Promethei felt a bit twitchy at the moment.
There were some unexpected complications in his life after he was placed in a situation where he and Emain Ablach had to finally share a physical space. Not having him around had made his life had a hole in it. Having him around, even helping him and Imhotep find an elusive creature, felt
natural. By the same token, he still had to consider everything Emain Ablach had done. By another token, he had to consider how his husband felt about it, as well as the other husband who had up and left. And on another level, he knew he needed to move beyond it. Emain Ablach was still Ransomite, but Ransomite was dead. Emain Ablach had not done the things Ransomite had done. He hadn't violated the terms that they had all generally agreed to.
The part of him that was Ransomite would never exist again, and it was for the better, but what did he do about all of his feelings about it?
While he had gotten at least more open to talking to agents of chaos that had not shown any active malice, to those that were? To any degree? Those were an easy place to direct some of his feelings about the matter. Those were the people who had trapped and corrupted Elliot. Those were the people who were still taking souls, draining energy, and stomping all over the world in ways he was certain he didn't even have any knowledge of. There was a reason why he refused to talk shop in his office.
People were listening anywhere.
He felt the press of chaos somewhere nearby, and it became a bit clearer to him where it was likely coming from when an oddly long-haired man was pressing close to a woman who seemed like she was getting a bit crowded by someone asking too many questions about maps and directions with insistence he wanted to see some maps. Corrupt senshi, for sure. One that was violating personal space, on top of that.
Felt especially relevant considering the source of a still unresolved irritation.
Promethei wasted no time in approaching the civilian and corrupt senshi duo. "Ma'am," it was the civilian he'd address first, though, "he's about as friendly as a bramble bush." He leveled a glare at the corrupt senshi, attempting to butt between him and the person he was getting far too close to.
