When Jishui arrived, she was confused, but cautiously optimistic. The fact that she could move her body and it responded to the signals she was sending out was…

Well honestly it was one of the greatest feelings she had ever experienced.

Who knew that the ability to flex your hand into a fist and then spread your fingers out to their fullest extent could be so utterly intoxicating?

Honestly, it was so liberating just to have control of her body again…to not have it stuck in stasis while her mind was free to focus and think and worry and dream…it…

Well. It was all overwhelming, and wherever she was, it was overwhelming too.

There were lights in the distance, though the sky itself was dark, and the air was a pleasant temperature that felt wonderful against her skin. Her own eyes emitted a faint pink glow from them and as Jishui looked around, she wondered just where she was. She knew full well that it was not Jishui. Even if she hadn’t seen anything outside of the room her stasis chamber was in for the past…

It had to be at least a century, it felt like so much longer, but she wasn’t sure of the exact time she was in that poor excuse for stasis.

Regardless of the time, that didn’t matter now. What mattered was finding someone to assist her. Hopefully a Mauvian, someone she could question about what was going on and where she was and could figure things out.

When Jishui extended her senses, she did feel several auras in the area, and one of them seemed to be that of a Mauvian…though the only Mauvian she had ever known was…well, was from a long time ago. There was a familiarity about the signatures that made her simply know what it belonged to.

Of course, there were other…unsavory signatures that were just on the edge of her sensing range and Jishui shuddered. Whatever this planet was…it was tainted by something horrific. Another shudder overcame the Senshi and she shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts and simply block out those auras. There was no reason to dwell on what she couldn’t understand or fix right this moment…and there was no reason to get into any altercations when she didn’t even know where in the universe she was.

No, it was most important to get those questions answered first. The rest could and would come with time. The biggest issue right now was if she could remember how to walk or not, and as Jishui looked down at her feet, willing them to move, she was pleased that one of them did, though it trembled just slightly.

Damn that woman who had put her into stasis. Damn her to a thousand years of pain and suffering. Stasis was supposed to keep a body the same as it was when it went in, with no adverse effects, and yet here she was, having been awake for most of her time and unable to do anything trying to relearn to walk so that she could find a Mauvian and figure things out.

When the first few shaky steps had been taken, Jishui closed her eyes, focusing on a quick breathing exercise that she had all but mastered while she was in stasis.

First, the Mauvian. Then whatever would come next.
