About the Family
Dagrun - Fierce, loyal to those she cares about, admires, and trusts, Dagrun can come off as a bit grumpy and stern. To the public eye, she
is, but in private she shows her tender side that only her mate and cubs see. Her name means "day-rune" in Norse.
Runa - The far bubblier and more cheery of the two, Runa is incredibly friendly. She loves with her whole heart and being, and showers her mate and cubs in affection and kisses. She shouldn't be taken for weak, though - Nice doesn't mean
soft. Just as she gives her all to those she loves, she gives her all to defend her family, her friends, and her colony. Her name means "secret lore" and is a general Scandanavian name.
Heimdall - Every bit his mothers' child, Heimdall loves his siblings and mothers with his all like Runa and is fiercely loyal to clan and kin like Dagrun. He dreams of becoming Ice Guard like his mothers. His name derives from Old Norse
Heimdallr, possibly meaning "shinging home" or "glowing house"; He is named for the god who guards the Bifrost, the bridge between Asgard and all other worlds.
Pala - The youngest and the smallest, Pala certainly sticks out in the snow. It's best to not take her lightly, though, as her stalking skills get better with each day. Much like Runa, she's ever happy and brave. Her name means "small" in Icelandic.
