Hobbies:
Hacking: He is a hobbyist computer hacker. It satisfies a need inside of him to get back at the Fat Cats who encourage the miseries of the world. He's very careful not to do anything actually illegal, but boy does he toe that line.

Gaming: He also loves computer games. He has all the current consoles, and the games that interest him. He encourages family and friends to try gaming, too, in hopes of finding a mutual bond over it.

Socializing: He loves to spend time with people, flirting, making friends, anything... As long as he can keep his privacy to himself, while still having a GOOD time, he's happy.

Virtues:
Inspired: Due to issues in his, and his sister's, family background, he has been inspired to fight against the wickedness of the world. He will work hard to fight evil, especially any who make money or gain power through the harming of innocents and children.

Intelligent: He is SMART. Graduated a year early from High School with ease, probably could have been bumped up a few grades if his parents were ok with it smart. He's also good at figuring out how to use his brains, both for Academic reasons and in life. He's not one of those people who are brilliant at books but have exactly zero street smarts.

Flaws:
Boundary Pusher: If he sees a boundary that he thinks makes no sense, he'll push at it, sometimes a bit hard. Silly rules about clothing, like 'girls have to wear skirts, no pants?' He'll be first to start wearing the skirts too, to irritate the people in charge, partly because he likes to see them uncomfortable. Classism-based invitation rules? He'll make sure his date meets the technical requirements, but only barely, and will enjoy the discomfort of the classist asses. It can push people he maybe should be trying to impress away, or piss them off.

Untrusting: Outside of the people he is closest to already, he has a GREAT deal of trouble truly trusting new people. It takes time to see the real him, under the masks he wears to protect his secrets and his heart. He has seen how much people that SHOULD be someone he could trust can betray him, or those he loves.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Almond, in a blue-green color.

Hair: Serious undercut, only visible on one side. The rest of his hair is long, to around his waist or hips. Black hair that ombres into a bright red. (Please see refs?)

Face: Slightly long, oval face. High cheekbones.

Skin Tone: Match to Hers please? They're siblings.

Body Type: Dai is tall and slender, 6 feet and 150 lbs, but under that is muscle.

Clothes: He dresses well, often in dressed down suitwear, such as fitted suit pants with the button up, and just the waistcoat... No jacket, and he'll have the buttons undone to JUST barely decent, with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, or a fitted turtleneck under a nice jacket, nice pants and fancy shoes. He likes to dress to impress, in his own way.

Also, he has the tattoo that is visible in the second reference art on his left arm, so if his arm is visible, the tattoo is important, and it goes all the way up, with a final large star on his shoulder.

If you can base him off these Two art pieces, or theme around them, that would be amazing.

Senshi: Sailor Teegarden, Senshi of Elegance

Uniform Color: Main and secondary. Give us a hex code if you'd like. The bodices of Order Senshi (including chibis) will always be white, and the bodices for Dark Mirror and Corrupted Senshi will always be black. Characters should have at least one main color and one secondary color, but other colors can be used as needed.

Main Color: Dark Blue - #181A81
Secondary Color: Dark Lavender-ish - #897393

Uniform:

Reference pictures may be used in place of descriptions, but please be prepared to give extra detail if your artist requires it!

Tiara -- A simple, silver band, with a dark blue gem dangling over his forehead.
Choker -- Choker, in his secondary color.
Collar -- The smallest sailor style collar one could get away with, with the stripe in his primary color.
Bodice -- Please see the Ref? Just using the top half, not the skirt. Here, in his colors.
Chest Bow -- See the bow in the above image.
Brooch -- Pinned on the bow, as above, but shaped into a lily.
Sleeves -- Yes, please see the bodice reference.
Gloves -- No, thank you.
Buttbow -- Small basic buttbow, as minimal as can be allowed.

Teegarden performs a brief, elegant dance to channel his magic. He uses graceful hand gestures and movements to summon a glimmering ball of light that he can hurl towards a target within ten feet. The sensation of being hit with the energy orb can be painful and disorienting and can cause the target to become uncoordinated and lose their elegance. The electric tingle of the magic will last for thirty seconds, and he can use his magic three times.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Elegant Assault
Teegarden performs a brief, elegant dance to channel his magic. He uses graceful hand gestures and movements to summon a glimmering ball of light that he can hurl towards up to three targets within fifteen feet. The sensation of being hit with the energy orb can be painful and disorienting and can cause the target to become slower, more uncoordinated, and lose their elegance. The electric tingle of the magic will last for thirty five seconds, and he can use his magic two times.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Dance of Reprisal
Teegarden performs a brief, elegant dance to channel his magic. He becomes far more elegant, and moves across the battlefield with beauty and grace. It is incredibly difficult to hit him, and magic from his rank or below will seem to reflect right off of him and be sent back towards the caster. Players can choose to take extra damage from their own magic, or can plot that the magic is reflected back on another target. The magic can last for 45 seconds and can be used once.
