It seems, but sesshomaru has a very few human quailties such as kindness, and that what allows Rin to be with him. On his other side he's trying to Supress his Human qualities but it seems the Kindness Rin gives in return loosens his grip on suprssing his only "Remnants" or "acts" of Human qualities. I don't think it's making him soft, he still can take down Inuyasha.

I think he may be. Because he hated humans, but since he met Rin, he changed. Like when he went to save her when she was kidnapped. So, in a way he is turning soft, but then he is keeping some of his old ways.

I believe that he is really changing. The thing is that there was nobody that could give him human emotions. So Rin comes to the picture and better she is a little innocet girl. Man Sesshomauro does not kill her or leaves her because stare come on his not that cruel and she has no one just like him.
The other thing is that he might be experimenting this new way of compation and other emotions. He;s a kind of demon that likes to explore and to challenge himself. 3nodding

I think it may be true. He spared Kohaku's life, isn't threating to kill Jaken anymore, didn't kill Kouga on the spot, didn't kill hakkaku or Ginta when they stood in his way, AND he is looking after rin.........who just happens to love him like a dad.........I guess......Or something like that. Rin really looks up to sesshomaru. I think he's getting softer towards humans. Not softer towards Inuyasha maybe, but humans. His soft side for Rin showed when he went to beat the snot out of Suikotsu for Kiddnapping Rin and threating to kill her. 3nodding So Yeah, Sesshomaru is getting softer.

yeah, he defintely is. the very fact that he brought her back from the dead proves it. before he would have muttered stuff and stepped over the body. and in the 3rd movie, the 'do you have someone to protect' flashback had rin continuosly popping up. he SAID no i dont, but we can read his mind mrgreen

he is turning soft, but i think he always had it in there...i think that he just didn't want to end up seeming like a worthless demon, because of being nice.....but its ok that rin is making him soft, because he needs her, and she needs him, its almost like a father daughter thing lol.....he can't help but love her, cause she loves him, and never was mean, or treated him differantly.....
but he did get mad when kagura died too, so maybe its not just cause of rin..... sweatdrop
