While passing by the guild building to check on available jobs, you notice a new paper pinned to the board. Curious, you approach the paper and read it to yourself.
Guild Event - Teamwork Workshop:
The Guild and the Learanian army will be working in conjunction with one another to perform training exercises at the old fort of Wyvern's Watch, located on the southern foothills of our eastern mountain range, not far from Tharis. Guild Members will be split into two opposing teams and given the main task of securing the fort. The Learanian army will occupy the fort at the beginning of the exercise and will be running interference against both teams throughout the event. Though the main objective is to secure and retain control of the fort, there will also be additional tasks available for guild members to complete.
Though real weapons will be in use, this is meant for training, not for killing. Defeated individuals will retreat from the field and no longer be targeted. Remember that these are your comrades. We expect to see both your prowess in terms of combat, teamwork and strategy and also uphold chivalrous conduct toward one another.
Reward:
Both teams will begin with 5k in coin to use in funding their efforts during the exercise and may be split amongst them however they see fit. The winning team will receive an additional 5k each and the other team will receive an additional 1k each. Additional coin may be rewarded to individuals based upon their performance (bexp).
