In the game I think that the better "Bad Guy" would have to be Sephiroth. Jenova would be if they put more about her in there so.

Sephiroth may have been the one doing the crimes, but it was Jenova that was pulling the strings on the so called "puppet."
If the person was able to control Seph, she musta been more powerful than him. That's just my way of thinking.

Well, in reality...Sephy-poo wasn't really all that bad...he was just...controlled, but didn't fight it. The truth drove him to insanity.
You couldn't quite say 'who is the better bad guy' about these two. 'Who is more evil' would be a better one. twisted

Well... Like Xia said Sephiroth wasn't really a bad guy, he was being controled by Jenova cells. But... considering he was being bad... and he is a guy... He's the better of the two. mrgreen

I'd say Jenova, because she is a woman, and I like her style. I also like her lifeforms (Birth, Life, DEATH, and Synthesis).

Sepiroth is the best bad guy in Final Fantasy 7.....
Jenova is stong, yeah that's right.... But Sepiroth is much badder than Jenova....

JUST A NOTE " POSSIBLE SPOILERS"
Jenova wasn't a bad guy originally just a member of the Centra. Sephiroth on the other hand was both an enemy of the Centra, himself and the earth. He used the excuse that he was doing this cause the humans stole what the Centra had worked so hard too acheive. His ultimate plan was too damage the earth too such an extent that a huge amount of mako would be absorbed and he would become part of it. In reality he would have split the planet in two and destroyed it killing himself as well.
