Hobbies: Rio loves dolls, but not just any kind of doll will do. Rio is very particular about Ball-Jointed Dolls. Not to be confused with marionettes or 'barbies'. She takes great enjoyment in collecting various types of BJD's, dressing them up, creating characters with them. Posing them in dioramas for photographs she then shares with a host of other friends and people both at school and online. She enjoys this hobby for personal enjoyment, enjoying the creativity it allows her and the use of her drawing skills.
Artistic, Rio enjoys drawing, sketching and molding with clay. That doesn't mean that she is any good at it. She enjoys the creativity that it allows her. It's a great form of self expression after all. If it's not a doll she keeps with her, its a sketchbook filled with ideas. She also enjoys working with clay and molding various miniature scale items.
Virtues:
Patience -- Rio is mellow and laid back. She prefers to go with the flow in an 'it is what it is' manner. She understands everyone learns in a different pace, way, and style. When something takes a long time, Rio has the patience to wait it out. She is patient in waiting for her turn to arrive in group efforts, and when teaching her peers and helping them study to succeed. Hardworking Rio strives to be the best she can. Even though she makes mistakes she wont stop trying. Often working until the job is done before resting. She may often push herself too far and go too long without rest.
Flaws:
Over reactive -- She reacts with more energy than a normal situation would require. She's highly enthusiastic about the good things, and showing what she can do. On the flip side when things aren't going the way she wanted she is prone to intense emotions. She reacts to things out of proportion. Both good and bad.
Emotional -- Rio is emotionally reactive to situations outside of her control. Often “triggered” by an external event. The events leave her feeling hurt, angry, or defensive. These triggers may cause her to lash out or act impulsively– doing or saying something she largely later regrets.
Sensitive -- Rio is aware of the smallest things. Your tone of voice, your facial expressions, even your body language. She is increasingly empathetic, but has a habit of letting that sensitivity react to the negative emotions and negative way of thinking.
