Welcome the test thread of the arena community center that had been proposed in the lobby of the guild.
As baby_gwing had suggested, this is a thread to gauge the usefulness of having this sort of place available to the Hanze public. Keep in mind, however, that because of the nature of this thread, as opposed to the original set-up, everything (well, most of it) is jampacked into one place.
Please excuse the construction and avoid posting till the post opening the thread has been given.

Just at the gate of the stone wall that surrounds the establishment is a what appears to be 36 by 36 square inch section of dark wood hanging. On it's face, were various items of interest.

Any Hanze wishing to attend may submit an application (See following notice).

Rules and Guidelines
Silent Contract
[o1] Remember your agreement. Follow the Gaian Terms of Service in addition to all other rules that have been laid out.
[o2] Respect everyone. While conflicts are to be expected between IC people, those between OOC mode are not and should be taken elsewhere.
[o3] Leave the dirt at the door. Sigmund Freud states that we all have problems, be that as it may, please keep personal frustrations to yourself for this is a place for fun RP, not a bickering hall.
[o4] There shall be no theiving of material. I'm flattered that anyone would, but don't.
[o5] Do not harass the dojo overseer. Feel free to PM any questions, comments, and suggestions. Responses dealt when time permits.
[o6] Speak cogently and properly (ie. full sentences and punctuation marks.) Do not use chatspeak.
[o7] Differentiat your text. OOC should be noted somehow. ((Parenthetical like this works well.))
[o8] We reserve the right to add to these rules as necessary without notification.
Dojo Expectations
[o1] Do not assume immediate enrollment. Please submit an application.
[o2] Absolutely no godmodding, auto-attacking, auto-countering/dodging. Please take damage reasonable or a moderated version of fighting will be implemented.
[o3] No psychic, telekinetic, supernatural abilites for now. Also, do not overload your application with abilities/skills/techniques/specialties that your Gehaka does not have.
[o4] While RP requirements are not strict, once enrolled, please at least post one paragraph a month. Idleness does not master anything, and this is also so that when it comes to figuring stats I do not kick your Hanze because he has not been around much.
[o5] You are free to challenge anyone at anytime, but be wary about doing so to the establishment's personnel.
[o6] If you should complete the path(s) that you have selected, then you will be awarded as a Master.
[o7] We reserve the right to add to these rules as necessary without notification.
