The talk with Aloysius, and shockingly Liam, had taken place in the comfort of the small living room he had. Considering Melody was planning to marry into his family, which would make Aloysius family as well, the blond hadn’t moved from the small room and taken the meeting into the main living room. He’d had Katya lead them to the hidden back room where he’d been seated with Rene after going over things with the other.
The talk, a sharing of information, had been enlightening as well as helpful as he’d been able to share information with Aloysius as well as speculate on what it could all mean. It was good to bounce ideas with someone else who had been there, without all the dramatics going on. From the room shaking to everything else, including the throwing of verbal barbs, it was good to talk without other things sidetracking and derailing the communication. There had been a lot of talking the night before and it had ended in plans to meet this morning - which was why he was standing outside Lauralite’s office with the spike in his right hand, held close to his chest.
In his left hand, held down at his side, was a folder with a neatly typed-up report on what had happened. He would, of course, be filling their Queen in on things verbally but he’d also present her with a written and signed copy of everything. Glancing over, and up, to Chalcanthite the blond stared for a moment. “Ready when you are.” Because they might as well get this meeting started, while the espresso was still keeping him running since he’d not gotten a good amount of sleep the previous night, he’d crash as soon as he got home and make up for the lost sleep.

The night had been rough and rather long with how he ached but he’d managed to type up his report as well and had it under his right arm as he held that hand to his left ribs for a moment. The ice and rest had helped, it was just sore at this point but he had more important things to worry about. Liam had made sure he’d gotten rest and breakfast so at least he seemed to be better off than the other. “Yes, the only thing I left out were my own sketches considering the photos we received from an unknown source.” He still didn’t quite like that fact, nor did he like the eye, but it was outside of his control. Shifting the folder as he straightened up and preened slightly, he made sure he looked impeccable for this meeting. Not a hair was out of place or wrinkle to be seen and his tie was perfectly in place hiding the scar behind it. “I think I shall take your advice and find a way to the moon, I have been quite effective at getting to places as of late. As long as I can keep my cover intact this could be quite fruitful.” Smiling just the slightest bit smugly to the blonde he motioned for them to head forward and knock first. “Considering you have the spike, you should initiate things.” It also gave him time to gauge how Laurelite felt about things and their report and findings before he brought his forward.

“I agree, I wasn’t a fan of the eye either. Though, to be fair I’m not a fan of this whole thing.” He kept his voice low, not wanting to bring unwanted, and unnecessary, attention to the two of them just yet. “Good, share with me what you find on the moon. I might, and this is a very tentative might, be able to find a way there myself. Some on the side of order, while knowing me well enough, still are peaceful enough to speak with me and not resort to outright attacking me on sight.” What a surprise that was, and yet it was true, there just weren’t many like that. He could think of a few though, very few, and he might be able to hunt one of them down and get himself to the moon. He doubted he’d find them though, like a needle in a haystack, it had also been a while since he’d seen them. But it might be a good idea to try and perhaps see if he could find someone else, someone low in rank who didn’t know him well enough, call for one of this person, that might be the best option even if it might involve a strongly worded demand they call for who he wanted. He just had to hope whoever he had them call, and he did have someone in mind, would arrive and was still as peaceful as he remembered them to be.
If he couldn’t get ahold of the knight he was thinking about, not some traitor who now worked for order, or they didn’t wish to assist him, then there was that elderly knight who hung about the city library. They didn’t attack unless provoked and attacked first, making them another option if need be. They were older and he figured that was why they didn’t attack first, or at all if they could help it, but he didn’t much care for the idea of dealing with the old man. Perhaps the idea that being so old they wouldn’t want to get involved in such things, wouldn’t want to assist in what could potentially be a big battle, but who knows…maybe they would. Hopefully he didn’t have to bother them though, he’d rather the first idea pan out instead.
“You do have the better reputation, so you’ll have more luck for certain.” Stepping forward the blond knocked on the door before pushing it open slowly and stepping inside. “My Queen.” Calling out as he stepped further into the room, spike still held to his chest, he went to take a knee when he got close enough. He didn’t take the time to look around the room, his focus on their Queen and the conversation which needed to take place this morning. The words he would speak already piecing themselves together in his mind, some words changed out for others, as he replayed everything in his mind in preparation for this discussion. There was so much to say, most of it speculation, but he was hoping to ask some questions as well.

Laurelite had been aware of the intended meeting; she had approved their arrival and instructed Benitoite to let himself into her office when he arrived. She’d cleared her schedule a bit to accommodate him and Chalcanthite, so it wasn’t surprising when they arrived perfectly on time. “Benitoite, Chalcanthite,” she greeted. She sat at her desk and wore a pleasant smile but there was something just a bit off about her demeanor. There was an edge about her, sharp and attentive. She was cordial, but this was business. “Those folders look a bit thick. Come, both of you. Let’s bypass the formalities, have a seat. I want to hear your full report.” Her gaze lingered on the spike in Benitoite’s hand and she made no effort to play coy. She was obviously curious, and eager to hear what they had to say.

"Given the events of the previous night, assuming someones already spoken to you, you can understand why the folders are so thick." There was much to discuss, observations and the like, not to mention speculations and ideas. He wasn't one to just throw out information but he liked to add his own thoughts to things, sometimes little opinions here and there and other times fully thought out ideas and points which needed to be made. This report was full of such things, though more so fully fleshed out thoughts, he'd tried to keep things short and simple but that really wasn't easy to accomplish given the events of the previous night and how open ended things were; left to interpretation.
Stepping forward, approaching her desk, he pulled out a chair and sat himself down. Since they were bypassing formalities, and he really didn't like how short most chairs made him feel, he pulled a leg up and under himself so he had a bit more height. It was wholly unprofessional and lacked in manners, which he very well knew, but it was comfortable for him and the height felt better as well. It also might, and he would never confirm or denym be due to the fact that if he sat all the way back in a chair his feet never fully touched the floor and just the tips of his feet brushed the ground.
Leaning forward he placed the spike on her desk. "This was given to me last evening, I've kept it in subspace for safe keeping since then. Since returning to Earth, assuming we were not on this planet last night, I have felt watched and followed.Given I've only been in my own home since returning I think it had to do with last night, and the eye that watched us in the room." So he was doing what he could to keep the spike safe, no one else could reach into his subspace, though if someone were to somehow kill him...it would be lost entierly.
"I think it may be best kept down here, safe where no one can get it. If something were to befall me, and I were to meet my end, no one would be able to acess it from subspace and the spike is most important." Important enough that he was willing to work with order if need be, work with any order memebr who also may have a spike, or anyone who was willing to help handle this beast. He'd do what needed to be done...even if it meant working with order...and traitors.
"If I need to use it, when t he time comes, then I will." But it was best kept somewhere that someone else could acess it if something happened to him. He had to think about these sorts of things when dealing with a potential Earth ending event, one which needed that spike to stop it. "It seems that something, a stellar threat, may be imprisioned somewhere and that prision is no longer secure." And they all might not be safe from it for much longer. The calmness he was known for had taken over, replacing the poanic and worry he'd felt the night before. He'd had time to rest, to talk to Rene, and calm himself so he could hold himself together for this meeting and handle things in his usual manner.

Following the small blonde, he sat more properly in the chair he pulled out, with the report sitting on his lap beneath his hands. "The push of photos to our tablets without a named source is also disconcerting. Given the last photo which is more than it initially may seem. I believe Aquamarine had made an attempt to photograph them but given how cut off we all seemed I doubt the photos came from their tablet." If it was a breach of the tablets and network, that would be its own issue aside from the photos themselves. "The spike itself seems to relate to a mural I directly interacted with, which seemed to have shown a different image when interacted with by Aquamarine. My view of it, as well as how it shows on the photos pushed through the tablets, was of the spike whole while they saw it cracked." It could be nothing, or it could relate to the dark circle and hallway which had collapsed in on itself. Things he'd written up in the folder he held. "A traitor spoke of something, a celestial theatre? I know little of what it might be personally but given we had no idea of where we actually were when we were pulled there, it may be a clue." There was a slight bit of an edge to his voice, displeased with such a large gap of information as he spoke. It wasn't something he preferred when writing reports, but the situation had been far from ideal. "More information needs to be gathered, if this is something in space we need to look into ways to acquire information to try and narrow down where. If there are spikes for each of the circles on the floor then that means some of them may be held by senshi of the white moon as well." There had been 6 agents or corrupt senshi and 4 order senshi so best case meant one or two may have been snagged by them but again information was missing and he hadn't seen how everyone had been parted off after getting thrown down the hall with Benitoite.

“Assume nothing, General,” Laurelite said sweetly to Benitoite. She did not seem to criticize nor judge his unique choice of sitting. Given the circumstances, there were far more interesting things to analyze, anyway. She lifted the spike from her desk almost as soon as Benitoite placed it there, because if they were foregoing formalities, she wasn’t going to pretend like she wasn’t interested in it. Holding it tenderly, she spent a great deal of effort as she analyzed it. She had a fondness for all artifacts, and this was no different. She rotated it slowly, tracing her fingers over every inch of it as if by doing so she might uncover some of its secret. If she found anything, it wasn’t worth sharing. The stars in the orb on the hilt of it drew her attention for a moment longer but, finally, she laid it back down on the desk. “I think keeping it here is best. Metallia’s watchful eye can guarantee its safety. Still, don’t tell anyone else of its location if you aren’t keeping it on you. If you keep it in your office, lock it and take any extra precautions. I’d recommend you have a Mauvian install a sensor just in case. It isn’t as much that I’m worried you’ll have issues from one of our own, I just don’t know what this thing is capable of.” Laurelite glanced between the two of them and her gaze settled on Chalcanthite. “Perhaps the both of you can have a Mauvian examine your tablets as well. If these images are a valid recollection of your time there, I suppose we should take it as a boon that they were shared with us. However, our systems are incredibly secure. I can’t imagine how someone was able to bypass our defenses. I want confirmation that we don’t have someone sneaking in through a back door.” Her smile never faltered, and though she never spoke with anything akin to worry or concern, she was clearly intending to handle this with great attentiveness. “The White Moon Senshi you encountered there, did they try to make plans to meet up again? You may have a unique opportunity to connect with them again. I trust the two of you but it’s a situation that must be handled delicately. You would have my permission to engage with them in any way that might best benefit the Negaverse. If Earth is in danger, I don’t trust them to handle that responsibility. It’s better left to us, anyway. I want to know what they know.”

Watching as their Queen looked over the spike, she was as interested in it as he was, ithis was all so curious and lacking in solid information. With stars inside of it the spike was a truely interesting piece of work. At least she agreed with him keeping it here, for safety reasons. "Of course not, I wouldn't wish to bring a risk to the spike, or anyone else, by someone deciding they want to get clsoe to this item. Especially since we don't know what it's capable of, as you said. I can leave it wherever it pleases you, so long as Metallia's eyes are on it as well, if you wish to keep it ion your office to further examine that would work for me as well." Because he was fine with keeping it in his office, under lock and key with extra protections added, he could ensure it's safety but if Laurelite wanted to look it over it would be easier if it was right in her own office.
"Of course, I'll have Katya as well as another mauvian look over my tablet as soon as we conclude this meeting. The idea that someone, or something, could have sent us images is rather disconcerning." Because he knew their tablets were secure, just as Laurelite said, so to think images just cropped up was rather unsettling to consider. It was useful, without a doubt, but that didn't mean that it was all great.
As the topic changed, the focus going to the white moon, he shook his head slowly. "I did not hear any mention of them meeting up. However, at the end we were all seperated. Because of that plans amongst them may have been missed by me. I'm going to assume, for the sake of what makes sense, that everyone was paired off with someone else so those seperated off may have made plans." It would have been the perfect time to make plans to meet, to discuss ideas you didn't want others to hear, all manner of things.
"It does seem one of them, a traitor, knew of a location on the moon which may be involved in all of this - a theater. I know some who serve the white moon who are less combative than others, who tend to talk before fighting, I can try and approach them and see if any can bring me there? I may have to tell them some of what we know, that Earth is in possible danger, and lean into their supposed good nature in order to do so. I may be able to get myself a trip to other places in space as well. If that is possible would you like me to also get to their planets and wonders? To see if there are issues of concern there, things we are experiencing here?" The storm that they'd had last night for instance. It was worth asking before just assuming anything, especially if it might involve more space travel. That also reminded him....he had a ticket that could get him a meeting with the merchant from space. Yes, that was a good idea. They might know something or be able to lay hands on information which could help.
Smiling as he thought about this, glad he'd not used up his invitation, the general was pleased with himself as he sat there comfortably. "I'll do my best to gather what information I can." From the moon to planets and wonders to perhaps somewhere deeper in space. He'd do what he could to gather information which would hopefully help their cause, help them protect Earth.
"Should we also speak with the dark mirror? They also serve chaos, though it is not Metallia who they serve - it is still chaos. It may be good to include them on things, bring more strength to the table as it may be needed." Though the court as small, almost unnoticable really, it was still a good idea to let them know what was going on and let them decide how they wished to procded...if at all.

Nodding once, he made a note to bring it up with Desiree when he got home before reaching out to his team about things. "Of course, I will reach out to confirm no foul play happened in regards to the photos. With how things seemed cut off or on the fritz there, it would be good to double check just in case." If nothing came up, then that would be fine and ease that small snag of worry over things. Shifting slightly, at the mention of the dark mirror by Benitoite, he kept the worry over his fiancé's findings off of his face. "Reaching out to the mirror would be beneficial, it seems to have effected some of their mirrors as well, but given the fact I was given this information early this morning, I have not compiled a full report but I will provide one soon." "As for order, I was unable to hear if they were meeting up after or not, but I can change my routes in order to try seeking them out to gather more information regarding things. I agree that things would be better left to us and I will navigate things delicately to get the best results as well." It would take some time, but he had a few ideas of who he might be able to interact with to find those senshi from before. Maybe not all of them, but whichever he could manage to find, he would. Thinking on that, he brushed his fingers over the edge of the folder for a moment. "Given this situation and how fresh it is, how much information should I provide to my team at this point in time? And following that up, what information should we disseminate to order if an interaction does occur?" It was a balance itself and to get information most times one had to give it, the question was what would work without causing any problems or leaving him in a poor position.

Laurelite’s eyes drifted to the spike briefly. “No need to keep it in my office, General. I can’t guarantee I’ll be spending much time here in the near future. If I need to see it again, I know where to find it.” Her smile was unfaltering now, as ever. “I appreciate you handling this situation with care and diligence. You have my approval to proceed as you best see fit, but do so with caution and attentiveness. Mind your tongues when speaking to our enemies. Share only what you feel appropriate. We still don’t know the cause of this. My attention is on Earth, I don’t care what happens elsewhere. If you think there’s information to glean from being off-world,” she shrugged. “Just be careful. Metallia’s reach only extends so far. Do not wander needlessly beyond her reach.” There were too many unknowns about all of this. She didn’t want them to spread themselves too thin. “I see no harm in conversing with the Dark Mirror Court. They’re not our enemies.” Usually. “Just make sure that any interaction is documented. I want a record of everything. We don’t know what information we’re looking for so it’s better to be over prepared than under. I’ll trust the both of you with making your own determinations on what to share with your team, and during other encounters. I’ll look into this a bit more and send out an announcement, myself. But, for the time being, I see no need for secrets amongst each other.”

"Then I'll have Katya, and anyother mauvian, secure my office and I'll move a few of my plants from the green hosue into my office. Anyone who walks in there, without proper assistence, will find themselves drained of their energy and laying there till they can be removed." That way if someone went for the spike he'd catch them, let that be a lesson to anyone trying to enterh is office. He'd keep a pin on himself, and this was notice for Chalcanthite and their Queen to do so as well, because no one beyond this room would know of the trap he'd be placing in his office. Katya would know, once he got home, but that was it. No one should be picking the lock to get into his office anyway.
"Of course, I'll keep that in mind, I appreciate the latitude we're being allowed in searching for information and dealing with order. I'll do my best to gather what information I can, in the hopes something will be useful." If only to see the scope of things, how far into space things might be affected by what was going on, every bit might help in forming a full picture of what was going on. Though he only cared for Earth as well it would give them an idea of the power involved, at least he was figuring that.
"As for what I saw in the mural I observed." Trailing off for a moment, though the information could easily be found in his report, he continued then. "I saw a serpent wraped about a planet, it's tail in it's own mouth, the planet itself slowly withered and died. I can only assume it was drained of it's energy - it's life. Once it was done the serpent let it's tail go, unwrapping itself from the planet, it headed off into space.I can only assume it was to find another planet. From the picture son the tablet I'm assuming it found far more than another planet...it found those who were able to chain it down but either could not or would not kill it. If it was because they wouldn't...than I wonder why, is there a need for it. If it was because they couldn't...can we?" His report mentioned, in better detail than the night before, the idea of this being some end of the world thing - Ragnarok from Norse mythology. The idea that this was an end of the world thing, since it seemed fitting, and perhaps aliens from who escaped it's destruction had brought the story here. Humans had then changed it, altered it, wether it was due to a different in language, understanding, or it had changed over time it didn't matter. All the options were mentioned of course. He'd gone on wit h the idea of Nrose mythology in his report, because perhaps he was focused on it too much, that the world tree was perhaps a way for the Vikings to describe aliens and pplanets in space which they came from. So it was a retelling of an old story and put into terms they understood.
He'd even gone into another idea altogether...that this was an end of the world which was meant to happen, that came in cycles, and would come again. That it would come like the Silver milleniums end had...and when things started anew all this, everything, would be forgotten just as the Silver Millenium had been. He'd offered ideas to look into, to see if there were ties into some of these myths and stories, to understand what was happening and find clues in the stories. Would there be more to come? What else might come? He'd been up late, and woken early, to do research online in order to type up this whole report. The research, and time, showed in the amount of work he'd managed. He just hoped he didn't sound too off the wall...but he didn't think so. It would make sense.
