When there's blood in the water?
After disappearing into a camera last week, Ares Alexander would be coming back this week to face a fresh face. Lykos. A person with no prior name, face, or strategy to go by.
Ares Alexander was entering tonight as a pro, but at a total disadvantage.
"From Chicago, Illinois. Weighing in tonight at at 207 lbs. Ares Alexander!"
Making his way to ringside, Ares Alexander climbed the stairs, and entered the ring circling it for a moment as his theme continued to play. He was in his head, but he felt that rust begin to shed off of him. Will it be enough tonight?

A wolf howl sounds as the arena darkens and Werewolf begins to play. Smoke covers covers the stage, almost obscuring it from view I can feel you, I can hear you, howling in my bones

Ever shifting, skin is ripping, as you take control
I can't tell where you end and where I start (there's an evil lurkin' in the dark)the smoke lightens just enough for a large figure to step through it, Lykos, entering the WWFG for the first time here in the debut Netflix show. He stands and looks out over the sea of fans I could be up all night, but I'm paralyzed when the creature comes alive

(Werewolf)During the chorus of the song, Lykos steps completely out of the smoke and begins to make his way down the ramp, his eyes focused on his opponent now standing in the ring. "Making his way to the ring, residing in Athens, Greece, weighing in at 305 pounds, Lykos!" Lykos reaches the ring and steps up onto the apron, then into the ring over the top rope. He steps up to the center of the ring as the music dies out

Lykos had some choice words for Ares before this match. Questioning if the name that he inherited was a translation of what Alexander would bring forward, or ignorance.
Ares stood tall despite the mountain of a challenge in front of him. Alexander prepared himself as the bell would toll

Lykos removes the vest he wears in his entrance and tosses it to the outside. Time to get his debut match started as he offers a lock up to Ares

Ares would stare at Lykos, who offered the test of strength. The glaring difference in physiques, but he would test his luck and strength regardless. Upon locking the arms, Ares dug his feet into the mat, leaned forward, and gave a big push.

Lykos figured it was fair to give his opponent a shot, just to see what he could do. To Ares credit, he gave it the good ol' college try and gives him a strong shove, that pushes the bigger man back a step. Lykos raises an eyebrow at the effort, but quickly reaches forward with both hands, attempting to catch Ares and simply biel toss him across the ring

There was a bit of movement, and then Ares was being the one moved as he would get tossed to the side like a piece of garbage.
Alexander would hit the mat back first, rolling into the ropes as he would slide out of the ring for a moment to regain his bearings. Placing his forearm against the small of his back.

Lykos remains in the ring, flipping his hair back out of his face as he got a smattering of cheers from the simple display of power. Lykos steps back, allowing Ares the space to get back in at his leisure

Alexander would walk along the steel steps, still holding on to his back as he was reflecting in his head. He already knew the strength game was out of the realm of possibility.
All he had now was his speed and experience.
Ares would roll back inside the ring, standing back on his two feet as the official would let the two men continue their match.

Lykos takes a moment to check his elbow pads as Ares climbs back into the ring. Once he's back, it's time to get back to business. Lykos looks for an opening as he advances forward

Ares would ready himself as his opponent would once again close back in.
Ares looked to fake the lock up this time. If Lykos came back in, Ares looked to move in for a side headlock

Lykos goes right in for the lock up and finds himself caught in a side headlock. Not a bad strategy but The Dark Wolf attempts to pull him back slightly and then shove Ares off to the ropes

Ares would be brought back a few steps before being thrown forward. His plan of keeping hold of the head and using the throw as extra torque didn't work.
Next plan, Alexander slammed against the ropes gaining some speed as he looked to duck instinctively as he came back toward his opponent. Hoping the big man would throw the clothesline, allowing Ares to get a full head of steam.

Lykos successfully gets Ares off him, though it seems the smaller man has the obvious next move scouted, as he had indeed swung a clothesline. It's unfortunate that Ares ducks it and seems to be building towards something
