Strangely, people are surviving with only minor, if any, injuries at all. Being struck can feel like a static shock, or can feel like a sudden flash of heat, and targets are left with a strange lightning mark across their body. Though the marks will fade, for their duration–up to a full week after being struck, you might notice that you are more prone to static shocking yourself or others, and you may notice electronics charging or overcharging and malfunctioning. The marks can take longer to fade at player discretion, or players may choose for them to leave pale scars, but otherwise there are no lasting effects.

Mabella was out on the roof of a building she had snuck out after bedtime and was patrolling by herself. She looked out at the city and the storm clouds that rolled through the city. She opened her senses trying to sense other senshi that might be nearby. She was hoping to find someone who could do a mock battle with her so she could practice her fighting skills. She had only been a senshi for a short time and needed more practice at how to fight. She was a realistic sort. She knew she needed to learn more and quickly.

Sabrina couldn't sleep not after all the fun she had with her parents decorating the hotel for the Star festival. So she figured why not sneak out and do her first night time patrol. After all she was a Super Chibi now, so it's not like she wouldn't be able to handle trouble if it came to her. She quickly petted her cat, and made sure to move her stuffed animal close to her. Then she rushed down the stairs, stepped outside the hotel, and took a deep breath, feeling the dead of the night. She felt a tingling sensation of excitement as she started to patrol the streets. She was ready for whatever came her way.
Once she got outside, she found a dark area, and transformed. Shedir was now ready for night patrols. As she rushed off down the street she looked around for anyone who might be out. That was when she felt it, someone was nearby! She felt like it was order but wasn't sure. So she did the first logical thing she could think of, she asked, "Hey who's out there?"

Mabella turned and called back out "It's me, I'm Mabella senshi of Ermines, who are you?" She asked. Looking them over to see if they were friend or foe. She wasn't sure how she was to tell friend from foe but she hoped she would have some sense of it. Mabella looked up at the sky grew darker. She was a little nervous and thought they shouldn't stay out too long or perhaps they should go to the ground so they wouldn't be struck by lightning. She wasn't sure what else to say for the moment till she knew more.

Shedir breathed a sigh of relief as she heard the voice and saw the person attached to it. Thankfully, they were on the same side, and there was no chaos person in sight. She had worried she might have to fight someone off, but it seemed that wouldn't be necessary. Shedir relaxed and smiled.
"Hey there Mabella, I'm Shedir - Super chibi senshi of mummies. Nice to meet you," she said as she looked up at the gloomy sky. Gloomy lightening filled the sky, casting a strange and eerie light over the area. Shedir shivered and looked at the other senshi before speaking, "Hey we should head somewhere else. It seems like that sky is about to burst wide open." Shedir said not taking her eyes off the sky. She could see the dark clouds rolling in and felt like the lightening was going to flash across the sky any moment.

Mabella nodded in agreement but it was too late and she was stuck by a bolt strangely it didn't hurt her and she frowned she should have been knocked off her feet and burned but she wasn't it made no sense. She looked at the other chibi senshi and said "Come on we better go before you get hit too." She said grabbing their hand and hurrying off so they didn't get hit by whatever it was. It didn't matter that they didn't know each other. She still cared about Shedir, like she would anyone she had just met.

At that moment, Shedir turned to see Mabella being struck by lightning. She almost wanted to close her eyes, but couldn't. To her surprise, as soon as the bright light from the lightening disappeared she was just fine. Shedir felt relief that Mabella was unharmed, yet confused as to what had just occurred. It was almost as if lightening had never touched her, yet the ground around them showed evidence of it. It made zero sense to her. Before she could think too much her hand was pulled away from the danger. Her confusion was quickly replaced by gratitude when she felt her hand pulled away from danger.
"Thank you," she said with a smile as she looked towards the sky. Within a few moments they were far away, so she let go of her hand. "I appreciate your help there." She said but she spoke too soon and saw a flash headed her way. She didn't know if it was lightning or something else but she had to act!
"Mummified Phoenix go," she screamed as she raised her arms out in front of her. Her mummy bandages begin glowing, and her magical mummy bandages begin to unravel. Then it shoots straight toward the light. As it unravels it takes the form of a Phoenix. That phoenix headed towards the light, and she hoped it would do something.
Quote: She can do this two times per battle. Distance travel possible is 12 ft. Now this attack can be stopped: the bandages will lose strength if they are attacked. Depending on how many attacks/how strong the attack. If no one attacks them then the bandages could last longer, but if they are attacked the bandages could lose strength or just begin falling off.

Mabella was confused as to why the other girl attacked the lightening it seemed like some sort of weird D&D think like attacking the darkness. She shook her head neither seemed to be hurt so all was well that ended well. "So want to practice fighting each other instead of the weather?" She asked.

Shedir knew that probably seemed like a crazy move, but after seeing what she had seen. She already knew that sometimes it was better to attack than let it hit someone again. Plus mummies and bright lights were not something she really loved.
Watching everything fade away, she turned when she heard Mabella. "I apologize for that reflex, and uh sure that sounds fun!" she replied with a smile. She hoped she wouldn't think she was crazy, maybe this battle could show her what a serious Chibi Senshi she was. She wanted Mabella to see how strong she was and that she could trust her. She was ready to fight.
"Would you like to start," she asked Mabella as she readied her stance.

Mabella smiled and then charged at the other girl and attempted to use her chilling n** on the other girl's left leg. The effect numbed the area touched for 15 secs. Sailor Scout Attack: Chilling n** A spectral ermine appears and bites her enemy causing a small amount of numbing effect that lasts about 15 secs. Range 5 feet. The effect numbs the area making it feel as if the area has fallen asleep, which may make the area hard to use. 3 uses

Mabella surprised Shedir as she felt the numbing hit her leg. She refused to let it stop her, and she instead suffered through it. With a smile she waited a few seconds for the pain to disappear and the moment it did she said, "not bad at all! Let me show you my other trick! Mummy Wraps."

Then the magical bandages shoots out straight towards her enemies and bind her them in a mummified bond. This attack will last no more than 20 seconds. She can do this three times per battle. She watched the skilled the other senshi used and smiled "Kool, well I better get going I can't stay out too much longer without getting in trouble."

Shedir totally understood having to get home since honestly she should probably get home too. "Bye Mabella, Thank you for this practice. I hope we meet again soon!" She said with a smile as she waved goodbye to her friend. After that she started returning home. It was getting dark and she knew her parents were probably wondering where she was. She sped up and was soon on her way.
