something is very, very wrong. After he collapses from the effects of his bad regeneration, Rose agrees to help the Doctor up to her mum's flat where they can get help. On the way they run into Nathaniel Ward (Nate) who recognises the TARDIS from his research into UNIT files and joins them. They find the flat in a wrecked state. Hearing her mum's voice inside, Rose rushes in to investigate and is attacked by a strange tentacled creature who was mimicking Jackie's voice. The Doctor saves her whilst outside Nate is attacked by a robed figure. Rose and the Doctor rush to help him and the robed figure vanishes. The Doctor explains that this is all to do with a powerful book that has been split into two segments. They have to find the other segment to stop the creatures that are attacking Earth. After Nate explains that he might know where the book is kept, all three rush off to the TARDIS so that they can head for UNIT head-quarters and retrieve it. On the way they meet Lt. Flibble, who has been tracking them, and invite him to join them. Whilst in the TARDIS Nate attempts to steal the Doctor's diary in hopes of finding information invaluable to the human race. They find UNIT headquarters virtually destroyed and most of the staff killed. There is no power and their route to the book is blocked. They are soon attacked and during the struggle Lt. Flibble and Nate are dragged off - Nate dropping the diary as he goes. Passing the book to Rose, the Doctor rushes after them, instructing her to stay safe in the TARDIS. She almost does but is tempted out by the thought that the Doctor may need her help and finds herself suddenly drawn into the passageway that had been blocked to the others. Meanwhile the Doctor has caught up with and saved Lt. Flibble and Nate and they are returning to the TARDIS.

Like Time And Space and AU Season 2 with some basic rules - No god like characters, all characters must have weaknesses. No destroying other peoples characters without permission from them. Skarta - Skarta
Age: 18
Species: Human
Gender: Female
Special Abilities/Weapons: None
Bio: Skarta is from the future, about 8000 a.d. She has a problem: all of a sudden, completely randomly, she gets transported through time and space. She cannot control it and finds it very annoying. She has a background in military training and basic medical knowledge. She's fun loving but always seems to get into the most awkward circumstances (mostly due to the time travel problem).
Aiden - Aiden_Wolfspirit
Age: 24
Species: Lycan
Gender: Male
Special Abilities/Weapons: Super Sharp Claws, Broad Sword, Sonic Disruptor.
Bio: Allergic to silver. Turns into a wolf with black fur and can only be killed by silver through the heart or brain, chopping off of the head or a powerful energy weapon like a Dalek Gun.
Elinor - Velvetnight
Age: 16
Species: Timelady
Gender: Female
Special Abilities/Weapons: Regeneration.
Bio: Elinor escaped the Time War through luck. She was cornered by Daleks and the last thing she can remember is getting hit by one of their lasers. She woke up 20 hours later on a different planet to find that she had no home anymore and she doesnt know of any other survivors. All she has to go on is a faint feeling that there is another timelord out there and she will stop at nothing to find them.
Sephraelia (Sephy) - Timelady42
Age: 14
Species: She doesn't know.
Gender: Female
Special Abilities/Weapons: Assassin stuff - knives, sword, tojo blades etc. + uses styric magic (rarely cos it tires her a lot).
Bio: Was brought up in an academy for assassins but ran away because she was tired of killing. Knows the Doctor (because she tried to kill him once and he hates her). She's forgotten him, almost.
Hijacked the Rani's TARDIS and has been kicked out on the planet where the RP begins and has been stuck there for quite some time. She lived with the people there until they found out she used to be an assassin and she got kicked out of their town and hunted down as a witch.
The Doctor - Crumpet Lord
Age: About 900 years old.
Species: Time Lord
Gender: Male
Special Abilities/Weapons: Sonic screwdriver, psychic paper, TARDIS, humour, wit and charm.
Bio: He is the last of the Time Lords (or believes he is) as the rest of them died in the Time War. He's in his Tenth regeneration now.
Plot So Far
Skarta has woken up to find herself in an alley after another slip through time. She gets up to look around. Meanwhile Elinor also wakes up and finds that her ship has crashed on Earth. She goes out to inspect it when Sephy appears and drags her away just before the ship explodes. Whilst argueing they are met by the Doctor and (I think) Aiden. The Doctor and Elinor are shocked to meet each other but their greetings are cut short when a crowd of angry humans descend on Sephy, determined to burn her as a witch. She is dragged off at the same time as Skarta finds the others. They agree that they can't let Sephy be burnt at the stake and go off to rescue her.
As the fire is lit Sephy manages an impressive escape from her bonds and leaps up onto the roof of a nearby building. She shouts down a warning to the others that there is something wrong with the villagers, who would never have dared to capture her before. As Elinor puzzles over whether or not there might be a witch, she is hit by some sort of invisible force. The Doctor and Sephy also feel it's effects. They try to escape but are distracted by something Elinor sees racing down an alleyway. When they go to investigate it they are attacked by a robed figure holding a staff and Sephy is forced to use magic to move them to safety.

Weapons: none
Bio: Just a person trying to do her homework on the other side of the couch.
Telia - isidar_mithram

Planet of origin: Earth
Weapons: saber and an assortment of knives, strapped to her body
Bio: Telia attends the local high school, and does fencing as a sport. An ordeal in her past, when murderous thieves had found their way into her house has taught her she has to know how to protect herself. Her parents were killed by what she suspects are assasins.
Isabel - Velvetnight
Age: 17
Planet of origin: Earth
Weapons: two daggers, a gun and a sonic weapon of some sort (no one can figure out what it really is).
Bio: Isabel was a normal girl until she was taken to the future by a group called the Time Agency. It took her almost a year to get back home and on her way she discovered the joys of time travel. She ended up having her own time ship but on a visit to her family, she was discovered by the govenment and forced to be part of Torchwood. Very loyal to her friend and leader Captain Harkness, and is always being told about one of his friends called the Doctor.
Mlyss - nhizilkia
Age: 17
Planet of origin: um...Anderoxephenova ( i made that up i think)
Weapons: a poison dagger strapped to her wrist, and a small sword at the back of her waist (usually in her belt)
Bio:
Eirysae - Evarinya
Age: 16
Planet of origin: absolutely no idea.
Weapons: a long rope that gets shorter or longer at will, and fits into her pocket at the same time. A set of knives all around her waist, which are made of the finest steel, and a flower clip in her hair with very pointy ends.
Bio: Doesn't know where she's from. An assassin rescued her from a cliff when she was a little baby. Six months later, when she could walk, he left her at the top of a mountain, declaring her to be bad luck. Since she grew up in what were possibly the coldest places in that whole world, she hates hot weather. She's not one for magic, having tried before and given up. Capable of juggling flaming bananas.
Plot So Far
At a library, three complete strangers (Sephy, Clara, and Telia) converge on the Doctor, who is talking in his sleep. Telia deduces that Sephy is an assassin, and threatens her with bodily harm. Isabel, a Torchwood agent who just happens to be wandering by, intervenes before anyone becomes seriously hurt. The Doctor finally awakens, and after chatting a bit, declares that he has to leave at once because of whatever he was dreaming. Sephy, Clara and Telia decide to follow the Doctor. Meanwhile, Isabel is called away by Torchwood to investigate a possible UFO landing.
Just as the Doctor and his new companions are about to settle down for a sip of tea and some burnt jellybaby pie in the TARDIS, a forceful psychic distress call from the Priestesses of Xenon compels the Doctor to leave immediately. On Xenon, the Doctor and friends avoid some Ducks and meet the Head Priestess, who wants the Doctor's help in preventing the Ducks from stealing their light. Mylss, a spy working for the Priestesses against the Ducks, introduces herself to the group.
Eventually the Priestesses' plan is revealed: they need the Doctor to help channel their magical into a powerful weapon. As the Ducks beseige the Tower, a brilliant white light engulfs the attacking army... but these are rubber ducky decoys! The real Duck army reveals itself, armed with snow cannons. They attack, and the Doctor and his companions fight back with snowballs fired from an improvised slingshot (i.e. the Doctor's scarf). Mylss hands the Doctor a Weather Generator. Unexpectedly, a quack team of Ducks launch a surgical strike at the Tower, hitting the Doctor with a coconut and capturing Clara.

The Doctor has discovered some of the Time Lords survived the Time War, but with the return of the Time Lords came the return of the Daleks. The Time War happened yet again, as if Time was repeating itself. This time the Doctor made certain that the Daleks died, but still there was the possibility they could return once more. She managed to escape but she went on the run only to find that her ship was disabled and she had been cornered. The Daleks haven't killed her but taken her prisoner. The Companion Game Show RPG

Plot (so far)
The Doctor, needing a new companion, has started up a game show to choose. There are two contestants, the snobbish actor Ian McKee and the young Samantha Royals. The contest starts with the three opening questions. Ian reveals himself to be an egotistical Jerk, while Samantha deals with her nerves and desperatley tries to answer all the questions.
The opening questions finished, the Doctor tells them about the next challange - a maze. But first, they spend the night at a hotel, where Sam promptley covers all the cameras with duct tape. Because of this, Jason is sent by Mr. Voleard to fix them. He waits at the door while Sam scares Ian shitless with knowledge that is absolutley true...meanwhile, the Doctor has been watching through some hidden cameras of his own, anylysing the contestants every move.
A late contetant arrives from the year 2313, apparantley by teleportation -_-...while she entertains herself with the camera in the fridge, Sam answers the door. Taika (the new contestant) interupts the akward conversation, and she and Sam start to chatter. Jason faints.

Appearance: Taika has light brown hair dyed dark green at the ends and blue-grey eyes. She has a bit of a tan and even though her face isn't stunningly beautiful, she's definitely at least cute. (It's her opinion, based on careful although not terribly thorough observation, that she has absolutely no idea if prettiness is any advantage here.) She's about medium height, perhaps on the tallish side, and tends to dress a bit scruffily when she thinks she can get away with it. She's pretty sure right now isn't one of those times, so even though her clothes probably look odd to most people from the 21st century, they're mostly odd in a good way.

I think most people can handle switching from British to American spelling. I've refrained from writing in Scots though... that's a step too crazy in my opinion.
