The Coffee House (picture to come)
You arrive at the end of the street. Noticing well-to-do cars and a motorcycle or two in an empty street between a warehouse and a bakers, you had decided to investigate. But there's nothing here but a brick wall at the end. You see a door tucked in a corner. A young Chinese man stands at the door, watching you. He says nothing, but when you walk closer, he opens the door for you. You enter down a small flight of stairs with another door at the end. This one is green, and gold lettering on the door proclaimes it as 'The Coffee House'.
Shrugging, figureing 'nothing ventured, nothing gained' you open the door.
A sun roof allows a lot of light into the area, which is much bigger then you'd expected. Comfortable looking couches strewn the area, they are of every colour and you cringe at a baby pink one, though it seems to suit the quiet personality of the blond patron drapped over it.
There's a bar like area to the side and a small sign reads 'Order Here'. Having a few coins in your pocket you think one coffee cant hurt, and move to the bar area.
The first thing you notice about the person behind the counter is the braid. The hair is done up tightly, within health standards, but reaches to the top of the thighs. With their back to you, you cough politly, trying to draw their attention. You find yourself looking into wide voilet eyes of a young man.
"The Names Duo Maxwell," the American lad grins at you "and Welcome to the Coffee House!"

((and on to the RPing >.<))
Chang Wufei stood by the door, asking himself again why he'd taken this ridiculous job. He and Duo had been friends for some years, and when Duo had said he'd been thinking about opening a Cafe, Wufei had offered, almost stupidly, to help out.
So Duo, being Duo, had stuck him on the door every hour of the day.
At least the Cafe was finally becoming well known in certain circles as a friendly place to be, doubling as a bar after hours. At least things were getting busier and Wufei wasn't standing around like an idiot any more.
Even if some of the clientel seemed odd. Just what kind of cafe was his friend running? Wufei couldn't help but wonder if Maxwell did things on purpose or not, but he'd started getting apprasing looks from patrons. and if it didn't stop someone was going to start loosing teeth...
Better get back to work...

Rei rolled his ducati up outside of the small hole inteh wall resturant, the loud engin purring to a stop as he removed his helmet, choppily cut chin length hair of purest ebon shook loose, he sighed and got off his blakc motor cycle and strode in. he paused to wink at the rather cute door man as he entered, his tall six foot three frame moveing with a feline grace.
he pulled a book from his messenger bag and walked up to the counter and leaned on it, his every move seeming ot be a tease to the eyes of those who watched it, he smiled , his copy of Sun Tzu's the art of war dangling from his fingers "excuse me, can i get a coup of coffee?" he askes, his emerald green eyes shining from behind his black locks

Yuugi Motou, age 16, was strolling casually down the street. Clad in a tight black leather outfit with the Sennen Puzzle hanging off his neck, he portrayed an irresistable teenager with a strange aura.
He paused in front of a store, looking at the sign. "The Coffee House", it said.
Still pondering whether or not he should go in, another person jostled past him and rushed past him.
"And you would've thought people had no manners," he muttered sarcastically, totally out of character. His yellow bangs swayed slightly in the small breeze, covering up his violet eyes. He raised a hand to brush them away, and then, as if by some strange attraction, he stepped across the threshold, and into The Coffee House.
His Puzzle flashed, and his features changed. But the irresistable and strange aura remained.
"Coffee to go," he said, a deep baritone voice.
(RP-er: I'm sorta new to this RP stuff...so, if you'd like to point out any mistakes I'm making, feel free to! So...how was my first RP post? sweatdrop )

Rei took his coffee with a smile from one of the attendants, he blinked at the sound of the deep masculine voice from within the small boys body, with an arched brow he glided his way through the crowd and sat down at a couch with his book
he opened it and began to read, but kept an eye on the strange little boy, somethign about him made the hair on the back of his neck stand on end

The bartender quickly whipped up a coffee and handed it to Yami. (His name IS Yami -- the one with the deep baritone voice?) Yami, meanwhile, was looking around the shop. It wasn't big, neither was it small. It had a cozy feeling around.
For some reason, it felt like home.
"Here you go, sir," the bartender repeated, sticking out the cup of coffee once again, furious that Yami had been ignoring him for the past two minutes.
Yami blinked. "Thank you," he said, and turned around, strolling towards the other occupant of the shop. "Mind if I sit here?"

Yoko was a fifteen year old boy with dark brown hair. It had been a hard day for him, and across the road he saw a coffee house that looked friendly. As he walked through the door his head narrowly missed the doorframe. He let out a deep sigh, he hated being six foot four. Looking around the people seemed friendly, but he wasn't here to get to know people.
Walking over to the counter he ordered a large coffee from the man who called himself Duo Maxwell. For a second Yoko got lost in his violet eyes. But as quickly as he got lost, he found his way back. Turning around he saw the chair, he would sit in. Black, in the corner and the only non sofa there. It looked to be made for him. Duo politely coughed behind Yoko. Yoko slowly turned around, his head arriving to meet Duo first. He took the coffee and thanked Duo politely. Yoko walked over to the chair. His walk wasn't strong or confident and his head was not held up. It seemed like a shadow of a walk, his legs were moving, he was going forward, it just didn't look right, his head looking at the floor, and his shoulders were hunched over.
He lowered himself into the chair. His mother always said it was rude to throw yourself into someone else's chair. He sat with both hands around the coffee cup, and put it by his knees. Sighing once again, a tear fell down his face...

Power playing a character isn't aloud, (Duo Maxwell isn't you character) it says so in the rules, and even though it was only a small amout, it's still power playing... please keep in mind that you're not aloud to do so.

It's okay. ^_^ It was only a small amout of power play, but it's better in the long run for someone to jump on you for power playing even a small bit, then jumping on you later if you power played a big amount, and giving you an official warning. Mine was more like a small reminder... and I'm sorry if it came off as anything else but a reminder.

Yami arched an eyebrow as two more visitors made their way into The Coffee House. Yami watched as one of them sat down and started chatting away.
It seemed like the Darkness has overtaken his profile again...
Hidden in the Shadows, Yami watched them converse. He was going to be left out, excluded...until they ask him to join in a conversation.
