Game's pretty much the same as last time. The goal is to try to get your favorite companion to be the last one in the TARDIS by "healing" your pick while strategically "hurting" the other contenders. All characters begin with 10 points, and if they drop to 0 they're eliminated.
Rules
1. Each time you post, you add 1 point to a single companion, and hurt someone else by subtracting 2 points. You can also choose to split the 2 points over two different characters . Any character at 0 health has been booted out of the TARDIS. Good riddance!
2. You can only post once per day. We're going on the honor system here.

I just thought of it on the way to work (yeah, I'm using work time for Gaia... ninja ). Didn't seem worthwhile to have all those characters like Ben and Polly that almost no one has probably seen. And sorry for making the rules more complicated. It seemed like a good idea at the time... gonk Okay, now I should really get back to work...

Comment: Roobarb's last post used the Special Speed Round rules that were officially in effect when she voted, so they're valid (if I said she'd have to edit her post a second time she'd probably kill me... gonk ). But hereafter, the special speed elimination rule is:
heal 3 (max 1 point/character), hurt 6 (max 2 points/character)
This lasts until the first companion is eliminated (see the original post for complete rules info).

Argh!!! I regret trying to put in the speed elimination rule... it's just too darn confusing for everyone! gonk For the record, the way Die_cucco did it is correct based on the current rules (add +1 to three good companions, and -2 to three bad companions), while the way Roobarb and Timelady42 did it is correct for the earlier rules... back when the list included all 30+ companions. So from here on out, just follow Die_cucco's example! Sorry, my fault.
