Doesina 1 The fruit dropped into the basket with a loud thud, teetering a little on its bottom from the great impact of the object inside it. It rolled against the other choice picks Doesina had gathered so far, before settling quietly amongst them, the Elaria already moving onto the next one in her sights. She reached up and grasped it, tugging on it until it came away, humming a song her mother had sang to her ever since she had been brought home from Elzira. It was something that had brought her comfort while she'd been so far from home for so long. She'd really missed hearing it in the morning, while she remained curled up in her bed and Chrysa sang softly to herself in the other rooms as she prepared for the coming day.
Picking up her basket, Doesina counted the fruit she had picked so far. Five. Plenty for her mother to dry and make into tea, surely. She could return back and give this to her now. Or she could stay out here and see what else she could find. The answer seemed easy after a little consideration. With a small smile on her face, the Elaria picked her way carefully through the terrain, following long since familiar trails she had crossed over herself so many times in her wanderings. If she was correct, this direction should lead to....Yes!
A delighted giggle escaped her lips and she rushed forward despite herself. She placed her basket carefully on the ground before reaching out to touch the blue flowers that were blooming all over the trees around her, climbing up their trunks and around some of their branches. Her mother would love these flowers. Perhaps they could also be used to flavor the new batch of tea, to make a lovely blend of fruit and flowers.

With one last look over her shoulder, Enya took off in a sprint through the wilds. Ever since she'd started training with her Aunt in earnest her days of carefree lounging had come to an end and while the routine was no doubt good for her budding skills, the chance to be free settled much easier on her soul! Enya's long frame soured over fallen logs and upturned roots, feet landing heavy in the porous earth before she kept up with her run.
At first she'd been hard pressed to find anything lovely about Yael. It was a mystical land to be sure, with fog a plenty and mysteries abound, but a layer of hardened history that clung to the hearts of all the older Aishans. The longer she stayed, though, the easier it became to travel out on her own and now that Enya was able to experience Yael without the lens of the past to guide her she had fallen utterly in love.
A wooden fish basket thumped against her side and when Enya grasped the closest tree to swing around it's circumference it swung out into the air. By the time she leapt to her feet it had already slammed against her side once more, jostling the unfortunate contents within.
So enraptured was she in her own adventures that Enya hadn't considered anyone else might have been close and wasn't that a surprise. The Elidae came to a sliding halt, her bare feet digging into the earth and her posture anything but elegant.
"Uh...uhm...sorry?"

Doesina 2 When Doesina had come all the way out here, the last thing she had expected was company.
She had just plucked her fifth flower and was holding it by the tiny stem on the back up to her face, breathing in the sweet aroma of it. She was alone, blinked, and suddenly someone else was there. She gave a start and dropped the flower, where it floated slowly down to the ground at her bare feet. Was she losing her senses to not have heard or seen the other Aishan approach or was she just really fast? Probably the first one. Sometimes she forgot she should be ever vigilant. At least according to her grandmother she should be.
"Oh!" she breathed out, eyes going a bit wide as she gave the stranger a once over. Another visitor? Couldn't be anything else, if Elidae. "You startled me. No need to be sorry. Hi!" And she grinned wide, her eyes settling on the basket the other girl also had. "Did you come to pick flowers, too?"

"Not exactly?"
As Enya gathered her wits about her the warm she felt on her cheeks had already spread well into her tendrils and settled on the very tips of her ears. She tried so hard to present herself with some semblance of grace around the Elaria - since a few of her first meetings had gone so very, very poorly - and now...Well, she'd seen children with more presence.
At least this Elaria was more relaxed than a few of the others she'd met and her welcoming attitude was met with an honest, if still slightly ashamed, smile from Enya. "Oh, no, it's for fish. It's empty at the moment, though, so maybe it could be for flowers." She lifted the shaft of her trident and jammed the butt of it into a patch of earth, was met with resistance, and moved to another so that the weapon could stand upright on it's own.
"I just wanted to get out for a little bit today and honestly, I didn't even know these were here. They're beautiful."

Doesina 3 If Doesina had noticed the fumble once her initial shock had warn off, she didn't show it. Nor would she have had she did. She never did care for such things. And with a visitor, it felt even less important. They should all be showing them the best hospitality. Criticizing a guest in her home country was the last thing the Elaria was going to do.
Bending down to pick up the lost flower, hoping the petals hadn't been bent in the fall, she gave a small giggle. A girl flustered by something was always the cutest thing to look at. Much better than the hardened face of a warrior. Holding the stem once more between her fingers, she rose back up, twirling it idly. "Ah. Seems we were both sent out to gather something." Holding her hand over her basket, she let the flower slowly drift down to land among the fruit. "Aren't they?," Doesina sighed, looking around her at the area covered in them. "They seem to like this spot. I like to come here to relax. You can pick some, if you'd like. I don't mind sharing the secret with you." Glancing at the basket the other Sister held, she added, "Though I wouldn't want to keep you from your chore. Not that I'm being a good example. I wasn't sent out for flowers."
