Setting the Scene:

The Vos Legas Underbelly:
Vos Legas is a paradox. Above the streets, holographic casinos float like spectral mirages, and the skyline is a jagged crown of chrome and glass. But below, in the grimy shadows and forgotten alleys, life thrums with a raw, kinetic energy. The city is a patchwork of distinct territories, each with its own rules, currency, and culture.

The Strip: The glittering heart of the city, home to towering casinos, luxury apartments, and the powerful corporations that pull the strings of Vos Legas. This is where the rich and influential play, their lives a high-stakes game of status and power.

The Circuit: A sprawling network of highways and abandoned roads that circle the city. This is the domain of motorcycle gangs and street racers. It's a place of speed, adrenaline, and loyalty, where honor is measured in horsepower and a bike's roar is a language all its own. The Iron Serpents claim a significant portion of this territory.

The Ivory Spire: Once the royal seat of the Solari bloodline, the Spire is now a haunting, desolate ruin on the city's outskirts. It's a place of whispers and memory, its silver-etched walls scarred by a forgotten war. Adventurers and scavengers rarely enter, fearing the ghosts and traps that supposedly reside there.

The Junkyard: A massive, disorganized wasteland of scrap metal and forgotten technology. It’s home to a community of outcasts, inventors, and scavengers who have built a life for themselves out of the city's refuse. It's also the secret headquarters of a resistance movement fighting against the corrupt powers that control Vos Legas.

The setting of Vos Legas itself, with its mix of chrome, street gangs, and ancient, forgotten magic, is essentially a Shadowrun world. The "Vesitge" system you've created acts as a central theme, bringing the supernatural element of Shaman King into the technological and dystopian world of Cyberpunk and Shadowrun.
