Quote: Backdated to December 9th Londonite didn’t get out much, as much as he wanted and tried, it wasn’t always easy considering the hours he had to work plus school. Things were not easy for him and his spouse, his spouse never seemed to have the time to power up and go out, so whenever Londonite was out he’d grab double the energy so he could turn it in for himself and his partner. It meant more work for him but he was fine with it, even if he left him exhausted by the time he got home and crashed in bed.
Tonight was one of those nights, a long day and an equally long night, as he gathered energy from a group of drunken college students who were all gathered about on the campus grounds. They had been heading back to their dorms, laughing and messing around, the group was loud and had grabbed his attention. Londonite figuring they were an easy target had gone for them, even though it meant getting into a hell of a fight with several of them, it wasn’t that hard considering they were all near fall over drunk levels of intoxicated.
It meant he could knock them out, which he’d done, and than grab the energy he’d need from them. He’d leave them somewhere, he wasn’t entirely sure where just yet, so nothing happened to them. He didn’t need them dead, he might need them another night for energy, so it wouldn’t do to remove them entirely. They were an easy target and he had no doubt they’d have another night like this in the future…and he could only hope he’d be there then as well - to grab their energy.

Heels clicked over the pavement as Spasskaya walked with that same frustrated purpose as she wandered the routes that she knew the Frenchman took on his runs. She’d seen him once while walking past the university to look into a few things. That was enough to have her out and looking around to see if she could find him and rough him up a bit, knowing they wouldn’t recognize her because fo whatever magic made her uniform and things.
But what she found instead was a sketchy-looking man who felt wrong. Just like that other one but they didn’t have all the hair which would make it harder for her to grab him she figured. Moving closer, she saw that they were following a group of drunk students and she started to put the puzzle pieces together.
“Hey мудак!” Calling out to try and get their attention, she kept her coat pulled closed for now. Thumbing her signet ring, she knew she could use that linked magic to make things a bit easier for her now. But either way, she was looking to see what they decided to do. Sadly none of the drunks had looked like Rene, otherwise, she might have let him do whatever he was going to do.

Londonite had felt something off, he could remember Chalcanthite explaining to him what knights and senshi felt like, but he’d not felt either before. This however he was certain was what one of them felt like, though which he couldn’t be sure, he knew he didn’t like what he was feeling.
Turning when he heard the shout, stopping in what he was doing, he was just about to grab one of the drunks and drag them off someplace to leave their unconscious body. He wasn’t going to leave them out scattered about, that would leave them all at risk to all sorts of things, but where to move them was an issue…as well as moving them all. That was when he’d surprised by someone yelling at him, just as he was grabbing one of the unconscious males, and his dark eyes turned to the voice.
“What?” Well, she didn’t look pleased that was for certain.

Tapping her heel after moving closer, she looked at them with narrowed eyes. “What do you think you’re doing?” Because honestly, she didn’t know but she half assumed they were knocking people out to rob them. Though that was just an excuse at this point as she spoke coldly.
“Do I need to call for someone to get involved or are you going to stop?” The click of her shoe broke up the silence after she said her part, letting it linger as she curled her hand around the pendulum inside her coat. The motion would just look like her going for her phone, but she had half a mind to just clock this person much as she had the other troublemaker.

“What I’m doing is gathering energy, not that it’s any business of yours.” He knew it was really her business, in a sense, she was a senshi or a knight. “Call someone? Isn’t it your job to handle things, if they need handling.” Now his voice took on a mocking tone as he stepped closer to her, the orb of energy he’d had vanishing as he’d been told to send it to subspace if need be. He wasn’t going to lose it to this…knight…senshi. He wasn’t sure.
“Or are you just not able to handle things on your own…?” Mocking, and grinning, as he summoned the single chop stick which he used to try and stab her as he got close enough to her.

Narrowing her icy eyes at the agent she focused on her signet ring just as Aaru had taught her. It would help just as it had with that other senshi with all the long hair. Stepping forward as she drew her pendulum, she wasn’t scared of a chopstick. That meant they didn’t have any weird magic, they were just an a*****e which meant she had the right to have a little fun.
She had the range over him as she bolted the last few feet, knowing that she’d seem to flicker to them and get this first swing in easier as she aimed right for their knees. Downing them would be the first step then she could go from there.

He had braced himself, ready for her, but then she was there and not and it was like the strobe light at the haunted house he and his husband had visited not that long ago. They had seen some advertisements, heard some people on campus talking about them, and decided to check one out as a cheap date night which they could afford. It hadn’t been bad, it had actually been really good, but he could remember lights that gave a similar effect. It had him off on dodging to avoid her, because of course it did, it was messing with her perception of things.
When he landed on the ground he wasn’t even that surprised, he almost expected it, as he groaned and tried to sit up. “Whatever the hell that was…I didn’t like it.” Another groan as he worked himself back up and onto his feet. His knee, the one she’d struck, tried to buckle under his weight but he locked his knee and stood his ground. Swinging out towards her with the stick in his hand, hoping it might just stab her somehow.

Spasskaya was getting better, and this time, she didn’t have to deal with them trying to use their hair as a weapon either, so when they complained about not liking being attacked, she couldn’t help but feel a little bit satisfied. By the time they’d stumbled back up, she’d readied herself to swing again.
Whatever that thing they used seemed flimsy but it still stung as he tried to stab her. It glanced over her side as she hit him again with the pendulum, aiming for his side with a twisted little smile. She wouldn’t say it, not out loud, but she quite liked the idea of replacing this person with Rene in her mind as she hit them. It felt refreshing, very freeing, somewhere for that anger to go over what that a*****e had done.
“There’s more where that came from.” Because she’d keep going until they decided to give up or they got a good hit, something that was less than likely to happen until that period of time her ring would work passed.

It was hard, nearly impossible, to keep track of her movements. It wasn’t something he disliked normally, not when he went to a club, but here when he was in a fight with someone he would have very much preferred being able to properly track their movements. It was really no surprise when that weapon, if you wanted to call it a weapon, hit him again. It hit and it hit hard, he wished the damn thing would break, and he did reach out to grab it, even as he stumbled back from the impact.
“You could have just left me be, and this wouldn’t be happening.” Though really she had the upper hand at the moment, and perhaps these words would have been better suited coming from her. But once she wasn’t doing that flickering thing he was going to hurt her, he could not go home so defeated. Kicking at her, wanting to push her back while he tried to yank her weapon from her hands, Londonite kept his grip tight on the object, having even banished his single chopstick.

Sure the guy had a tight grip but she wasn’t about to give up her pendulum and stepped in to elbow him even as he kicked at her shin. It hurt and she did stumble, pulling hard on her weapon as she went down on her knee.
Breathing hard she looked up with more than a bit of frustration on her face. “But where’s the fun in that?” At least all the commotion that had happened caused the other drunks to gain enough sense to wander off so the only one left was the one unconscious and she figured they weren’t much use to the guy.
“Oh, sorry, looks like I scared them all away. Boo hoo.” Standing even though her leg was protesting, she rested the pendulum over her shoulder as she glared them down. Spasskaya was just daring them to try it again and she knew she had at least one more good swing before they’d be on a level playing field.

That elbow hurt, was she just a bony person? Jerking away from where she’d hit him, it would bruise he was certain, gasping from the pain of the blow dealt. Londonite took a step back, taking a moment to regain himself, before stepping back in close to her. Akito was at least glad he didn’t have to worry about his husband wondering where he’d gotten the mark - he’d know. He just wished he was here as well, but he was busy.
“You act like it bothers me, or I should be upset or feel something over it.” That boo hoo was just…annoying, as if she were hoping he was upset or angry even about things. He wasn’t. He would just go find other people, somewhere else. “You should like a child doing that.” Shaking his head he suddenly shoved her item back at her, hard, in the hopes of pushing her hard enough she’d fall over seeing as she was already on her knee.

Spasskaya moved with her pendulum and stepped back, her knee twisting oddly and almost sending her falling. If she wasn’t used to all the strain on her legs from skating she would’ve been down already but worst case is she’d have to ice it and put a brace back on it from her collection of the things.
The cold was helping though, something she was always pleased with. It wasn’t as cold here as it was back home but it was cold enough that the throbbing hadn’t gotten too bad. This one was dense or didn’t care about whatever else they were supposed to be doing. It was annoying in its own way, that she couldn’t rile them up to get more of an excuse to do something about them.
So just as a little dig at them, she grabbed the flask that was on the ground by the downed man and hurled it full force at their face, making sure the thing was open to spill the cheap vodka all over them. “Go find a frenchman if you want to do something useful.” Huffing as she crossed her arms and watched them, she stepped back and knew the timer was up. Good enough time to head out in her opinion, she needed to look into something and get back to working on that order.
