Appears to be an old, rundown apartment building. But connected through the basement is a secret, military base. Before the storm to enter said base you need a retinal scan, a voice identification password, and a photo ID card. Now it seems to be mostly empty, a large gaping hole where the entrance used to be.

Erica walked up to the building, she held the baby in one arm, and had sat Xeen on her hoverboard, making it similar to a one man stretcher, which she guided with her other hand.
The brick building was still intact, but most of the windows were smashed, and burn signs could be seen everywhere.

Eulalia_Danae Erica walked up to the building, she held the baby in one arm, and had sat Xeen on her hoverboard, making it similar to a one man stretcher, which she guided with her other hand.
The brick building was still intact, but most of the windows were smashed, and burn signs could be seen everywhere. Xeen had closed his eyes for the walk there, chosing instead to remain silent, not wanting to risk somthing hearing them. He didn't know if those creatures had left the island or not, but didn't want to risk it.

Erica walked back to Xeen after checking out the base. "The power is busted, pretty much everything is abandoned, but there doesn't seem to be any bodies, rats, or other critters. We could stay here for a while, but we will need some supplies." She picked up the baby, "have you heard from Baranar or the others?"

After a few minutes she realized she had no idea how she was supposed to call the dreadnought, other than the usual "here sweetie! come here precious! Come out now and mommy will give you a treat!"

The air remained still, but soon the grond shook, the Dreadnought's huge head bursting out of the ground as it screeched, sounding somthing like a pair of rusted Sherman Tanks grinding agaist each other. it looked at Erica, and screeched again, shaking it's head fervently.
