Akimoto opened the door to his room and thew his keys on a small table in the corner. He walked into the bathroom and began to stare at himself in the mirror. How could two students, let alone teo young girls, inflict so much damage on him. Was he really getting old, or was he just getting lazy. His reputation as a force to be recond with supersceded his actual presence. Rooms fell silent, children plastered themselves against walls as he monitored the hallways over the years. But, had he really lost it.
"GRRRAAAAHHHHH!!!! {crash} Akimoto drew his fist back and punch the mirror. Shards of glass flew all over the bathroom floor and Akimoto standing in the center of it all, muscles tensed, breathing heavy. He just might have lost the last bit of sanity left in him.
"Focus, focus you son of a b***h. You can't let them beat you. You can't let them win. You're stronger then them..."
He grabbed the ice pack from the sink where he dropped it. He shook off the shards of glass and went into the main room. He stretched out across the bed and applied the ice to his swollen ******** kids...wait til I get back...I'm gonna...I'm gonna...make them wish they killed me."
He held his fist in the air, as if he asked for it's blessing in his desire for revenge.

Walking down the hallway, Elizabeth was nervous. She knew she wasn't supposed to be here, and she didn't want to get in trouble. Checking the names on the door, she also tried to look out for other teachers, not wanting to be shocked again. Finally, she found the door with Taiki-sama's name on it. Just before she knocked, she heard the sound of glass breaking, and covered her mouth with her hand, gasping. Eyes closed, she leaned against the door jam, breathing deeply.
It's ok Elizabeth. She told herself He's just upset. Once you apologize, truly heartfelt this time, he shouldn't get mad at you. Then you can just avoid him till you see him in class, if he is.
Taking another deep breath, Elizabeth stood up and looked foreward confidantly. As she knocked on the door, she put a smile on her face and took a small step backwards as she waited for him to open the door.

As he lay on the bed, nursing the throbbing pain around his eye there was a knock at the door.
"Who the hell is that? OI, HOLD ON!!"
Akimoto rose and dropped the ice pack to the bed. He walked over to the door and opened it. It was her, that girl from the infirmary, but she should know students shouldn't be here.
"What the hell do you want, you're not supposed to be here."
Akimoto turned around and sat on the bed. He picked up the ice pack and held it to his face. He stared at the girl in the hallway waiting for a response.
"Well, you're here now, might as well come in and say what you have to say. Hurry it up too, there's a draft coming in."

Elizabeth waivers as Taiki-sama opens the door. Walking in after he tells her to, she shuts the door behind her and leans on it. Taking a deep breath, she looks at him in the eye and said "Taiki-sama, I came here to apologize for earlier. I shouldn't have acted the way I did. My momma didn't raise me like that." Looking at the ground, she blushed. "If you want me to leave now, I will. I'm sorry to have bothered you." Turning, she put her hand on the door, starting to open it.

"STOP!!!" Akimoto removed the ice pack fully revealing the black eye caused by Nyas. He straighted his head and stood up.
"You came all the way here to...apologize. Arigatoo, eh...what was your name again? You don't have to leave, please have a seat, let's chat a bit."
Akimoto pulled the chair from his desk out and faced it towards the bed.
"Address me as you wish, you don't have to call me Taiki-sama, Akimoto is fine."
He sat down on the bed, and put the ice pack back on his eye. He wanted to stand a little longer, but the meds hadn't kicked in yet, and his head hurt like hell.

Elizabeth jumped as Taiki-sama yelled. She was shaking, and turned around to face him. "My name is Elizabeth Sheehan." Walking over to the chair and sat down hesitantly, keeping her books in her lap. "Thank you for giving me a seat Akimoto-sama. What is it you wished to talk about?" She smoothed her skirts down, looking at the floor, blushing.

"Elizabeth...Elizabeth Sheehan...I've got to apologize to you. I never meant for that head wound to occur. It's just...well...uggh..."
Akimotoput both hands to his head for a moment, his head was spinning, he was trying to regain his focus on the girl. The throbbing in his head rang like a bell tower, he was going to lay back down, but he had invited the girl in. He could at least be cordial enough to look at her as he spoke.
"Like I was saying, I take my job quite seriously, and well, the punishment is well, it's kind of my thing you know. Figured it was easier to control them if they fear you. Pretty embarressing when you look like this because of a couple of girls. Figured I'll cancel all classes until I look a bit more impressive.
Akimoto stood up from the bed and walked towards his refrigerator. "Could I offer you a drink, water, juice, sod...uugghh?" He dropped to one knee clutching his head.

She looks worried as Akimoto put his head in his hands. She wanted to go help him but was afraid to. Elizabeth nodded as he talked about respect, watching him with worry in her eyes. As he fell, she jumped up, letting her books fall, and went over to him. Gently she put her hand on his back and kneeled next to him.
"Are you alright? Is there anything I can get you? You should be in bed." Elizabeth moved to help him up and onto the bed. "Please, lie down, I don't want to make you hurt any more than you already do."

"Uugghh...Water, please...I'm just so...thirsty."
Akimoto accepted the girls help and lay into the bed. His head was pounding, and there seemed to be no end to it. His mouth was beginning to dry, were the meds finally working. If so, why did he feel so damn bad.
"Arigatoo Liz-chan...may I call you that. Liz-chan?"

Elizabeth helped him into his bed, pulling the covers up over him. She smiled as she walked over to his refridgerator, bending over to get a bottle of water out. She looked around for a cup and filled it with the water from the bottle. She helped him sit up a bit, and handed the cup of water.
"Here, drink this." Blushing, she looked down shyly. "Yes you can call me Liz-chan. You're the first person to make a nickname for me."
When he was drinking the water, she went into his bathroom, got a clean washcloth, and ran it under warm water and wrung it out. Walking back into his main room, she sat down on the bed and gave him the warm washcloth.
"Put this on your head, it should help with the headache." Taking the cup, she sat it on his nightstand.

Akimoto laid the towel across his forehead, nearly covering his eyes. As she sat the cup on the nightstand he reached up and grabbed the girls wrist
"Why exactly are you being so kind to me Liz-chan? Am I not the reason for your discomfort and pain. But you treat me kindly, as though I were a friend."
He looked at the girl from under the towel. Her skin was soft and smooth. She was so delicate, yet she seemed to show no fear around the brutish man.

Elizabeth jumped slightly as Aki-san grabbed her wrist.
"I'm being kind to you, because that's how I was raised. Yes, you did cause me pain and discomfort, but only because you were doing your job. It might've been a little more then necessary, but that's just you." She didnt' respond to the friend comment, because she was unsure what to say.
She put her other hand on top of his, hesitantly, noticing the look he gave her. She seemed unafraid on the outside, but on the inside, she was shaking in fear.

"Don't be afraid Liz-chan. I won't hurt you again, I am in your debt right now. Had you not come...I don't know...uuuggh"
Akimotos head dropped back to the pillow. The pain was dull, but the towel had helped subside the pressure. He could feel the girl shaking slightly as she held his hand. His reputation, and earlier altercation had left some doubt in the girls mind as to his intentions.
"God my head is killing me. But you've helped tremendously Liz-chan, again, arigatoo."

Elizabeth takes a deep breath, and calmed herself. As Aki-san's head fell back, and he seemed to be pain, she gently reached out with her other hand, and brushed the side of his head as she picked up the washcloth.
"Is there anything else I can get you, Aki-san?" Blushing, she glanced down, then looked at him again. "I'm glad I can be of some help to you. Being kind is the least that I can do."
Getting up, she walked into the bathroom, rewet the washcloth, making it warmer and walked back into the main room. Sitting down on the bed, she put the washcloth back on Aki-san's head, brushing against his temple again, blushing.
