Spring storms can often appear with out little notice and last for days. They are filled with strong winds and heavy rain, which means one must halt their travel if they are able to even get outside during the downpour. Your character has found themself stuck away from home in an area with others seeking to avoid the storm. Who do they meet? What do they talk about? How do they feel about the storm?

[ A storm has resulted in your character finding themself stuck in a location with others. Who do they encounter? What conversation do they have? And how do they feel about the strong storm rolling through? ]

Rummaging through the small saddlebag Teletta pulled out a brush. "Come here, Strix'" she said softly calling the radaku, patting him on the side as she got a better look at him. She ran her hands along his side checking some of the more problem area's for an animal. Making sure Strix's mane wasn't matted nor had he be bitten by anything as they traveled was something she'd always had a habit of even with her families Quristine. Teletta began brushing strix's mane, careful not to pull as she brushed the knots out in both his mane and the tip of his tail.

Setting the brush down Teletta started checking his skin, to make sure no bugs from their travels had attached themself to him, before moving to check his front and back claws for any damage. Often animals tended to keep to their wounds hidden, and Teletta was extra careful with Strix and Koki since by association weren't native to yael.

While she was doing this Teletta glanced over to Doesina sitting by the waters edge. Teletta couldn't help but agree considering they sky. Koki had been chirping steadily but began to increase the frequency of its chirps a bit before Doesina had spoken.

Focusing back on Strix for a moment "There's you go." she said finishing up giving the radaku another affectionate pat only to receive as sort of whine as it's amber eyes looked to the sky as he smelled the quickly thickening humidity.

"'We should probably find some shelter for the five of us" she suggested. There were after all five of them after all including, herself.

As the sky continued to darken more and more, Doesina frowned. She had been looking forward to taking a full swim in the water. She'd missed all these cracks and chasms full of water when she was in Jauhar. Though it, of course, had bodies of water perfect for swimming, it was nothing quite like this. Not so deep. There was something far more beautiful about the large caverns in Yael's ground, full to the top with water. that a more natural looking pond or lake just couldn't compare. Not even the ocean.

The Elaria stood up, looking around her, hands planted on her hips as if a little sass would make nature change its mind about the coming storm.

"Guess we have to. Anyone seen a cave nearby? We're such a mixed bag, I'm not sure anyone would let us inside their house." Doesina giggled at her own joke, imagining the look on some poor Yael or Elaria's face when in walked an Aishan, an Earthling, and a hybrid of both.
