Aogashima liked to think she had found a good balance between 'doing her duty (as Aogashima squire)' and 'doing her duty (as an idol at heart)', sort of. She spent a lot of time going out to the parks late at night to sing her heart out, yes, but she also still helped contribute to the whole 'keeping the peace' thing, as well, honest! Granted, she hadn't been doing a lot of that lately, because she'd been focused on exploring and restoring her wonder, but that wasn't to say she was neglecting her duty! She just... didn't really run into a lot of problems usually? Granted, she wasn't going and seeking them out, either, but Aogashima told herself that it was because Hakodate would never let her hear the end of it if she kept 'rushing headfirst into danger', or something like that. Indeed, the Cosmos squire could picture those very words being spoken in her sister's voice, as she was yet again lectured about how she needed to take things seriously, to not just go around thinking she could solve her problems with the power of music and friendship, etc... The squire had been intending on doing more of the 'doing her duty (as an idol at heart)' tonight, and head been headed for one of Destiny City's many parks, one that she knew for sure was pretty empty this time of night, when the young woman sensed the aura of a youma nearby... and a chibi senshi also? Well, speaking of the whole 'taking things seriously' and 'help keep the peace'... this looked like the perfect opportunity to prove her sister wrong! "Hey! Do you need help?" Aogashima called out, as she made her way over to the scene of the battle.

Satori was on her way back when she felt an especially unpleasant aura. One that could belong from no other than the nefarious youma, or at least that was what she heard from one of Rune’s lectures and Lepus’s guidance. Regardless, it was enough for her to conclude that leaving the park unharmed was out of the question, and ignoring the problem was also rather terrible and unfitting of a chibi senshi aligned with the Order. Wasn’t it part of her calling that she would one day be destined to beguile or trick a youma and have it succumb to its miserly end? To that end, she immediately transformed into her ascribed chibi senshi garb and as Aomori, she began doing what she did best: sneaking around. And yet, after a mere twenty-three steps forward (yes, she kept count in her mind… hey, it’s an important statistic to collect!), she immediately heard a growl or some such. Aomori squeaked a bit and gasped, covering her mouth and cowering below a nearby shrub. Uh-oh! Not good… not good at all… and then all of a sudden, she heard some words she never thought she’d hear. It couldn’t have come at a better time. “Why, yes, of course-” whispered Aomori. Why was she whispering? The helpful older squire that materialized out of nowhere was doubtlessly wondering just how this happened. Regardless, explanations aren’t warranted now, as it was better to regroup and figure out their next course of action. Aomori stiffened, adding, “A-anyways… there’s a youma nearby, and I think it noticed me first… and now it’s noticed… us-” Who could blame her? This may be her first actual battle. After all, previously, she either ran around, throw steps to divert attention, and so on. Not exactly actual combat experience.

Hm... Aogashima didn't have much to go off of, but from what she could gather, maybe this chibi was inexperienced in fighting youma? Or, at least, that was the assumption she was running with. The squire wasn't much of a strategist, compared to maybe her sister, who always seemed to have a plan of action for what to do, but maybe Aogashima could still help out, maybe. "Sooo I think I have an idea, for how to handle this," Aogashima said, after a moment of deliberation, "My magic is more for running away, buuuuuuut..." "I could use it on you, and then you can run up and hit the youma? I think if you hit it hard enough, you'll be able to dust it," the young woman suggested. She could also just probably whack it herself with her weapon if she swung it properly, but it was so awkward and kinda heavy for that!

“Oh… That sounds like a good idea,” Aomori nodded in agreement and grinned a bit. The squire before her was not only pretty, but she seemed to know what to do. “Let’s try that. By the way, I don’t think we ever met, so I’ll tell you who I am. My name’s Chibi Senshi Aomori. What’s yours?” With that being said, while the strategy sounded great… Aomori actually didn’t have offensive senshi magic to begin with. If anything, it was not dissimilar to the squire she’s in contact with presently. In other words, it was excellent for diverting attention and aid in escape, but not for anything noticeably offensive. She would have to count on the woods to give her ammunition to attack the youma. Would a nice, sturdy stick work? There’s one not far from her and the youma in question.

"I'm Aogashima, squire of Cosmos!" the pale-haired woman answered cheerfully. 'Aomori' sounded familiar, and she wondered if this was another of Rune's friends? Maybe they could talk about that in a little bit, after they took care of this youma problem really quickly, because meeting more of her fellow idol's friend circle would be fun! "Okay, then, here goes nothing~!" Aogashima raised the chain holding her star globe, and started to spin the attached weapon. Her magic was made to allow for a quick getaway, so the one being chased would feel like they were really, REALLY far away more than they were, so having it work so someone could run TOWARDS the enemy was something new and exciting!

Upon seeing the pianisphere get tossed towards the youma and not around, Aomori bolted from her ready stance. She shuffled forward, along with the brilliant starlight dancing beside her. Next, she swiveled towards the stick she was eyeing for as her blunt weapons of choice. Once close enough to the target, Aomori gritted her teeth and swung her stick and attempted to smack the youma with as much force she could muster as a mere chibi senshi. “Taaake this..!” Aomori exclaimed as she swung her stick down at the youma. Thwack! The stick smacked the target and partly broke away from the impact. Did they succeed? In her eyes, the youma slouched and groaned from the impact… based on the snap of the stick and the preceding physical attack prior to it, it sounded painful enough.

It seemed like their plan was working so far, as the blow Aomori managed to deal to the youma seemed to weaken it quite a fair bit, but they weren't out of the woods just yet. Aogashima's magic pool would run out soon, but they were so close, so maybe... "That's it! It's almost gone," the squire cheered, "If you can hit it really hard one more time, then I think we'll have beaten it!"

“Huh? If you say so, then it must be true!” Aomori’s confidence towards this squire was something, but since she’s older, then she must be more certain about what’s to come. As a mere chibi senshi, she ought to listen to her “elders,” sometimes. “In that case…” And, with a flourish, Aomori delivered another glorious rap on the youma. Not only did the stick splinter away into a shower, the youma promptly faded to dust. “Huh.. Was it that easy to banish a youma…? Was it super weak already… eh… oh well. I’m not going to think much about that…” Aomori pondered for a moment before sighing. Now the peril’s banished, Aomori could rest easier now. It’d be a good time to bid a farewell to the intrepid and bright squire and then speedily return home. Could she evade Mama’s ere this evening? Aomori wasn’t super sure if she could, but she’d have a valid excuse, perhaps.

"You did it! Good job!" Aogashima exclaimed, "The youma's gone now." What was that phrase again, 'teamwork makes the dreamwork'? She was pretty certain that applied here. "It's a good thing I showed up when I did, huh?"

"Yeah! You were really helpful. Thanks Aogashima," Aomori beamed, relieved and delighted that they were able to defeat the youma. "You're really nice and helpful, too. You kind of remind me of someone I know. Maybe you two can meet someday." Since the spectacle ceased to be, Aomori reverted her transformation back to just simply Satori. A tardy Satori at that. Oh dear... Satori checked her watch and gasped. The good news was that the situation was resolved in record time, somehow. The bad news was that Aomori, who was convinced that she'd make it home at the nick of time, was now late. Mama is not going to be pleased no matter what unsubstantiated excuse she gives... "Sorry, I have to go home now. My mama is going to be mad if I'm not home soon. Bye!" Satori jogged across the park and disappeared around the corner towards the exit.

“Huh? Oh, bye, see you later~!” Aogashima called out after the chibi, waving her on. Since she didn’t have much else to do now herself, the young woman was now free to continue with her original plan of going out to the park to practice her dancing and singing. It was, of course, long after the battle had concluded that Aogashima has paused and realized- oh yeah, she had wanted to ask if she was one of Rune’s friends, hadn’t she? Oops.
