Things had gotten… extremely interesting. A place seemingly frozen in time yet suffering from its degradation. A ring she’d found in a book, and a lot more things she would look into. While it pulled her farther from the main reason she’d come to this country, she wasn’t too displeased by things. Something about that place had sparked a memory, a snippet in time that had slapped her in the face once she’d decided to answer to that odd pull that had started when she’d first found this weird pendulum.
Tonight she was focused on trying some things out, looking for a fight of some sort to take out her annoyance on the fact that René seemed to have moved out of the place she’d trailed him to. The shop was still there but there was only so much she could do there given the fact that witnesses might pop in and see her putting him through the counter.
After the tussle with that other woman and the gargoyles, Spasskaya felt like she was getting the hang of this. Sure sometimes there was almost this vile feeling she felt while wandering, but she didn’t really let it get to her. It wasn’t enough of a bother for her to pay much mind to and she didn’t quite avoid that feeling but more so she slightly would alter he bath when she felt it. They were always close by, like when you could smell the lingering stench in an area a skunk sprayed. Other than that she hadn’t figured out what caused that feeling, at least so far.
—----------------------------------------------------
There was something about watching little moons walk about that spoke to that sadistic hunting side of him that was usually repressed during the day. Villon was aware he was close enough for the little page to sense him. But he wasn't sure on how to proceed….Eh, he could just teleport or maybe see if he could get close enough to send her a friend?
Yeah, that would work.
Villon smirked, then teleported so that he would be close enough in front of the page to gift her with a friend but not too close to where she could do anything about it. Instead of saying anything, he simply conjured up a little friend and spit it at her. Granted she could dodge it but even if she did, he had more where that came from.
—----------------------------------------------------
One moment the path ahead was empty as she walked and then the next there was a man with far too much hair that seemed to be the source of the vile feeling. Before they said anything, a glob of something came out and her first thought was about how disgusting it was. But then the next moment it shot out to grab at her and she stomped on the thing. Looking up, she was about to say something but instead of the path ahead, she saw the altar.
Spasskaya, no, Luciana stood there in her dress as it caught the light of the church. All of the guests were there and the priest had looked nervously around because someone was missing. The space before her stood empty, the groom nowhere to be seen, and she seethed from it. It was a nightmare yes but not one that scared her. No tears fell, there were never any to begin with for that man, but she moved forward at the ready.
This couldn’t be real, she was sure of it, so she moved forward with a growl rumbling behind her clenched teeth.
—----------------------------------------------------
Oh…This one was interesting.
Villon watched her reaction with a tilted head. He always wondered what went on whenever he used his attack, but this one was interesting if only for the fact that she seemed more angry than anything. He saw that she was moving forward and he started moving to the side, teleporting and appearing right behind her, readying a side kick to her side. It wouldn't take long for his powers to wear off so he should take advantage while he can.
—----------------------------------------------------
The change of where the senshi had been wasn’t something she saw but she felt the kick as it came even as the wedding hall flickered with it. She didn’t fall but it had her stumbling as she tried to shake off whatever had happened. Everything flickered a few more times as whatever that was had run it’s course but it let her a bit disoriented as she looked around.
Pulling a hand to her side, she stepped back away from the direction it had come from but it took her a moment to see where the senshi was now. Huffing she would’ve said it wasn’t fair but if she could do that she would’ve done the same.
“a*****e.” She needed just a moment to rub at the ache in her side then she’d try and get a swing in.
—----------------------------------------------------
“Thanks~” Villon didn't waste any time, coming at the page with a raised fist. He's fought a knight before but back then he was….Not right, even for his standards. So he decided he would make up for that time by beating the s**t out of the knight in front of him. It was only fair, all things considered.
—----------------------------------------------------
Sure they were running at her but she had a better idea since they wanted to fight dirty. Keeping ducked, she grabbed a thick fistful of that hair and yanked as she moved under their arm. They still landed the hit on her shoulder as she went but that didn’t stop her from trying to yank them back and down to the ground.
It was so easy to get yanked around if you had long hair, she’d grown up knowing that, so it wasn’t a bad plan in her mind. She also didn’t have much hair sticking out from under her cap to give them any ideas that they could try it on her.
—----------------------------------------------------
Villon in all the years he has been doing this….Never expected his hair to be utilized in such a way. Sure his hit landed but now she had him “trapped”. Villon simply turned so that he would be facing her while she had the hold on his hair. He held his ground, looking her dead in the eye with his head slightly tilted at a weird angle. “Oh no…….What am I going to do now that you have my hair?” given the fact that his hair was so long, that meant there was more to grab then just a fistful. Acting quickly, Villon grabbed the rest of his hair with his hands and reached forward, wrapping it around her neck and squeezing.
“Don't tempt me with a good time girl….Might not like what you get in return.” he launched his knee up with the intent of landing somewhere hard enough to wind her.
—----------------------------------------------------
Oh, he was irritating and the sound of his voice just made her want to punch him or… something better. Just as they got their hair around her neck she took advantage of him being right there to bring her pendulum up and smash it right into his nose. “I think you should pay a bit more attention than looking for a good time.” Huffing in annoyance as the hit from his knee missed slightly off-center. It knocked some of the wind out of her but not enough to stop her swing.
—----------------------------------------------------
The hit to the nose did cause a nice and healthy roar of pain to come from him, but it also caused the grip he had on his hair to tighten around the page’s neck. Fighting through the pain, Villon prepared to give her another friend if only to distract her for a bit while he got some hits in. The senshi gave her a smile full of blood and teeth, opting to grab her by the throat with one hand while the other went for a nice left hook to the face. It was only right since she all but damaged his nose. If he couldn't get it healed properly, explaining the injury to his little angel of a wife would be difficult. It's been a minute since he's had a challenging opponent like this.
—----------------------------------------------------
The swing came, sending stars across her vision before she swung one more time at his face. This maybe was starting to seem like a bad idea but damned if she wasn’t going to leave a mark. Already she might have to tell Kinsley she got mugged or something when they saw her next because she knew that hit would leave a mark and their fingers on her throat would likely do the same.
Struggling slightly, she brought her knee up to hit him where it would hurt. If they let go then she’d bolt because while she liked this idea of anonymity and fighting, she didn’t like the idea of getting seriously hurt and that was seeming like a larger and larger possibility with this guy.
—----------------------------------------------------
The swing hit his jaw and he returned it with one of his own, about to go for another when he felt a sudden pain between his legs. Blue eyes narrowed as he hissed in pain, swinging her body around while he prepared to throw her into the nearest object, opting for a tree. He wasn't the type to hold his balls like most guys but ******** that s**t hurt. He got down on one knee and took some deep breaths to get rid of the pain from having his family jewels rocked. “******** b***h.” He hoped she would take this time to leave because if she was stupid enough to stay then his hands would be in her chest next and it wouldn't be pretty.
—----------------------------------------------------
Grabbing them as they went to throw her helped, not much, but it at least kept her from what likely would have been a pretty harsh back injury if she’d hit it full force. The wind had been knocked out of her but at least she could catch her breath as she got up and bolted ******** you too!” She didn’t bother looking back as she held the side of her jaw. One of her fillings felt loose and something else but she wasn’t about to check it until she got back to the shop. It was annoying, more than anything, that she had to consider what Kinsley might think. The poor little thing would worry but she could probably get a bit of extra work out of them because of it as well.
