Well, I was at school today talking to my friends about video games when all of a sudden, some boy walks up to me and says "Video games are for guys. You must be a guy!" How mean is that? I wanna hear what you think, is it true as to what he says or...am I just imagining...HELP >_<

God hell freakin' no! I play video games with my brothers and sometimes even their friends. I can beat the crap out of my brothers sometimes. It's fun to play video games and even though I don't play as much as I used to I still kick some freakin' a**! 3nodding heart

I'm a girl and although I may not play video games a ton I'm at school learning Game Design and will ideally be going into the video game industry for work. So yeah, that guy is a dissillusioned, sexist a**hole. 3nodding

i just beat baldurs gate 1 in less than a week and that is not hours that is playing the game a few hours a day. I am also a damn good video game player. I love them. I like the fighting games such as mortal kombat I have beaten all of those and quite a few go on my list of beaten in less than two weeks. It would take me over an hour to post the number of games beaten hell i have even beaten games in one day that should have taken atleast a week to beat. So yeah both girls and guys can play games and that guy was just a dork.

I really think it's rude when people say video games are for guys only. out of the people in my town I'd say I play more video games than anyone else, and I can beat anyone who contradicts me, I dont do it to be mean, I do it to show that girls are just as good at them as guys. they still think guys are the only ones allowed to play them, but at least I can say otherwise.

I love games even though I'm a girl, a lot of my girl friends like playing games, I just found out a good friend of mine named Jen loves Final Fantasy X and X-2 which surprises me because she is alittle more girly girl. I love RPG games though I don't play them every day, I try to play some games when I have time. I don't think I've even heard any of the guys I go to school with say that. Right now I'm currently working on two final fantasy games, 8 and 9, which I haven't finished yet, and also a game called Legend of Dragoon, awesome game though I'm still on the 1st disc. What he said to u is pretty sexist, because that's not to true at all.

I suck and driving games and frist person shooters... old school fighting games like Street Fighter and Motal Combat I can play. And I LOVE RPGS
