http://dayofsilence.org I got this in my email. You register and then advertise it at school, at your GSA club, or whatever. "The Day of Silence, a project of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) in collaboration with the United States Student Association (USSA), is a student-led day of action where those who support making anti-LGBT bias unacceptable in schools take a day-long vow of silence to recognize and protest the discrimination and harassment -- in effect, the silencing -- experienced by LGBT students and their allies. The Day of Silence takes place April 13, 2005. Don't wait! register online today!" Please get involved! It looks pretty freakin' awesome! I hope I can get a button or a T-shirt to wear that day or something!

Last year I had to work 2 shows that day... so I couldn't be silent... THIS YEAR, I don't work, so as long as I get a reminder that this day is coming up... I'm DOING IT! Wipey-board (or notepad) and all...

last year was so much fun.
lunch was the worst, all of us sitting there skratching away at our note pads. . . the most awkward was a friend and i having a fight through notes. . . like grade nine all over again.
my school didn't let me post signs or anything the day before. it was really dumb. i got quite angry and made shirts and signs for everyone participating to wear, cause the GAP taught me long ago tht human beings are potential billboards.

That was only like 4 priests. The policy for child molestation is that if someone is accused, they go to jail. They don't argue s**t. Then suddenly people get smart, thinking that they can make a quick buck and say "Oh! I was raped! He touched me! I was scarred for life and thats why I can't hold a job or get a date!" But yeah, theres alot of discrimintaion at our school against women and jews and crap. I contacted some of my friends a little while ago and they're gonna do it too.

You dont have to put your name on it, but you should. This is important. Right now, the Campus Crusade for Christ is already making plans to counteract the day of silence. THey do that every year (these people should be ashamed to call themselves christian) and the Pride Alliance is doing nothing to plan for this. So any ideas about defense for those who try to counteract the day of silence???

We can show those Wannabe Christian Mofos a thing or two about turning the other cheek... seems like the only thing we really CAN do, if we are to remain silent.

*Referring to the arguement concerning rogue and supposed crime*
The Catholic church is again homosexual marriage because marriage is a sacred binding of man, woman, and God.

Brad_Margera *Referring to the arguement concerning rogue and supposed crime* The Catholic church is again homosexual marriage because marriage is a sacred binding of man, woman, and God. Its only against homosexual marriage because Catholicism can't change their rules. Its laid a plan for Christianity that isn't changed, and if it is, then a new religion is formed. Thats what sects of Christianty are such as the protestants and Lutherans. Otherwise the church may have changed its rules. This is a question to anyone, so get uot them bibles! What chapter and verse specifically states anything about Gays being sinners and going to hell and all that stuff? Cause I've looked it up alot and challenged a lt of religious fanatics that I know about these things, so i wnat to know if i'm actually wrong. remember, i'm looking for a passage. reward is what? like... 200 gold? i dunno.
