First off, we'd like to begin by saying that this ball was only worked on for two month (technically, one hole month since it took us some time to get to full speed), meaning that we advertised, for one moth, we planned, for one month, and we raised gold, for one month. The reason behind this is because the ball was supposed to take place at the begginning of march, like all the other balls, but the one responsible had issues, and it never happened (We are not blaming her, we understood that RL is more important than gaia). Most of the hosts you see at this ball were the ones who decided to go on with the project, and if you look at the member list, you will see that the staff is very, very slim for a one month planned ball.
Now with that out of the way, we still apologise for all the troubles at the ball. We never thought of a 'night shift' for hosts and cohosts, and we did not advertise during night (According to PST), both those elements making the ball almost die while the hosts went to bed. As for the little amount of contests and inconsistant first pages, the hosts also forgot about those details.
The plot, which was thought up not too long before the ball, was mostly improvised; this is why it was so chaotic. We apologise for making it so unorganised, but out writter (~Creative~Chaos~) and all of our hosts who played multiple roles tried hard to make the plot as interesting as we could, and once again, apologise if we angered any of you.
Most of all, we'd like to thank all of you for staying at this ball even if these details made it less enjoyable, we have learned from our mistakes, and since the plot took a little too long, the ball will be extended so that we may finish contests and just enjoy the ball..
So please, leave your comments and enjoy yourself for the last two hours of the ball! 3nodding

Sure there were a few troubles here and there,but overall it was a great ball heart Good Job blaugh It was fun ^_____^

PS.This was the first annual user run ball i ever went to =D and i think you guys did a amazing job in such short time ^__^

It was a blast! The unorganized part made the plot more exciting. If things don't take a night breack kids get in trouble for not wanting to leave. xp Can I be crew next year?

Thank you.
I had a blast.
Sure things were a little akward but what mattered was the Gaian sprit within us and the real tune of this site.
It's not the items or the fancy form's its the people that make this site what it is.
I enjoyed hopping though time with my good budies and I wound not miss this for the world.
So thanks for it was something amazing.
I want a crew slot next year~

This was my first event period and I only got to join in last night, but I can say I had a blast and thing it went great for what I saw. smile Thank you to the members who saw it through smile

*hic* it wash gud *hic* *after the costant drunk hicuping, kenshins staff glows, and the alcohol in his blood is purified!* I mean, it was good, I liked the plot, and though there could have been more user-host interaction plot-wise, it was still a gripping, intriguing plot.

I'll add a comment too.
As the first post explains, we're sorry for everything that went wrong.
But personally I don't think much of it was that bad.
Hopefully I'm going to be part of next years Crew too. ^_^
Well, I hope everyone enjoied the Event, cause I did. (and died. xp )
