In a world of man the cat girl (and wolf girl ,adn fox girl, etc) is the outcast. But with discrimination A hot topic geting rind of the freaks had to be done in a inventive way.
Enter Neko Lake. A plesent seeming lakeside town isolated on 3 sides by montians and the remining by a massive gulf. The air is crispt, the land clean. The motive. Dump all the cat freaks in one place and forget about them. To the catpeople its a plesent town to be with their own. But the sinister side is you dont get a choice to live there...sooner or later you end up in Neko Lake

Additional Info: Despites atempts to make the transsition seemless it s hard to hid a mandatroy hurlking of a person fro mtheir home to a new location that they can not excape from.
The town is fully functional tele vision and radio is similar to what is seen in the outside world. A few cat people are on tv (asposte to the outside world where their is none) and a image is cultivated though the fake media the cat people are a inferior race, no so much oppresses but as media shapes our lives as we grow catgirl are slowly "trained" to be docil, playful creatures that serve no function other then to be playful little sex toys, no ambition, creatures of lust playful ness.
For the most part the residents of Neko Lake have confromed to their brainwashing...for the most part.
Those why try to excape are often dis couraged by the tall mountian or massive lake. Thos e who actually get to the border must dea lwit ha group of military trained grunts with orders to shoot to kill.

Name: Natsuki Sasahara Age: 17 Apperance:  Height: 162 cm (5'3" for those of us who refuse metric ^_^ ) Birthplace: Tokyo Ability/skill: hand to hand combat (edged weapons) Bio: Natsuki is a nekomata half blood, her father being human and her mother being a full nekomata (a two tailed cat monster). At the time setting of the show, both her parents are dead, having left Natsuki an orphan at a young age. Normally, Natsuki only has one tail (unlike her mother) but it does split in two when she is really angry (Thus increaseing/signaling the increase of power). She is usally naive and overly generous, but can display a large amount of possesiveness when it comes to her coleagues and her work, which she considers her territory (Note: strangely, this doesn't include her home, which she often invites strangers to live with her). She shares the house with several dozen cats. She eats "Neko-kan" (a popular cat food brand) as well as normal foods. Being young, she is still innocent about many things. Also, Natsuki acts more like a cat than a human most of the time. She is easily distracted (Moving things, catnip, ect.), except when she is working (usually). Natsuki subdues criminals with her knives. She loves knives and swords. She also uses a electric attack (Basically she calss a lightning bolt from the sky). To use her electric attack, she uses the help of her Symbiotes. Normally they look like small white gummibears and live in her hair/clothes (Okay so they just kind of appear when she needs them), but when she needs them they mold on to her hands like knuckle guards and allow her to channel her inner power. Most people can only use one Symbiote, but Natsuki is powerful enough to use two. This level of power combined with Natsuki's cat like jitteriness means she ends up lightning bolting anything and everything. Natsuki is also a notoriuosly bad shot with a firearm.

He turns back to the man in shadows "They are freaks, monsters, but their still protected under some aspect of the law. Until the law changes we contine with rounding them up."

The whir of high power roterly blades cuts the silence as a black chopper hovers into view over the mountains. The weekly restocking of the market. a large APC (armored personal carrier) is lowered to strret level on a winch Nala at the controls. The cheep novelty cat ears fluttering in the high pressure winds as the APC lands. Her military gear ruffled by the blowing of the blades, her m-41 slug over sholder as she moves the crates out of the holding container to the market. She nods to the manager, a elderly Fenec breed. She doesn't say a word as she transfers the crates from the APC to the Storage of the market. The mack of the APC left invitingly open, her eyes sharp on the doors. Maybe she coul smuggle one of the nekos out but she waount make it easy, escapes were ordered shoot to kill. If they coudl honestly get past her, they MIGHT beable to escape beyond the exit check point. If not...death by her hand would be kinder then death my the border patrols had she let the one get past her.

"Control restock is complete, running search for hitchhikers" "Understood, Chopper is waiting, you have 5 minutes to clech out out and get back to the lift" She sighs...if a cat gir lwas there they beter be good at hiding...
