The Estate Gounds Long grassy plains cover a long span of acres. Here, you have the brooks, fields, pastures, and a small outcrop of bamboo forestry.

An orb shined brightly over the setting sky. The small crimson orb quickly rained down, crashing onto the ground. It landed vainly on the edge of the brooks, right near the forests. A bright flash, and the explosion produced a figure. Some man or beast. Some.... thing. It rose out of the smoldering ruins and stumbled towards the forestry. It seemed to be a man. A beautiful man. But he was scarred, torn and in need of dire repair. His left arm seemed to be completely shorn off.
The demon clutched his stub, limping to a nearby tree. He slumped down and sighed, leaning on the large Oak.
"....................", he bowed his head, nodding off. As he did, he cursed under his breath at all that was human...
"Damnit..."

A small demon merely a foot tall came running towards him frantickly.
"My Lord! Are you okay!?", the yellow midget demon ranted. "Master!!!"

The injured man made no sound or gesture to answer the ugly whining demon.
"Be quiet, you wretch", the beautiful demon replied softly, in a calm but very annoyed attitude. The very moment he was in range, he clocked the midget over the head with a clenched fist, without so much as another word.
There was a grave and utter silence while the man sat breathing heavily, glaring up at the sky, all the while the midget was knocked out on the ground from the impact of the hit.

The demon man was now laying his head back, resting heavily upon the Great Oak tree.
Nothing in the world could have been better than peace anf quiet....

Phyre saw the orb fall to the sky and all the little demons running to it.. she thought it was wise to fallow them, to see what happened. she jogged until she saw the demon under the tree. she tried to hide her aura from them but she knew it was usless. "two demons..." she said to her self inching closer seeing the miget fallen on the ground. she let out a little laugh at the sight but stepped closer to get a better lok at the demons.

"two demons..." she said to her self inching closer seeing the miget fallen on the ground. she let out a little laugh at the sight but stepped closer to get a better lok at the demons. The man immediately spotted her, sniffing the air. He didn't make a move to attack or defend, he just sat there, staring. His expression, needless to say, was quite apprehensive.

After wandering around the mansion insides for a while, Calli and Drake head outside, and explore the grounds. Coming to a secluded glade tucked in the curve a brook, Calli sits down on a flat rock near the water's edge, laying her staff down next to her. Drake looks around curiously, then, upon recieving a slight glare from Calli hastily sits down facing her. "So what are we practicing today Cal?" He asks, bouncing his knees a bit as he looks around. Calli shuts her eyes. "I'll tell you after you meditate."
"Aw... come on Cal, that looks, and sounds, so dorky."
"You can't go anywhere in our profession if you're bouncing around like that." She comments. Drake sighs, then also shuts his eyes, but not before sticking his tongue out at her. Calli flicks him on the knee cap, then goes back to sitting quietly, her hands palms open and laying face up on her lap.

About fifteen minutes later, Calli stands up and taps Drake's knee, then starts the actual training. They run through a few summons, Calli watching closely as Drake recites the words and draws runes in the dirt. After dismissing the third summon, the two of them move on to magical shields, spar a bit with sticks, then finish off with some elemental magic. By the time they finish, the sun was almost directly over head, and Calli could hear Drake's stomach rumbling. Calli smiles and stretches as Drake drops at the shore of the river and sticks his feet in. "Get up, lets head back and get some food." Drake lets out a woop of joy, then leaps to his feet and dashes back towards the mansion as Calli shakes her head, then follows quietly after him.

Off in the distance, Kenshin could see the two guest, like ants, crawling down the hillside. Kenshin grinned, seeing it as a perfect time to ambush. From his vantage point, he could see all the places to hide. But he sat, unmoving in his position, finding it amusing to snipe her out.
Kenshin didn't have a rifle, but he needn't one to play his game--he had his great revolvers, weapons he hadn't toyed with in ages. Deciding to put Calli to the test, he drew his massive gun and aimed, targetting the ground in front of her. He knew she could easliy dodge anything from this distance. Kenshin popped a round of rubber bullets, and grinned.
"BANG!"

Calli felt the sudden heat in the air of friction made by a projectile being shot and the shift in the air as it moved quickly towards her. Before she could even think who was shooting or what was happening, she was flipping back and swinging her staff around. The orb shone and the items were caught in a created gust of wind and thrown back towards the attacker at high speeds. "Drake, down!" She screamed as she did this, then whispered some more words as Drake drops to the ground on all fours. Within a second of the attack, a purplish clear haze of a protective sheild had settled over the two of them like a dome and both were ready for an attack. "Show yourself, whoever you are, if you wish to live!" She calls out as she looks around. Even if she'd left Eldorahn, and the military life behind, she still acted every bit like an experienced warrior.

Kenshin hooted, nearly dying of laughter, but fell back, almost losing his balance as his bullet whizzed by his head dangerously. Trying to catch his breath, his continued to giggle, aiming for their feet again. "No doubt she is pretty good, but I can't help myself", he thought, cocking the gun. Another shot rang out. "So planned and defensive, yet so amusing", he cackled, trying so hard not to laugh.

"Did somebody follow us from Eldorahn you think?" Drake asks as he keeps his head down. Calli shrugs, then scowls and listens intently to the wind as bullets bounce harmlessly off her shield. Was that laughter? Somebody was playing with them... wait... "Are you serious." Calli dispels her shield, then starts running towards the source of the shots. She was going to kill him, well, at least make him think she would.

Vlad whooped again, barely missing several more of his bullets whizzing by. Alas, he pulled the trigger and the barrel clicked empty. "Oh s**t.", He said bluntly, chuckling and looking down the barrel at an angry Callie. Seeing now that his fun was finished, Kenshin swung down and melded into a tree, popping out of the opposite end and hiding out of sight. Kenshin giggled, trying to supress himself from bursting out too loud.

Simmy wandered onto the grounds looking for her master wonderingif he could train her a bit knowing somehow that he wa sout here "master" she called out softly.
not sure if he will read her thought s she keeps front most the question"master where do you wnt me to meet you?"
