The dealer had been sitting on the stoop outside the wreck of a home, if one could even consider the dilapidated building a home, and Valeria had watched from an alleyway across the street as a waif of a figure approached the dealer and handed them something and took something in return. The deal was done and the dealer's fate was sealed. She went for the poor girl, the addict first, finding them before they could finish preparing the drugs for injecting. Draining the girl she left them passed out and threw out the drugs, she called for an ambulance claiming they were unconscious and might be overdosing. She made sure to make it sound urgent, as urgent as she could, and with assurances that they would be there soon Valeria had hung up her phone and headed back to where she had been.
The dealer was still there, of course they were, and her phone now in subspace the corrupt headed towards them. Her heels hit the ground hard, she was aiming to look as angry as she was, her face twisted into a dark look of anger. She could hear the dealer saying something, trying to placate her and ask what she was looking for, she knew what she wanted.
Even as he reached for what she assumed was a weapon, because she was sure he had one on his person, she teleported so she was a step above the man. Behind him she was reaching into his chest while he was turning towards her, his gun now out and moving to take aim, her hand sunk into his chest and she dropped him soon after. A starseed in her hand as she headed into the building to make a sweep of it, shaking her head at the sight she wrinkled her nose in disgust at the smell.
After placing another phone call, one that was needed, the pink haired female headed out of the building and left. The ambulance and cops would be here soon enough and she did not want to be in the area when they arrived, someone looked really sick up the stairs on the second floor, and they would need help. She mentioned a black out drunk dealer at the door and finding someone really sick inside the place. She was as vague as she could be while also making sure someone would be sent to help out here.
Walking off, starseed in her hand, the corrupt was rather proud of herself tonight. She just hoped she was doing well…that Wolframite would be proud when he spoke to her again, she would seek him out soon so she could work on training more. She would need to get stronger, more confident in a fight, and she knew it. She needed to learn to fight properly and to throw a punch and land a kick.

Rhea felt the aura, chaos as clear as day and she frowned slightly, but stealed herself because she could handle it as long as it was Witherite … the purple people eater was batshit for sure. She headed for the signature and what she saw was a corrupt senshi walking away from a building, but what was left in her wake was the problem. She saw one body nearer to her and they at least appeared to be breathing when she checked, but when she made it to the other person, they were fading … even though she could see whoever this was clearly had a weapon they seemed uninjured but still fading.
She frowned and ran in the direction of the senshi, shocking coursing through her veins and spurring her on.
“Hey!” she shouted, “Hey you! Stop right there!”

Valeria had felt the other signature, order, but she hadn’t planned to stick around to deal with them. She was aiming for a simple night and to be away from the area before cops and an ambulance arrived. It seemed this senshi had other plans.
“Why would I stop? I’m rather certain that being out here - in the open is not a good idea.” Being out in the open where people could see, and hear, them was never a good idea. People tended to insert themselves where they did not belong - where it was not safe. She would like to avoid such a thing happening.
Turning to look over her shoulder at the senshi the corrupt took a moment to look them over. They weren’t all that impressive…and that color uniform was too bright. Though they also seemed young - younger than herself.

“I don’t care about that … what the ******** did you do … that man back there is dying!” She was shouting and didn't care at all about being out in the open. She sped up to fully catch up the senshi and prepared for what was surely about to be a fight with glare at the woman. She took a stance, the same she’d practiced for years in Muay Thai.
“I saw … I saw you over there in that building … what did you do!”

“With the person outside on the porch or the other person outside? The first one I took their starseed…the other one I took enough energy from that they’re unconscious.” But help for them was coming, they needed it, she had stopped them from injecting themselves and had help on the way. She could only hope that they’d decide to let the hospital, and their staff, help them so they could get clean. It was a long path, she knew it was, but it was something she could only hope they had the strength to take.
“I did what needed to be done, some things are not easy.” She spoke calmly, fully turning to face the other senshi. “You should run alone, busy yourself elsewhere, this neighborhood isn’t safe for anyone.” Yet here she was standing strong, trying to help, Mahari was determined to try and better this part of the city.

Rhea jaw dropped at the woman's admittance and her shocked expression morphed into one of anger. “Run along … run along … Are you crazy!” She just admitted to taking the person's starseed, she literally just killed someone.
She wasn’t about to let that fly or just run along, “Giggling Fool,” she cried out, throwing her magic at the other.
“Give that person’s starseed back! You don’t get to choose who lives and dies, like some delusion god!”

Who did this one think was a delusional god? She went to question it, to yell something at them, but all that came out were giggles. That was…inconvenient, and she really didn’t have the patience for this, this left her open to further attack as she really couldn’t use her own magic. She could at least physically attack though. When she tried to move…the same giggles. Damn it.
Oh this must look so bad, like a bad comedy, as every time she tried to open her mouth giggles erupted instead of words. What next? Birds coming out of her mouth or some other cheap magic trick? This was not getting her anywhere though. However Valeria was not going to give back the starseed - how dare this one think that man deserved to live!

Rhea smirked, loving watching her magic work and ran forward as fast as she could heading right for the other senshi. She stopped in front of her and spun to kick girl, aiming high for her shoulder. She’d loved muay thai and was so glad her cousin made her take the lessons. She wasnt ever going to stop.
“Give the starseed back now,” she shouted putting as much base in her voice as she could. She wanted this girl, she meant business … the senshi could give it back or she would take it.

The starseed, in her hand till now, vanished as she sent it to subspace. She wasn’t giving it up, she wasn’t going to let a drug dealer live, it was better off serving the Negaverse in whatever capacity they did than inside that man's chest. The kick sent her to the ground, and she was glad she’d banished the starseed before it could be knocked from her hand, her shoulder ached and throbbed as she sat herself up on the pavement.
“Not a chance.” Finding her voice, some lingering giggles escaping, the corrupt senshi was on the ground, one hand bracing herself. “You would let a drug dealer live…take their life over the ones they harm and end.” Sniffing, distance in her voice. “Of course…order cares about every life - no matter how evil a person is.” Because a dealer was a dealer…they didn’t change. They continued to hurt and harm people…to take people's lives. They were a blight upon this area and needed death to find them.
“Either leave or I will use my magic as well. I’m giving you a chance.” Since she had just told this one what the man, dead on the stoop, was and what they sold and did to other human beings. She could also hear an ambulance headed their way…no doubt the ones she’d called. This needed to end quickly.

Rhea wasn’t having it and she was angry at this girl and her stupidity. She didn't know anything … She was blinded by chaos. She tossed her magic again quickly, “Little Giggles.” It was hissed this time. She understood, not all people were good, she did … but it wasnt her job to condemn people, not even this woman. No she would get the starseed back and then let the police handle it.
“You don’t get to be the judge, jury and executioner. You do not know anything,” she said fist balled and on the attack, throwing punches as she spoke. She was nothing if not athletic … a gymnast, cheerleader, and kickboxer … she was out for blood.
“You don’t know people's situations and you don’t get to decide who lives and dies based on your judgment … not everyone's life leads to sunshine and rainbows!”
She was throwing punch after punch, a little in a rage. Who did this senshi think she was? “Let the law do its job … your little orders don’t give you the right … NOW GIVE BACK THAT STARSEED!”
She looked like a child, bundled up and what was essentially a child adorable clown costume, but looks were certainly deceiving.

Looks were deceiving for certain, as Valeria took hit after hit while moving to avoid things, as she could, and giggling the whole time she finally kicked out at the other senshi. This one really thought a drug dealer should live? That just because some situation led them to this they should live? She felt more for the addicts who were led down this path by various situations.
This person was a dealer because it was easy money, otherwise why not get a job or go back to college. Community college would be covered, there were options and instead this man, laying dead on a stoop had decided to continue to hook people on their product and keep them high…and didn’t care if they died…they were replaceable. She wasn’t about to pull that starseed from subspace and provide it to the senshi.
This dealer wouldn’t learn - they’d just go back to dealing. They’d still sell to too thin people who were shaking, hollow eyed, and look like walking zombies. All without a care, because if they cared how come they continued to deal? Hearing the sirens louder, closer, she stopped back from the rage fueled senshi as she sought to buy time for the giggling to stop before she could teleport out - she was not going to get caught by the cops or paramedics she had called on the other two - the two addicts. She just hoped one of them, if she were lucky, would wind up getting help in the end. It wasn’t something you could force but maybe waking up in a hospital someone would offer help, someone would talk to them, one of them might decide to climb out of the hole they were in.
She was sure she’d heard about it at work, or from a family member, she heard about a lot of which took place in the hospital. Far enough away from the swinging fists, and well and truly bruised and banged up, Valeria held up her hands. “I think I’ll be going now.” Giggles cut through her words, breaking them up, before she gave a wave. “Best avoid the cops.” And she would, this time, be teleporting close to her apartment so she could walk herself home and tend to the bruises she had as well as the ones she would have. She had also bitten her lip at some point and it stung - no doubt there was some blood as well. Icing her shoulder was also a good idea, one which was gaining more and more favor as she stood there. Then she was gone, teleporting off for the night.

Rhea groaned when the other senshi kicked her away, but she recovered quickly enough, ready to go on the offense once more. The girl back away from her and then she said she was going. “NO,” Rhea panicked running to try to grab onto the girl, “no he’s just going to end up in the coma ward! You idiot … his family is going to watching him hoping … hoping…”
The other was gone and Rhea scrubbed at her eyes trying to keep the angry tears at bay. Whoever that man was, that senshi may have just ruined a whole family. Why … why did the negaverse think they can justify killing people … like good and evil was black and white.
She sighed and moved to hide, not wanting the paramedics to catch a glimpse of her.
