OK basically, like the title said, you get to make up a keyblade. Please note that these do not actually exist and that you do not actually get the keyblades this way. Just fill out this form:

Please be original. Don't use pumpkinhead or something like, pumpkincranium or something that is basically like a keyblade that already exists. Have fun. Oh, and if anyone would be willing to draw some keyblades based on the descriptions provided, just ask, or volunteer.

Attack: Works well with Ragnarok
Magic:Fire (?)
Abilities: Ups fire magic and ups magic by 2
How you got/get it: Ummmm...by beating the world Mulan is in? (I know, I know, but I think Mulan is in KH2)
Pic of keyblade if you drew one or you can just describe it: Bright red handle with lots of flourishes that fade into light orange. the keychain has a typical flame icon hanging from it. The blade itself is bright yellow with multiple swirls at the tip. (I know it sounds complicated, I'll draw it if I have time sweatdrop )
P.S. it doesn't have to have a point. I think it's a good idea. 3nodding

Abilities: Increase the power of the attack for how long the combo last
How you got/get it: Get a S in all the Gummi levels

This does have a point.
It's to be creative and see what types of things people would come up with.
Name of keyblade: Jeebus Blade
Attack: 42? >>
Magic: Holy and Cure
Abilities: Adds to your HP, and boosts the power of the spell "Cure."
How you got/get it: You get it by beating each and every optional boss in the first game, aswell as collecting all Dalnations and beating the Whiney the Pooh level.
Description: It's a long blade, almost as long as Sora is tall, the end of the blade ending in a cross. The handle is a pure gold, eminating sparkles every combo that's five hits or more, which damages anything it touches, except yourself or your comrades.
A: I've only beaten Kingdom Hearts.
B: I haven't played in years.
C: I call myself Jesus.

Oh, i've done this before. i've made to keyblades in the paint program, and in reality, i'm GOING to make them out of wood 3nodding i'll post the pics.

Once this has been accomplished, travel to The World That Never Was and head to Memory's Skyscraper. A cutscene will occur wherein Sora will be transported to the Station of Awakening and meet Roxas again. He will then give Sora the Distant Heart keychain. Keychain in Keyblade form:  p.s.
