www.bumbershoot.org I've always enjoyed going to Bumbershoot. The first year I went was 2000, the fall after I graduated high school. Festivals like this make me grateful to live in this area - to be surrounded by music, film, art, and kick-a** food is something to brag about. Things I'm looking forward to for this year:

Hey! I'm look towards Against Me!, United States of Electronica, Death Cab for Cutie, Presidents of the USA, and I haven't decided if I'm going again Monday or Sunday. SUnday would be for Ben Kweller, Monday for The Pixies.
I still need money though XD

I was there in 2003 and saw Evanessence. It was a lot of fun. EMP really had it's moments.

I wish I could have gone with my friend a few years ago when he got to go backstage for George Clinton's performance and then got to meet all of his band. That would have been sooooooooooo cool.
As for this year, I'm sure it'd be fun, but nothing that makes me want to drive down to Seattle for the day.

I'm looking forward to seeing Presidents of the United States of America. I went last year, saw Hells Bells, and went to my first mosh pit!

Me? I'll be there everday. I'm volunteering, I get in free, I will be rocking hard. I'm more excited than I have been any year, not only because of The Pixies, but because all of my friends are going. BLOOD BROTHERS! awesome. Against me! Has a Hell's Kitchen show the Wednesday before bubmershoot too. I'm going to that I believe. And then on Saturday to see Pedro the Lion. <3 <3 And then Sunday. Because... I don't know. It's a Sunday. haha
Jet City Fix didn't break up, by the way. The leader singer quit though. He wants to be more emo.
