Born to Henry (IV) & Eloise Daddle, Penelope proved no exception to her family’s long, looooooooong tradition. The first born daughter to the first born daughter and so on for numerous generations. Someone said the tradition originated by a cursed witch, but why would they get such an awesome ability?! Well... that was the thought of Eloise, up until she realized her child learned so quickly to use it to her ability. Yea, the cute pout? only 60% genuine.

Henry and Eloise were very happy to have their daughter, and she fit right in with their weird family. His line was all named Henry, after all. He taught her to fly a broom when she was only a toddler, earning a trip to St Mungo’s and a stern frown from Mum. Thankfully, she melted pretty quickly at the combo pout from the others...

At the age of four, Poppy got a younger brother, Henry (V) Malcolm. She didn’t much care for him, but they quickly became pretty close buddies... even if she’d often try to “crush him” at various games for toddlers.

As Poppy got older, she developed her own quirky sense of style and hobbies. She learned to do origami thanks to a penpal from Japan since she was homeschooled. She also played a lot of board games against various family members, usually learning the best strategies to win after only a couple plays. It was her mother’s strategic mind there. Her dad definitely nurtured her silly creative side.

On her eleventh birthday, Poppy woke up to a letter from Hogwarts saying she was a witch (duh) and inviting her to the next school year. A summer of shopping later, and Poppy was delighted to board the train on her way to destiny.

First year was pretty awesome. She made reserves on the quidditch team... and also made a bunch of friends! What a great start to her Hogwarts career.
