Kurisutofa, Master & Commander of our fine Lady, & your Guide through, what I hope, will be a wonderful adventure powered by the Trade Winds of the Seven Sea's & The Crew's Roleplaying Abilitys. This Thread is dedicated to you, the Newcomer in the World of Piracy. Everything that you will need to start out aboard the Lady, can be located here within this thread. Now, first off I'm willing to bet your wondering... Quote: "How do I introduce myself?" Well that is quite easy actually. Within the "Scuttlebutt" subforum, there is a thread called 'Crew Roster & Bio's'. This is where you will be expected to post a Roleplay Bio of your character. It will look something like this: Quote: Name: J. Kurisutofa Rank: Master & Captain of the Lady WashingtonRP Age: Unknown Description: "6'3", 185 lbs., Long Silver Hair & Eyes of the Sun. Dress Attire: Blacks & Dark Blues; Longcoat, Surcoat, Vest, Ascot, Breeches, Stockings & Black Leather Boots & A Wide Brimmed Hat. Sidearms & Weaponery: Twin English Long Flintlock Pistols, Scottish Baskethilt Broadsword, Main Gauche & Boot Dagger. Personal Quote:"If Being A Dreamer With His Head In The Clouds Is A Crime, Then I Am Guilty Of Such Atrocity'. Yet Alas, It Is Alone The Dreamer That Truely Finds Happiness Within This World." If you have any questions on the Bio, feel free to contact me via PM. Now that the Profile Introduction has been put aside, let's move on to the Roleplaying Introduction. This entales when & how you can bring your character into the roleplay aboard the Ship. For many this is a hard thing to accomplish due only to the fact that we are indeed aboard a Ship; and it is hard to get aboard a ship at any given moment. Thus, there are certain methods that one can perform that will assure your presence being introduced on the decks of the Lady Washington. Quote: Option #1: "One might find their way aboard by waiting until we come into Port. Normally this would allow for a brief time on land and for a longer introduction. In order to do such, you'll want to RP like you've 'always wanted to be a pirate ever since you were a kid and now you've got your chance.' It's a little stereotyped and a little lame, but it gets the job done." Option #2: "Rowboats are wonderful things. They can get you from shore to ship in a matter of minutes, but it all depends on whether or not you can row properly. A true seaman would be able to get themselves to the ship without any problem whatsoever. If you choose to row to the ship and offer your services, then do so, but only when we are close in to shore. You wouldn't want to row out into the middle of the Antlantic Ocean and try to find the Lady, it would be impossible. Therefore, wait until we are passing by close to the beach adn then make your move." Option #3: "Contact the Captain and we'll cook something up together." letting a 'very' fake look of shock cross her face, Tocal says " MY! to challenge a Lady to a smexx-off is unheard of!!" then giving you a sly look, continues " and besides ... i don't need a judge or anything te tell me who will win , because there is no competition Cap'n, I already won" finishing with a great big smirk

*Flinging his hat aside, it lands upon the hat rack and comes to a stop. Da Captain then begins to sway his feminine hips from side to side while he slowly raises his shirt above his head. Swinging it around, he flings it at Tocal mockingly and brings a flung wrist up to his mouth. Then, out of a never-before used region of his throat a horrid laugh eminates from Hell itself. From the cabin next door, prayer chants are heard. "Please make it stop... please make it stop..."*Looking back to the Captain, he begins to show off his tone, bishoneon body which is only exentuated by his long silver hair.* ((Oh yeah, eat your heart out...)) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ((Oh, by the way... you have no idea of a real life Naga. My fiance IS Naga. SHe naturally has the laugh. It's kind of freakish... oh, and on top of that... well, I'll let this do the talking.

*swoons at the very sight of the Captain showing off his toned torso. She whistles and cat calls at his very form*
(and I've drawn that smexified form for the Dear Captain, so I know of where I speak)
Tocal, as one of the women aboard this ship, I'll be quite protective of the men aboard it, although all of them thus far outrank me. The Captain has you outdone in smexiness. He's got it in the looks, the clothing, the avi, and the constructive RPing...*nods curtly* He wins hands down 3nodding
Oh BTW Captain, the "Please make it stop..." section... I actually misread the sentance that preceeded it and I nearly spit my drink on my monitor. I thought that SOMEONE was praying to YOU... *smirks evilly* although, it would have probably been more properly worded "Please.... Don't.... Stop...."

And an added note, your Fiance is quite the looker wink ... and I'd say a bit more, but that would probably be better suited for a guild like the BB *smirks and nods*
