Shedir had been itching to get out of the hotel ever since she watched the Halloween decorations start to come down. She begged her parents to keep the ones by her door up. Thankfully they agreed, but seeing the hotel turn from dark lighting to bright Christmas was a little too much for her. Shedir wanted to hold on to the last bit of spooky fun she had experienced. She knew that soon she would have to put away her Halloween costume and put away the decorations. She wanted one last hurrah before she had to give up the Halloween spirit. So she figured it was a great time for a patrol.

She rushed as fast as she could down the sidewalk, and imagined all the Halloween joy she had felt. That was until she landed on a garden that was somehow still decorated with spooky charm. She was surprised to see the garden was still full of cobwebs, carved pumpkins, and string lights. It was a reminder that even though she was in a rush, the Halloween spirit was still in the air. "Wow this is amazing!" she said as she walked in dropping her guard and forgetting about the hotel or any worries she had.

Leaena was already there:; somehow entranced by the heavy fragrance of one of the flowers. She was dancing in some weird way, sing-muttering the Halloween songs... "They did the monster mash, It was a graveyard smash..." A strange creature stepped out of some Halloweenish flowers grinning evilly. "Hello Senshi, I am the Spirit of Halloween. I hear that you, like your friend want one last bit of Halloween fun. Well, come on in, and join the party. Join the Monster Mash!"

And with that, he blew some black, orange and neon powder at her!

[Ooc; the 'spirit of Halloween' is not really what he says he is. Could be an assistant, or even just one last manufestation of the Holiday Magic. Whatever you all want . Also you guys can play him as he is an NPC. 😊]

Fall was in the air. Halloween was essentially over and the feline that padded through the empty streets was glad for it. Halloween meant the strangest things appeared in Destiny City. Everything from spiderwebs, large bats, even phantom shadows and large nasty dogs. But the worst part of Halloween, at least for the Mauvian, were those strange dice that kept appearing. In two years consecutive now she had been sucked into that strange dimension with the game board and forced to play her way through it each time. There was a small hope, probably futile, to believe that maybe next year she'd just be able to get through a Halloween season without experiencing that world.

Even as she rambled through the streets of the city did Illyria keep her guard up and her senses open for any senshi that she could introduce herself too. There was something rather wholesome in being able to run across powered individuals that she'd not had the pleasure of meeting. It was also something of a thrill when Illyria stumbled across those senshi that were ready to receive new powers. There was still a hesitation on her part when she had to awaken new warriors to the fight because both of her charges that she'd brought into the conflict had been younger than normal.

Shaking her head at the negative thoughts did Illyria pick up on a sensation she knew all too well before changing her direction to bound across private residences. Someone, somewhere nearby had a familiar feeling that Illyria had sensed. There was a senshi nearby that seemed to be in need of her assistance.
