My teacher told us that the anti-Christ had something to do with the numbers 666. Now everyone in my grade thinks that the Anti-Christ will come June 6, 2006. My teacher says that in Revalations that he will sacrafice a pig, be a Jewish, and by gay xP . Are these are true?!

No. Your teacher is probably one of the following:
1. Messing with you.
2. Absolutely insane.
I'd put my money on the first one.

Acctually, the numbers 666, are satanic, but I doubt the anit-christ is going to come.

I think there is something about Satan desecrating the temple with a pig sacrifice in the Left Behind series, but I can't find it in Revelations.

The whole 06-06-2006 thing isn't possible, because no one knows when Christ is coming and, if I'm not mistaken, the anti-christ is supposed to appear after or around the time of the rapture.. sweatdrop

Another thing to take into consideration, the bible states that no one knows when Jesus is coming agian, if I'm quoting correctly not even Christ knows, so any date that we guess or try to figure out, probably won't be that day. Also christianity has to hit every part fo the world, now defining world how you want to will be different for everyone, to me, I think it means that every person on earth will have the possiblility of hearing the word, everyone needs to hear it first xd . Now the possibility of being gay, who knows, but the anti-christ is deceptive, and won't be someone that EVERYONE WILL HATE, it will probably someone very very likeable. Only those who are sure in their faith will be able to tell if he is false or not. Not saying yoru faith isn't good, I have no clue but true christians should......not sure though......see through him/it immediately.

Why don't you read the book of Revelation yourself and study it yourself? That way you can make up your own mind about what you believe with the antiChrist. Oh and I do remember sometime last year they said the number has changed to 612 and not 666. On a side note I do remember when the Pope thought the antiChrist was George Bush. LOL. That was pretty funny but the problem is he isn't smart enough to fool the whole world.

It's in First Thessalonians chapter five. Here is a thought: If the antichrist was coming June 6, 2006, then how come he didn't already come on June 6, 1906 or 1806 or 1706? etc... My husbands birthday is actually on June 6. I just think everyone is freaking out about nothing (thinking back to the 2K bug).

You got that right. I remember the Y2K thing. My family and I went to a New Year's party my church had and when the countdown began you could tell everyone was holding their breaths. I just rolled my eyes of course since I've never believed any of that stuff. If I die then hey, nothing I can do about it right? I'm not going to echo what others have said except to say- Christ, or the Anti-christ might return June 6, 2006- but not because of any rumor or any "secret number" or anything like that. He will come when it suits his plan.
As to the pig- the anit-christ will desicrate the temple in Jerusalem- that is in revalations, but it doesn't say how. The Pig comes from the Left Behind Series, which is a great series, but you have to remember it is only fiction- the author's dramatized idea of what will happen at the end of the world.

Six in the number of man and it appeared in a set of three. Three being the number of completeness. Some say it stands for the six seal, six trump and six vial. This could be true since Satan comes during the six trump, and the six vial is a different view of the trump. Satan is the man, not possing a man but the man, that will decieve the world (Isaiah 14:16 ). He appears on a white horse (Revelation 6:2 ) and a crown of power is given to him. Reason he is on a white horse is he is pretending to be Jesus, after all Satan knows what we are looking for. When Satan appears, he will be claiming to be Jesus, here to bring peace and to rapture the church away.
As for the time, no man know the hour in which the tribulation comes. We are to know the signs and the order in which the event will happen.
Matthew 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
As long we have wars and rumours, the end is not yet. So as of now, the end has not come desite what some will say. Now granted we are at the end times, but we have nothing to worry about. It is when we hear of peace as well as a one world system almost come into effect. It is not till we see Satan appear in Israel claiming to be Christ does the sign of the end is near.

well there has atleast been 13 6s already 1906 so on..nothing happened allso there is a 0 between the six and the world will lost likely end in 2012
