Just recently in the last episode with the not so pregnant man, there was the guy who's wife had gone through so many surgeries and how she was always ordering the husbanfd around. It was really funny when the heart caught on fire, and when he gave her a heat attack (as mean as that sounds) and also when she lived through it!

Oh so many, just about every episode I luagh out loud. People tell me it's the only time they hear me laugh at a show. Basically Yang and Bailey are the best, Izzie has her moments, and everyone else does too. I might list some off later.
For now I'll take one from the 1st episode of the 1st season
Yang "Katie competes in beauty pagents"
Derek "Yes, but we still have to try and save her life anyway"

When Christina was dancing in the apartment with her ipod, and Burke came in and she continued dancing, I died laughing.

Well, there are a lot!!! Uuhm in season one Derek asks mere if there gonna kiss more often in an elevator, so he knows if he has to bring breath-mints and he whipspers "put a condom in my wallet" . Ooh and the episode george was so happy he survived when a man felt down a building and he thinks there's a reason for everything. And mere says: "my ex-boyfriend brought his wife to seattle, reason: To turture me". And george starts talking about carpe diem to christina. Mere: (she has the hello-kitty band-aid on her head) "I'm starting to look as I feel, carpe that" rofl

There are a lot of moments that i laughed at..... almost way to many to list.... but one of my favs is when Meredith and Derek were having sex in his car at the party and Bailey asked if they could move that they were blocking her in. i died laughing

i don't know it's such a great show but my favorite is probably the first epasode when meredith finds out that derek works with her or george has a lot of moments.
