Just like clock work, he was back at what had become their usual spot, just waiting. He was admittedly tired, having just been up the night prior. Nerves had definitely got the better of him. It was so stupid that he was nervous now. The Squire tried to fight a yawn and failed.

Welp, at least he had somewhere to hide if Cela didn't like it. Necro... really really hoped Cela liked it.

Teleporting to their spot was easy now, and he didn’t even feel defensive when the Squire’s signature was there upon arriving.

“Necro?” There was no accusation in his voice this time, just hope. And a slight eagerness too, that he wasn’t sure he really wanted to examine.

“What are your plans for today? We’re…going to your Wonder, right?”

Celadonite was still…afraid, to say the least but…he trusted this Squire. More than he should, but that was okay. He didn’t think that anything bad would happen. Not today…and if it did…

He could and would still win in a fight, and if that meant he died out in space too…well.

Oh well.

" 'm right here." Necro said, fighting off another yawn.

"Just this. You." He said. "...Though honestly if I end up making a fool of myself and this goes horribly, I make absolutely no promises I won't just go hide somewhere." You know, assuming Cela didn't just out right kill him first.

Well... Maybe if he asked nicely.

"Other then that... Who knows." The Squire shrugged lightly, trying not to dwell on the what if's too long. "...Do you want my coat? I know it's not your style and it clashes horribly, but... It's something till we get inside." Then the General could ditch it for warmer things. "I did figure out how to get a fire up there. A friend helped me take a smallish firepit and stuff up there." He blinked.

"....Oh right. I'm in charge of someone now."

“I’ll be okay without your coat…you sound nervous.” The words slipped from him before he really had time to think about them, but honestly, the realization of the fact…brought comfort, and quite a lot of it, if he were being honest.

The next bit though…made him feel strange. Jealous, maybe. “...I’m not sure. What that means. In charge how? Are you saying that you have…someone else to…I mean. Someone to take care of?” Where did that leave him? Was this all just…guilt then? Worry from before, and a desire to get rid of Chaos? It made sense, and would account for everything that Necro was doing and had been doing…

“Again I’m just….not sure what that means and how I’m supposed to react to that statement…”

"To be honest? I'm probably just as nervous about this right now, as you've been for our last few talks. I didn't sleep last night, if that give you any kind of indicator. And, to be clear, I'm not nervous about you being on my wonder. I just want you to like what I set up for you." Necro rolled his shoulders, stretching his arms over his head.

"Hmm Think.. like how Generals have... Lieutenants to watch or however it goes? I ended up stumbling on a brand new page when I was... Was looking for you." The Squire shrugged lightly. "She seems okay though. Decided I was apparently pathetic enough or something and adopted me as her little brother. I'm taller mind you. Pretty sure I'm older too." Necro waved a hand dismissively. "It was probably a poor choice of words cause I think that works differently from how General's have others to watch out for. But mostly I expected an "Oh god that poor Page." comment cause I am terrified of teaching. We both know I can barely handle myself."

He was going to ******** things up for Trier so badly, he just knew it.

"Anyway, now that I've made things... awkward. Ready to go?"

Too bad he didn't give the other the chance to actually answer before muttering the oath.

“Oh.” Celadonite nodded, taking a moment to think about Necro’s words, at least until he felt his hand taken suddenly and then.

Cold. A terrible, unnatural cold and darkness that he wasn’t expecting and all of Cela’s muscles locked up at once, fear making him still. “...You. Should have…I mean. Given me more than a quick question like that…I…would have really liked to have time to…agree…is this your idea of consent?”

The words were forced out, choppy and uncomfortable, and honestly, the General was uncomfortable. A choice had been taken from him and he didn’t like that. Not one bit.

“...Um…I guess..this is where you wanted to kidnap me to?” It was too late to change his mind now. Too late to do anything…and the attempts he had made–because he had, of course he had–to teleport hadn’t worked.

And he was trapped.

Necro winced at Cela's reaction. "I know. I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you, I promise." Somehow.

The Squire rolled his eyes, with a small playful (he hoped) huff. "It was not my intention to 'kidnap' you." He said making air quotes. "I just... made things awkward and.." He sighed. "I am not good at this." Being friends with people was unironically easier when he was a monstrous looking dog. "The shody lookin building is where we're going." He said gesturing to the one in front of him. "But the surprise is inside. I would not have done this if there was no building involved. I know I just proved I'm a special level of dumbass, but I'm not... intentionally trying to hurt you. I wouldn't do that."

Necro ushered the other inside, careful not to touch this time. He'd already crossed a line. He wasn't looking to do it twice in a five minute span.

In the corner, over by some shelves that had seen better days, Cela would find a ridiculously large bean bag sofa... chair thing. On some of the shelves, there were some thick and heavy blankets, as well as a few of his own hoodies. There a few small pillows on one shelf.

Carefully, Necro slipped past and went about starting a fire in the small fire pit, saying nothing.

Celadonite was quiet, unhappy. Stiff. “I want to go back.” The words were the first things he could think of saying. He was ushered inside, and again, it was out of his control, and by now, he was trembling. Uncomfortable, stiff. Unhappy. “I want to go back now. I don’t want to be here any longer, Necromanteion.” His voice was low, and the expression in his eyes was as cold as he felt. Icy. Unhappy.

"Yeah."

Necro stood, tossing the unlit, unused matches into the wood in the pit. He'd proved himself right. He'd messed things up again.

Like always.

The Squire mirrored his actions from before, a quick grab of the sleeve, a mutter later and the stood where they had just been mere seconds ago. He turned on his heel then and started walking off. "I'll leave you alone. See ya."

Maybe he should have stayed a damn dog.

When they were back in the forest again, back where he could teleport if he chose…it made the panic in his chest almost vanish, and the General took in a breath that felt as though it actually worked this time.

“...Next week, correct? Here?”

His voice cracked, and it felt as though his body was made of ice. Creaking and filled with discomfort.

He didn’t want. He didn’t.

“I will be here.” The words were loud enough to carry, but Celadonite teleported all the same, not wanting to face the disappointment on Necro’s face, and not wanting to hear that he would be coming here alone.

He had to have some autonomy. And this was what he chose to do.
