The God Emperor of Man is a character from the WarHammer 40000 universe. He is the ruler of the interstellar Imperium of Man, and he has incredible powers. We're using the Pre - Heresy version so he is at his maximum.
His abilities are:
1. Massively enhanced strength, estimated at mountain - lifting level.
2. Massively enhanced speed, at least supersonic.
3. Massively enhanced durability, that he can take the energies of a supernova without flinching.
4. Powerful energy projection, even as he was dying he fired a blast as concentrated as a laser and as powerful as a supernova.
5. Psychic abilities. An Alpha - level Psyker can telepathically burn off a whole planet of life, and a Primarch is godly to an Alpha Psyker, and the Emperor is godly to a Primarch in comparison.
6. The ability to create massive warp storms which can destroy everything in a radius of many lightyears. The Storm of the Emperor's Wrath was created when he wasn't even at the peak of his power and it covered over 100 lightyears of space and continued for centuries (it is still going on).
7. The ability to freeze time whenever he wants.
This is current Post - Crisis Superman and SSJ3 Goku we're using.

By your description it's take a much, much wider team to take this guy down.
Both supes and goku would be time frozen and mind deleted in less than a second (seeing as the guy controls time and all) when they were catatonic he would just obliterate them with whatever power he wishes as he has all the time he needs.
And btw, it's now twice you put nigh-invincible chars in hopeless battles right?
You must like fanboys a lot. If they catch this they'll go "oh those 2 couldn't hack it but insert-naruto-char-here could wipe the floor with him cuz he's teh bestest.

Damn, that's one powerful guy.
-I'm pretty sure Superman exceeds his strength and Goku roughly matches it
-Both Goku and Superman exceed his speed
-I'm not sure about Superman, but I know that he has Goku beat in durability.
-If his power allows him to nuke more than a Solar System, then he has Goku beat there. As for Superman, I'm not 100% sure.
-Depending on where the battle is set, Goku should be able to use his Instant Transmission to avoid his warp storm. He could take Superman along with him.
-Goku should be able to break out of his time freeze. If you recall back, Vegeta was able to break out of Guldo's time freeze without using any powers Goku didn't have, thus, Goku should be able to do the same thing. That applies to Superman as well.
But I must say, this is an excellent thread. Very well thought out biggrin

So what sources are you using to get your information on the emporer. I know he amazingly powerful, but I don't think he has any time stop abilities.

That wouldn't have mattered anyway. It still showed the rest of the Ginyu Force frozen in time as well, so even if Vegeta was watching from the sidelines, he still would have been frozen.

To me he actually seems weaker.
