~ Cupcake wars~ 6/17/04
It hasent done much...but youknwo i swear that thing glared at me the other day. I dont know, maybe it si all the stuff i have been doing but it was weird.
It was sitting on the counter, i got this cute little stand for it wrapped in velvet adn such, while i was making cupcakes. i was talking to it...kinda like to do to everything else in my house and i was telling it that i hoped that it loved my cupcakes when it hatched...and i swear it glared at me.....

Bouncing Crystals 6/28/04 - Did you know that these things bounce. No no dont get me wrong i didnt drop it...it droped itself. it was on a book on my counter while i was cooking. And it just rolled off hte book and onto the floor....and it bounced.
i think it was trying to get somewhere. Cause it idnt just bounce. it bounced around a corner adn headed for the fromt door. But caught it and put it back inmy pocket..where it stayed quite

Fights with the Sylph 9/21/04
I woke up this morning to find that my crystal had rolled out of its nest and was on the floor...fighting with my Sylph. Amun had hold of the jewel but it seemed as if the jewel was struggling against his grip. After i had gotten the energy to get up (i wake up really slow) i got it out of Amuns hands and it seemed to calm down.
I asked Amun what had happened and he told me that about a half hour before i woke up he did and found the thing rolling all over the floor. It seemed that the crystal was tired of sleeping and wanted to get up.
Which means that i am going to have to get a cover for its nest...or have it take over my house

Growings 10/03/04 -
I stopped by the shop today do discover that my jewel had turned into a little baby. A terror of a baby mind you. I took him home, getting a few nips on the fingers in the process, and gave him his own little pool in the back of the house.
I was worried that he would not be able to swim with the belts but he does just fine. He has a very strong tail ^.^ He seemes to like the water cold so i turned off the heater and let him have fun.
He hasent said anything yet, but continues to make the hissing and clicking noises to communicate.

You know, for all that i have an abundance of demonic pets this one is a terror compaired to the others. He is nice, some days, but he can be really bad when the mood takes him...which happens alot.
He has learned a few english words but usually still comminucates with clicks and hisses.
He still bites too. Even me..but at least he dosent do it that hard, just enough to get his point accross. I have a feeling that he will get a little less rude as he gets older, but i cant be sure.
He has been given a home in an indor heated pool i have at the back of my house. That way he cant get out and bite the Nereids who live in the other pools. I have found that he likes eating fish of almost any sort and have gotten him a good supply of salmon and grouper

Sightless 10/8/04 -
Adriar has been practicing moving with his arms on land. Since he cant really move anyother way he has had to amke his arms stronger. So far he has gotten pretty good at it. He cant move very fast but he can move at a steadly pace.
I have also discovered something else about him. He seemes to be blind. He never looks directly at you unless you make a sound first and then unless it is you speaking to him he will look at the noise instead of you.
I tested this last night while he was out of the pool and working on his "walking". If i stood still and talked to him he turned his head toward me and kept it there and if i moved with out talking or making noise his head would stay in place until i made noise again. After a while this got oh his nerves, i guess he figured out what i was doing, and i had to stop.

10/19/04 - Adriar has become a cute little Devil now that he has figured out how to crawl around with his arms. He usually dosent venture farther than the kitche and pantery though.
His blindness i have discovered is no problem to him. He has a echolocation if he wasts too use it but usually dosent unless he is in the water. On land he uses he exceptional hearing and sence of smell to tell him where he is and where others are in relation to him.

Crawling 12-06-04
Adriar has learned to crawl!! he can get around on his own now
the bad thing is that i have had to lock the door to his pool when i am not aroung cause he will get into the house and destroy what ever he can. I came home the first day he figured out the door and my entire ballroom was under 2 feet of water...mind you i have NO idea how he did it....but it was there.
Other than that he has been his usual nippy self
