It's only been a few hours since Usu saw Tajwar. Now that he has gotten his mind of his chest, he started to walk back home to the Acacia tree. Tajwar said she was going to tell Sesere the good news, wonder where he is? he wondered as he walked the savannah. The sun was just hitting sunset, the twilight.

Sesere was on a small walk, thinking about the news that Tajwar had told him. He was quite shocked, and privetly disappointed for boasting that he'd make a fine father figure. But that had only been after her teasing, and he liked proving others wrong.
But now it was becoming a reality, and that was a little dangerous. Ses needed to do a lot of thinking and walking, so he could go find Taj again. He wouldn't get cold paws, he would not.

Usu dipped his head low as the thoughts came back again. He knew full well of the situation and the new one that is arising. And this pain? Why is it coming back now? Sesere was going to be a father and Tajwar a mother. And he....alone.
He continued walking, head low as these thoughts shuffled through his mind.

With each breath Usu's scent was becoming a little stronger, and the wolf coming a little closer. After a moment Ses really looked around, golden eyes narrowed in annoyance.
He spotted the other and sighed slightly, he wasn't sure if he wanted to deal with Usu or not right this minute. But he figured he'd have to, seeing as Usu would see him any minute.
Come to think of it, Usu didn't look to happy. "Oy, whelp, what's jabbin' thorns into your paws t'day?" He called over.

What did he say? "Oy, whelp, what's jabbin' thorns into your paws t'day?" What was that suppose to mean?
Usufii jerked his eyed up eyeing the older wolf. "Hey there, Sesere. It's been rough on me lately. Nothing to worry over, especially for someone such as yourself." he replied, masking with a smile.

Ses snorted. "Such as myself? What do you mean by that?" Yup, always on guard around Usu. But he couldn't help it, he did feel threatened by the younger male, though he wouldn't admit that out loud to himself.

"Well, it's just that....well." he paused. Was this the best time to do this? "Well you just got other, better things to worry about other than my scranny little rear, right?" he mocked himself only to amuse the much older wolf.
"Have you seen Tajwar yet?" he asked curiously. "She was looking for you."

His eyes narrowed slightly and snorted. "Damn right I have better things to worry about you." Even if Taj hadn't been pregnant!
"Yes, I found her.. why?" What the hell! Did Taj tell Usu before she told him? Why did that make him feel so upset?

"Well, I just....I...." his ears spayed back a little. Sesere was mad, more than usual. "I sort of ran into her a while ago." thinking about what he said, he might've given off a different message. "We were just talking, that's it!" he threw out, cringing for a second expecting a hard bit or kick from the older dog.

He made a disgusted face, spatting at the dirt. "Of course you just talked, you think I'd think that Tajwar was capable of that?" He snarled slightly. What was the other implying, that they COULD have been doing something if they hadn't been JUST talking?
His hackles rose a little, body tense. Dammit why was he so jealous about this? It wasn't normal, but maybe that was because his other girls had never really ment much. Dammit, he didn't need this right now!

"You....don't think highly of me, do you?" he asked with a quiet whine. What did Usu ever do to him that would get Sesere to dislike him? If not, he must be getting an entirely different message. "What have I ever done to you?"

"Tcht." Wouldn't even answer his question, why shouldn't he dislike him? "I don't think of you often, Usu. If that's what you want to know; how I think about you. The answer is not often." He growled and turned, shifting and heading away. He didn't answer the other question, partly because Usu hadn't done anything really. The younger male just irked him.

Usu eyed the older wolf. Though he may not know it, but Usu almost....looked up to him. He was the first Maned Wolf that he met in person rather than those who pass by his Acacia Tree. Sesere was older and somehow wiser, even though he didn't show it. To Usu, Sesere was almost like a brother, almost a fatherly figure, to him. THe grey wolf's ears spayed back and his head lowered as he let out a soft whine.
I guess I'll have to decline Tajwar's offer then....Sesere wouldn't approve of it.

Sesere huffed and headed away, tail high and ears back. Usu was not on his favorites list, and that was very obvious. Usu would have to find some other way to get on Ses' good side.
