After she'd seen the odd mirrors and had learned about the ballista, Hela knew she needed to find out more about things but she didn't want to bother Remarque more than she had already. Reaching out through her compact, she sent a message to the other mirror senshi who had helped her in the past when things had been sort of touch and go with the weirdness in summer. Standing near the vending machine shop she often met up with Mali at, she cracked open a can of redbull from Japan, not that she could tell what flavor it was, and sipped at it as she hoped the taller senshi would show up to help her be a bit more active in things. They always seemed like the type that knew what was going on so hopefully he would be able to help explain things.

Kiuchi did infact nearly always know what was going on, he kept up with things, because the dark mirror court was his family - litterally. Both his partners and his half sister were dark mirror senshi as well, the court had made itself his family when everything else failed him. It was why he kept in the know about things, why he was always there somewhere in the background. He wasn't a fighter, not unless he had to, but he was there to lend aid and comfort as well as anything else he might be needed for.
So when the call had gone out, and he'd gotten it, the dark haired senshi had agreed and now was arriving at a vending machine where another o his court was standing with a can of red bull in her hands.
"Evening." Already he had a plushie in his arms, because things were rather terrifying. He'd heard what was going on, a world devouring monster, this wasn't good and he'd already had a talk with his family. He wasn't sure how to tell his father, who was living in Asia, as the man was a negaverse agent over there. He was considering not telling him, not letting him know till the dust settled and things were right again, there was no need to scare his father over things the man couldn't help with. He knew he could come here, hop a plane in an instant, but he was older and he didn't want his father fighting here...it wasn't his place - this wasn't his city. Even if this was his planet as well, as he was certain the man would remind him, but this was why he'd tell him afterwards. He'd keep his sister safe through it all, as well as his partners, because they were his to keep safe and protect. So was his court.
"Hela, how have you been?" The panda plushie was held to his chest, both arms wrapped about it. "Japanese drink?" Nodding to the drink in her hand. "You know you can get that fro mthe market...right?"

Seeing the plushie, she still wasn't exactly used to it but it was pretty cute. She'd never had things like that nor wanted them growing up but she knew other people were different. "Classes are going well, at least until mirrorspace decided to kidnap me for a moment before letting me go home from school." It hadn't done it again since, but she would bring it up because it was honestly rude. Looking down at the can, she nodded. "I like this place, all the machines have stuff from all over the world. I might not be able to read it but it's been pretty nice to try something new every time." It was also cheap here from the machine and without there being cameras, she could come when powered up for a quick drink and snack before continuing on. "I actually wanted to maybe ask a bit about mirror space, and the wraiths. I never really did much before but Remarque said draining energy will help. I don't think I should do it at school but I don't really get out much in the city unless classes are out of session."

"Mirrorspace does have a mind of it's own." It managed to do that, kidnap it's senshi, though normally it was the opening to some sort of drama. It was, thankfully, uncommon for mirrorspace to yank them in so it did sound odd that it had pulled Hela in.
"When were you kidnapped and did it let you leave right away, if you tried? You said it held you for a moment but how long was that moment?" Wanting to get a better idea of what mirrorspace was up to, or had been up to. Nodding as he approached the machines in order to have a look at what was in them. A lot was Japanese and even Korean, he knew what the languages looked like but couldn't read either of them, he did see some Chinese things as well though.
Going over those, mouthing the names to himself, he finally decided to pull some money out of subspace and pay for something himself. He didn't normally do instant foods, one of his partners was the son of a chef, but every now and again wouldn't kill him.
"I can see him suggesting that, it will help in various ways. Are you looking for ideas on where and how to drain energy best?"

"It like.. tossed me out in the common room, but the first mirror I came across to leave was all weird and showed space. It had some weird stuff floating in the reflectio,n but then it shattered, and all the wraiths that had gathered around it scattered to look for another one, I think?" Watching as they looked through things, she finished off her can and pulled her camera out. "Yeah, I never really did too much outside of summer, I don't really focus on this since I'm here with a scholarship. I really only have gotten in tussles with other members of the court to try and figure out my magic, so I'm not sure how great things will go tryin' to go out this time of year." Thinking on it, she nodded. "Maybe a bit of help findin' good places to go and then soon if you're free to help me figure out a bit more about fightin' just in case I gotta do that." Not that she really wanted to, it would take more time away from her schoolwork this time of year.

"I've heard of those mirrors, I even saw one or two myself." In all the years he'd been a mirror senshi he'd never seen something like those mirrors, and he'd seen wraiths act off but not like they were now with the mirrors. It was all new and unusual and unsettling, a nod to just how wrong things were right now, something big was coming and this was just proof to that.
"Well, this thing isn't going to wait so we'll have to make it work. I'm sur eyou'll be fine though, everyone will be around to help." He had no doubt the rest of the court would be around for things, to make sure everyone was safe and they made it out of all this. They normally didn't get involved in such things but something this big...he knew the court, his family, would be involved in it all.
"I can help with both things. If you want we can head out and I'll show you a place or two for gathering energy. I lioke to keep to roof tops, let the wraiths work a crowd, I find drunks work best since they won't notice things. They'll think they're just too drunk, and that's if they even see anything. It also keeps me close so I can hear if things go wrong, I can peek down on them, and the chances of me being seen by them is very low." He tried to play it safe, as safe as he could, for everyones sake really. He didn't want to get into more fights than he needed to, especially with civilians.
"We can schedual a fight training as well. I'll be free most evenings after dinner time." Because missing dinner was not a good idea, not in his household.

"Somethin's wrong with em. Really wrong. But I just don't really know how other than like they're showing space and they aren't stable." It was odder than usual but Rem had said they were fine as long as you didn't bother them. Nodding along as Kiuchi mentioned everyone working together and helping out, she remembered how everyone had done the same thing a few years back when mirror space had its tantrum. "Oh, I never thought about rooftops, that might be a better idea if I don't wanna get spotted. The last thing I want is to have to answer questions about this outfit." She wasn't as excited about it as Hybris was about things, it was still too frilly and girlie for her liking. "Okay, I think I can manage that, lead the way and we can get started for tonight. Evenings work for me too, after I get out of the darkroom at the university. Gotta finish my project for finals still, even with all this stuff going on."

"Roof tops are safe, even if you are seen by a civilian...how are they going to get up to you? It gives you time to escape, assuming they can even get up to the roof top, I find it the best place to work from for many reasons. I've even gotten up into trees, at night, in the park and let my wraiths work while I keep hidden due to all the branches from several trees." Because they were nicely packed in and dense and he could hide, his uniform was dark enough people wouldn't seeing him. It helped that he had a lot of green in his uniform as well. He had found the best ways to hide while he worked, to keep everyone involved as safe as possible, it was all good for him.
"Oh, I agree about things being really wrong. All we can do for now though is gather energy and participate in things. Tonight...let's try roof tops. We can go for trees another night." Offering his arm to her with a smile. "Let's get to it, we have work to do." And a planet to save apparently, and that would take energy.
