I'm trying to remember her name, I think it's Hiddensecret, and she's only a mule stare
It dosne't look fake, the program she used is real.

It dosne't look fake, the program she used is real. It depends what she does with the items. Inflation in itself isn't bad, but A.I. is. If she had shtinkload of commons, nobody would care.

But it seems to me that she's an item whore, and it does really depend on if she AIs them.

But if it is real, she could use them for inflation. But I don't see 10 laurels in the mp from the same person, so either it's a fake or she's selling in exchange, or isn't jacking the price. So there's no need to worry about it.
