Sanzo stopped in front of the door. He paused just before he turned the knob. He exhaled a loud sigh as the knob turned, he prayed there wasn't another prank pulled on him. There were so many over the last few years he half expected to see one everyday.
"Wonder what's on todays menu." He pushed the door slowly and peered around it. "********, can't they be creative"
Sanzo still holding the knob looked further into his room to find toilet paper covering ever surface of the room. His desk, his bed, his dresser, the only think they didn't touch was....the knob?
"What the....? What is this s**t?" He slowly pulled from the knob just noticing the white liquid coating the knob. "This better not be what I think it is." He raised his hand to his face and gave it a sniff. "AAAAAGGGH, YOU BASTARDS ARE GONNA PAY FOR THIS DAMMIT!!!"
Screaming at the top of his lungs he hoped to scare off the idiot who left his morning deposit on Sanzos door knob.
"At least I got toilet paper to wipe my hands off. When will this s**t stop?"
He angrily grabbed toilet paper from around him and slowly restored his manicured room.

As Cyn followed the sound of the shout, he discovered himself in front of Sanzo's open door. He could hear muttered curses coming from within, and he looked in to see...well, a mess was the only way he could describe it. Toilet paper everywhere...He blinked. Sanzo was often getting pranked. He couldn't see why simple toilet paper would make him angry enough to be heard half-way to the girls dorms. He stood there for a moment, debating on whether or not he should interrupt and find out what happened. Sanzo could be the volatile sort every now and then, and he preffered his solitude. Cyndir couldn't quite understand why he was ostracised, but then, he could also relate at the same time. No one really wanted to be around someone with a penchant for lighting things on fire. Ren already knew by now not to trust him with a pack of matches, and even the staff forbid him to buy any at the campus shops. He had figured out that one of the flowers that grew on campus could actually extend the life of the flame, and he'd set the contents of one of the garbage pails on fire. Now that was a blast. Quite literally. Who knew the campus food was so flammable?
He stood where he was, pondering, and forgot the reason he had stopped in front of Sanzo's door to begin with.

"WHO THE HELL IS THAT!?!"
Sanzo whirlled around, fists full of toilet paper, face red as a candy apple.
"Oh...Just you Cyndir. Didn't mean to yell at you like that. Can you believe those bastards...uh...well..."
He knew Cyndir was a bit timid around any sexual situation. Even though he wasn't trying to imply anything.
"They ******** wacked off on my door knob."
He threw the wads of paper to the floor in obvious disgust.

Cyn jumped back, startled out of his wits by the sudden shout, and nearly dropping his sketchbook.
"Oh, sorry Sanzo-san. I didn't mean to intrude." he said, standing just beyond the threshold. He looked at the doorknob in obvious repulsion, and cringed away from it as though it would bite him. "That's....disgusting...I know they are a bunch of...Well, I think calling them pigs might insult the livestock. But that's really a whole new low."
He glanced around. He never did think it was fair, the way they treated him. "If life was fair, this world would be a very different place..." he muttered, thinking out loud. "You need some help?" he asked.

"Sure, I could use a little. But don't go out of your way for me. And watch the knob on your way in."
Sanzo always did have somewhat of a softspot for Cyndir. He knew what it was like to be alone. Everybody runs when they hear your a pyromaniac. And in this is not a place for secrets. They just get exploited when found out.
"So, how's your day been. Hopefully it wasn't spoiled by my misfortune."
Sanzo gave a brief smile and composed himself. His complection quickly cleared, he actually had a pleasant feel to his voice now. Somehow, Cyndirs apperance, although unannounced, actually seem to make him happy.

The corner of his mouth lifted in a smile, and he pushed the door open enough to slip in without brushing agains the knob.
"Actually, I'm avoiding being put in a skirt at the moment. We got a new student." he said, grinning. He picked up one end of a piece of toilet paper and started winding it up. It collected like a noodle on a fork. Once he reached the end of the piece, he squashed it into a ball in his hands, set it aside and started on another piece.
"Well, Ren-kun didn't seem to have much to say in the way of an argument. I think I caught something about Hello Kitty on my way out...But then that's Ren for ya." he said, blushing faintly in memory. "I think he thought he was getting some at first..." Cyn made a face, and laughed nervously. He was never quite sure how to act around Sanzo. And he certainly wasn't quite used to seeing him in a pleasant mood.

"That Ren, he's always up to something isn't he. Must be a pretty cute girl. I wouldn't be caught dead in a skirt from here. My legs are too manly for skirts."
He lifted a pants leg and began to chuckle at his long sculpted legs.
"One good thing, at least I don't have to shave them, that could be a bit of a pain."
After his brief muse, Sanzo went back to work. The room was beginning to look like Sanzos again. The desk was clear, his pens were still in their position, lined up neatly to the right side. A stack of notebooks were neatly placed on the left side. His textbooks still lay in the middle of the desk.
"Who the hell could have did this Cyn-kun, ancient egyptians. Everythings wrapped up just like I had it. I kinda expected to see the whole place trashed under this s**t."
Sanzo grabbed the last bit of toilet paper from his bed and lay across it. Staring at the ceiling his stomach bagan to grumble. He clutched his stomach as he sat up, he forgot to eat breakfast today. He was so excited about reading that book in the library he lost all track of time. It was well after four in the afternoon, and his appetite let him know it.
"Hey Cyn-kun, let's grab a bite to eat. You haven't eaten yet have you? Someone told me today was taco day, damn I love those things, and I'm starving."
Sanzo rose to his feet and walked up to Cyndir, so close he could feel Cyndirs breath against the unifrorm shirt. His tall slender frame nearly eclipsed Cyndir.
"Well...you gonna just stand there, or we headed to the cafeteria?"
He smiled at Cyndir as the two of them left the room. He reached for the door but stopped halfway.
"Almost forgot," he ran back in and grabbed a wad of paper from the garbage can, "don't wanna touch this s**t again when I come back. I'm in too good of a mood now to ruin it."
"Oh, yeah, let's go. I just have to grab something from my room for Jezz-san. The new girl."
"Whatever, as long as I get my TACOS!!!"
He grabbed the knob with the toilet paper and wiped it as he closed the door behind him.

Cyn gave another nervous laugh, and tried to avert his eyes when Sanzo made his comment. Damn, what was it? Point out the homophobe day? But he did find the idea of mummifying a bedroom intensely amusing. In all honesty, he was expecting a mess too, or at the very least a broken something or other. He was a bit amazed by how spotless the room was. There were days he was afraid to get out of bed because he wasn't sure if he still had a floor under all the dirty laundry, paint pots and canvases.
As he helped pick up the last shreds of paper, he heard Sanzo's stomach growl from the other side of the room, and he snorted.
"I guess that's your cue then, ne?" he said, as Sanzo got up. He expected him to walk past but when he came close enough that Cyn's breath could ruffle the collar of the uniform, he felt his face redden all over again. It only made it worse that his heart skipped a beat when he realized he could smell Sanzo's cologne. He was so much taller than Cyn was...He stumbled backward just as Sanzo moved away, and nearly toppled to the floor all over again.
"Well...you gonna just stand there, or we headed to the cafeteria?"
Cyndir managed to get his balance back, and he straightened his blazer, thinking he maybe should button it over his undershirt. He ran his hand through his hair as he picked up his sketchbook, trying not to seem so bothered. Why did he react that way? Being around Ren was one thing, Ren did it to see the look on his face. And besides that, Ren's prescence never made his heart skip a beat. He fiddled with his blazer again, and walked out into the hall.
"Oh, yeah, let's go. I just have to grab something from my room for Jezz-san." he said. Then by way of explanation, he said over his shoulder, "The new girl."

=====> from Student Union
Sanzo entered his room and lay across his bed. He stared at the ceiling while he thought about his day.
"Hmph, that Gwen girl is ok, a little weird but ok. I hope Cyn's ok, I wonder wear he is. He wasn't looking too happy in the caf today. Wonder what would cheer him up. "
Sanzo sat up on the bed and walked over to the door. "I'll leave this open, maybe he'll stop pass on his way in."
"Now, let's get down to business." Sanzo sat at the desk and opened his history book. "The Tokugawa Era...Nah, not right now. I'll start with the math work."
He closed the history book and opened his calculus book. He was a math-wiz, not much in a history course, but literature and math were a cakewalk for him. He leaned over the book and began intently reading.
"Glad I had that espresso, it's going to be a long night."

"...The square root of x minus...Yaaawwwn....the dividend of y plus two times x...Yaaawwwwn...Whoa, stay up Sanzo, you almost...got...it"
Sanzo fell asleep on his homework. It happened way too often. Too many late nights and espresso crashes. He hadn't turned in homework without drool stains in a long time. He was beginning to think he was narcoleptic or something. Away Sanzo slept as the world kept moving.

Gwen tapped lightly on the open door and peeked around the corner. "Hello?!" she called softly. Inside she saw Sanzo, face first in a math book, drooling. Exciting work here... she thought. She giggled when she saw the espresso cup in the garbage next to him. Caffeine had never had too great an effect on her. Well I guess I shouldn't disturb him.she thought and snuck in and snapped off the light.

Cyndir strolled down the dorm halls towards his room, holding the ends of the towel draped around his bare shoulders. His trunks were nearly dry, but his red hair clung to face and neck in damp tendrils. He hummed the tune he'd been playing at his lesson today. As he approached Sanzo's door, he blushed faintly. Especially when he noticed the door was open. He saw Gwen further down the hall. He was about to call out to her, but she was already around the corner. Well, at least he could apologize to Sanzo for being so uptight.
As he got close to the door, he was a extremely surprised to hear a soft snore. He peeked in to see a pile of text books. And a sleeping Sanzo. Cyndir smiled to himself without realizing he did. He looked so peaceful when he slept, he found the thought intruding into his mind. So peaceful and...Cyndir shook his head, forcing away that train of though before it took him to a place he didn't want to go. Taking a breath, he entered the room, and walked up to Sanzo. He stood over him for a moment, that smile touching his features again without his knowledge. He had been about to reach out a hand to brush away a lock of tangerine-colored hair when he shook his head, snapping out of his daze. Had he been thinking...? No, not possible. He shook his head again, dismissing it from his mind. He tapped Sanzo on the shoulder.
"Oi...Sanzo-san...you alright? You're gonna get a crick in your neck if you keep laying there, ne?" he said quietly, nudging him.

"Awww mom...I don't...wanna go...to bed."
Sanzo whined in an obviously dreaming voice. He flailed his body off the desk and landed on his knees, clutching around Cyndirs waist. Sanzos head was buried deep within the boys stomach.
"I wanna...watch...wrestling mom."
Sanzo nestled into Cyndir's stomach and locked his hands. He was asleep on his knees, Clinging to Cyndir like a child to its mother.
"I love...you...mom"
His voice trailed off leaving what he said nearly incoherent.

Cyndir gave a little shriek, and would have toppled over had it not been for the fact that Sanzo had his arms deathlocked around the redhead's legs. He managed to regain his balance, and it took a second to register what Sanzo was saying. He stared for a long time, mouth agape like a fish out of water. Finally, he realized Sanzo's startling proximity, and gave another little cry as he pried Sanzo from him.
Finally managing to get free, Cyndir tripped as one flipflop fell off, and he crashed backwards into a small bookshelf with a holler. Books toppled off the shelf to land on his head and then into his lap. He sat there, stunned for a moment, not even pushing the wet hair out of his eyes.
