Spring storms can often appear with out little notice and last for days. They are filled with strong winds and heavy rain, which means one must halt their travel if they are able to even get outside during the downpour. Your character has found themself stuck away from home in an area with others seeking to avoid the storm. Who do they meet? What do they talk about? How do they feel about the storm?
[ A storm has resulted in your character finding themself stuck in a location with others. Who do they encounter? What conversation do they have? And how do they feel about the strong storm rolling through? ]

Deidameia 1
"It's looking like bad weather, miss."
"Than we'd better hurry, shall we?"
"Of course."
Deidameia looked up at the very tall Oban man beside her and smiled in a reassuring way to his worries. Though she was a bit worried herself over the sudden appearance of what looked like dust clouds in the distance, she still didn't want to turn around and go back home empty handed. A little bit of fresh fruit with a tiny bit of chocolate was too much of a delicacy these days for her to pass it up. Not with the way her father's finances were going. Fortunately, she had been privately selling her dolls on the side and had saved up enough after sharing some of the earnings to help her family that she thought she deserved this treat. She knew her mother would appreciate it, as well, stuck in that bed as she was, bored stiff. When she wasn't sleeping. That cloud threatened to ruin her plans for the day. If only she could be quick. The seller had come from out of Oba to share his sweets for only a few days before moving onto the next settlement. If she didn't get there now, she'd miss him. If only the incoming storm would hold off for just a little while.
Of course, fate was against her. She was nowhere near the known location of the merchant when it suddenly struck out of nowhere, so violently that it sent everyone scurrying around them for shelter. Deidameia closed her eyes against it as the crowd jostled her. When she dared open them back up, she was alone on the side of the road, Aldhard nowhere in sight. Presumably pushed away from her by the panicked people. Knowing she could hardly search for him in this mess, she located the first door in her sight and darted inside, finding herself in a small shed full with rolled up fabric. Plenty of room for multiple people, but still enough to make her feel a bit claustrophobic. Especially with the sandstorm raging outside. There was nothing to do for it but to wait for it to subside. Strange that no one else had thought to come in here with her, as well. The company of another would have been welcomed.

Calix had not anticipated being delayed for so long at today's meeting. It was always frustrating dealing with other nobles in his father's stead and it was hard to hide the sharpness of his words today, especially when the clock chimed way past the intended hour for the meeting's dismissal. And since his afternoon was already off schedule the young noble had decided to take a detour instead of heading straight home in the hopes that he could be calmer by the time he arrived at the manor gates. Though it appeared that On'os was simply laughing at him at this point, the darkening skies making Calix frown as he realized that he would not be making it home before the storm hit. Which in itself was amazing considering how rare such a storm was in Sulburi, adding even more to Calix's foul mood as he turned away from the road and made his way into the first building.
It was quiet and dark inside, Calix not realizing what he had opened up in his haste to avoid the storm outside. The teen could only curse slightly as the door shook behind him from the winds, the force of it closing behind him pushing him forward into rolls of fabric and toppling his own balance. Oh for- His thoughts cut off as he reached out to try to regain his footing, Calix's hand connecting with something that did not feel quite like a roll of fabric.

No sooner was the thought formed did the door suddenly burst open. Deidameia was still recovering from her own quick flight to shelter. Though she had wished for company to help with the boredom of waiting out the storm, she was still far too excited herself to feel anything but startled by the intrusion. She hadn't imagined what form that company might take. Hadn't considered how terrifying it was to suddenly have someone, a man she figured by the silhouette, barge in on her so violently. When he was flung forward, she jumped at the noise of the door, trying to tuck herself more into the corner where she might not be noticed. Not that she expected to go completely unnoticed, not in this confined a space. Eventually she would have to cough or sniff or maybe her breathing would be heard.
Than she felt the touch on her arm. She hadn't noticed his hand. It made her body jump once more. Her voice, when she spoke, had a slight tremor to it. "Please take your hand off me. I am not unarmed." Which was true enough. Daggers were hidden about her person, out of sight so as to make herself look as unthreatening as possible, to make it easier to grab at one if the need ever arose. What the stranger didn't need to know was that need had never came and the thought of having to use them was just as unsettling.
