You'll have to forgive me, I'm not quite sure of all of the things you'd like to know about those I have known. I'll start with Tosten, as he was my longest and closest friend.

Tosten is everything one would imagine a small child's "best friend" would be. He was very loyal, very playful... He seemed to love meeting new people, and I remember that he enjoyed painting. His bonded knew my own before I had come along, so when I arrived they had sent me a small butterfly to take care of. It was as if Tosten had wanted to be my friend before he even knew of my existance. As a child, he looked out for me and did his best to make sure I didn't get into any trouble, and whenever I needed someone to talk to he always seemed to be there. He may have been an adult, but... I had apparently been more so than he was.

When I had grown up myself, I wasn't able to see him as much as I'd liked to. I stopped visiting the headquarters as often as I had, so Tosten would come to Neko's house to see me or I would make the very long journey to the hurog to see him. Either way, I noticed his outlook of me had changed, and I was then more of a mother to him than a simple friend. It was strange... When he grew up so long ago, it was as if he'd still stayed a child.

Tosten was rather fond of all of my "children", and tried to be as much of a friend to them as he was for me. I remember him even trying to help Merri during some troubles he had... Something I couldn't even do myself.

Tosten also lived with Calico. I don't know very much about him, but I do remember that he caused quite a bit of trouble for those that I cared for... He frightened Merri, I heard that he'd attacked Shalafi, and I have a feeling he may have hurt Tosten as well. He never did really tell me... He hated to make me worry.

The last time I saw Tosten was... close to fall of 2004, I believe. Somewhere around the end of August... Arturo and I had gone to his old home and I went to visit my friend upon returning home. When I last saw him, his wing was broken...

Tosten had... a lot of friends. However, much like myself, our friends had seemed to disappear. Their guardians and them probably had either moved away or he lost contact with them. Funny... I remember us talking about that during our last conversation...

If I remember correctly, he was fairly good friends with Aileron, and he seemed to be very fond of Gogol. I don't know what's become of either of them, however... I fear they could very well have passed on somehow. Aside from myself, they are the only other ones I really remember him being close to.

Calico... I'm afraid I know very little of him, as I have already told you. If you'd like, I could attempt to convince my son to speak with you about him, as he knows a little more than I do. I personally had never dealt with him, after all... he has.

...As for who may have wanted to harm Tosten or Calico... The last time I had seen Tosten, he informed me that Sunil, an old friend of ours, had hurt him. I doubt she would have done much more than what she had already done, but one can never be too sure, I suppose. It was strange... Tosten didn't have any enemies as far as I could tell. There was only that one incident. I do not know if Calico had any enemies, however.

Yes... Sunil had broken Tosten's wing. I don't know the story behind it, however. I only saw him after it was done and over with, and he was rather reluctant in saying anything.

I remember Gekisho and Yasha. I never knew either of them very well, but we had met at least once or twice. Gekisho was a firey spirit that, to me, didn't get along very well with others. Yasha was very calm and seemed wise to me, and I wish I had been able to get to know her.

Luca... Luca was also a good friend to me. I only knew him when I was a child, and he seemed to like pretending to be a princess. I wish we could have been better friends, but I lost contact with him by the time I had grown. I think the last time I saw him, he gave me a gift... This bracelet that I wear was from him.

I'm afraid I do not know the others listed... They don't sound familiar to me at all.

It was... a very VERY long time ago, I'm afraid. Probably somewhere around two years ago. If they had made any plans, I don't know of them. Luca was the only one I had been close to, and I have no idea where he could have gone.

I know that Tosten was friends with Luca, and I don't think that helps you very much. I believe I heard something about... Simon knowing Yasha... but it could have just been a rumor. That was also long ago, so it's hard to say if that is true or not. I'm afraid I don't know who might have known Gekisho... Perhaps someone older than I.

While I cannot promise anything, I will certainly see what I can do. He doesn't like to talk about certain things too much, and that's something he's been trying to forget about.

You may want to contact him yourself at some point, however. Merri has a tendancy not to listen, sometimes even to me.
