Urika wasn't used to traveling too far from home. In fact, she preferred to stay around the house and help her mothers out whenever they needed it. It wasn't that she was shy, though she was, but more that she liked being helpful. It was nice being able to support her family and be the one to depend on.
That being said, her mothers seemed keen to get her out and about. To be social and make friends. She couldn't spend all her time with Corra, in their mind.
So, she had been dragged to an Aishan market where many hybrids were located. It was a mixed community, but still a sisterhood. Her mothers insisted she go make friends and here she was, wandering about by herself in the shadows as she took in the sights and people.

It had been a few weeks since his 'adventure' and Svadra was recovering. His mentors refused to allow him to fight and participate. As a result, he was left working on his endurance and trying to recover from the lack of food and water from his 5 day adventure.
Thankfully, Svadra wasn't too concerned about such things and enjoyed the leisure lifestyle. It was something he missed from growing up back home.

As the crowd began to move and flow, Urika found herself slinking further into the shadows. She was nervous, anxious even, and began to twiddle with her fingers. She didn't have a job here, a purpose, and so she was lost in the sea of sisters. Every one that looked her way was another bout of anxiety, and Urika wished she could go home to the comfort of her family.

As he wandered about the market, he caught sight of a petite hybrid that looked remarkably earthling. Raising a brow, the tall man began to move forward and toward the stranger. She seemed anxious, and so he felt a desire to reassure her. Much like his sisters, he wanted to make sure the younglings of their sisterhood were well taken care of.
"Hello, Little Hybrid." He said gently as he got into earshot, smiling and leaning down a little bit to not be as intimidating.

She was positively vibrating with her nerves when the tall dark hybrid approached, her eyes wide as she looked up at his tall form. He was tall like her momma, a true Alkidike even if he looked like a hybrid in color.
When he paused to speak with her, she gasped out loud and stepped back right into the wall, before swallowing and gripping her fingers tighter.
"H-hello..." She replied, bashfully.

She was an anxious little thing, and Svadra moved to bend down further when she stepped back. He rolled on his heels as he looked her over a moment, appreciating her bright markings and dark hair.
"My name is Svadra." He replied softly, "Haven't seen you around here, you must live off with your parents. I'm here training as a Sacred Heart."

Gosh he was so tall, even when he was crouching down. He was also dark like shadows, but his eyes were interesting. Curiously, she couldn't help but appreciate the coloring. She attempted a small smile, but it came out as a grimace.
"I'm Urika." She said softly, dropping her hands and wiping them on her shorts a moment, "I am helping shop today..."

He leaned back with a smile. She seemed comfortable enough outside of the shyness, so that was reassuring. It was rare to see a youngling so quiet, maybe it was because she was a hybrid and one that looked so different than her peers.
"I'm supposed to be as well, but I just got back from training and am a bit tired." He said a little dramatically, before shifting to move down the wall about two arms lengths from her and dropping to sit on the ground, "The shade is nice, you've got a good eye for things."

Her parents had warned her of strangers, but stressed this village was safe. It was sisters only, which meant they looked out for one another. So when Svadra moved, she didn't do too much except watch him plop down. Giggling lightly, she too plopped down and let out a sigh.
"I don't like being the center of attention." she said in a whisper, like it was a big secret.

"I can't relate." He said softly with a grin, "But it's ok to let others shine. There's an important job for everyone."
He took a moment to close his eyes and appreciate the relaxation of the ground. He was truly still soar from the little 'adventure'.
"Have you seen Aisha yet, little bloom?"

Aisha. The mother tree. She was still a little young to go on the trips like her mother Niabi. But soon enough she would need to, especially if she decided to join the sisterhood fully. She shook her head and her thick dreads bounced.
"I'm still too young to make the trip according to mom mom." She added bashfully.

He hummed in response, his eyes still closed as he nodded.
"I actually never came out here until I was an adult." He replied softly, "I grew up in Oba. I never got to come here until I was ready to become a Blade."

He grew up in Oba? She tried to think of where that was, but it wasn't something that came up in her studies. Maybe it was the desert one? He did look like the fire Earthlings with his bright eye color and dark skin.
"So you never saw Aisha until you were that old?" She echoed with surprise. Suddenly she didn't feel as left out.

"Not at all." He replied softly, "I actually was more interested in fashion than fighting." He added, brushing a hand down his patterned top before opening his eyes and smiling, "Oba is more luxurious than Jahuar, but I don't mind. I was bloomed from Aisha and it felt right to return home and with my sisterhood."
He wondered where his true sisters were, and knew he needed to head home sooner or later to see them.

She was curious and wanted to go visit, but understood the desire to give back to her sisterhood. She too felt a responsibility and knew she needed to serve. But to travel around was also interesting, and something she whispered about with her sister when they were hiding in bed.
"Do you miss your Earthling life, Svadra?"
