If I were an adult, I would get a bad vibe seeing a 35 year old guy hanging out with a 15 year old girl all the time.
That aside, with the jamming, it's probably just going to come down to how good you are and how willing he is to teach and all that jazz. Different strokes for different folks.

IF you both jam on the same level I see no problem with it, other than the image of a 35 yr old guy and a 15 yr old girl. Just sorta wierd razz

I'm sorry. I understand you are 15 and older guys are mature. I even get that you aren't interested. It'll still look odd/creepy. It's just the way these things go.

If I were you, I wouldn't want to be "jamming" with him alone in his basement...

At any rate...
Not every older guy is a perv that wants to do anything like that with 15 year old girls. If you trust him, have at it, but If you have suspicions, be cautious. lol

Find other people who already/also want to jam with him. Regardless of how old/mature both of you are, because of age difference and such, you just might not connect on the same wavelength when it comes to music.
I think I'd just advise to find friends your age who you can connect with and they can understand you more easily, you know?
But it's your choice. I don't see a huge problem with it as long as he's a cool guy.
